I'm in Walgreens looking at the phone charging cords when one of those heavy locks fell on my foot. I'm yelling in pain but nobody came. I asked for the manager who took 3-4 minutes to get to me. I asked him to write an incident report. He said he would. He left and never came back. I waited more than 5 minutes in pain. Finally, I left but the clerk asked if I wanted the items I had selected. I told her I wouldn't pay for anything at a store that does not honor me.

My mom had an urgent prescription need post hospitalization and the pharmacist Paul went above and beyond to help her fill her scripts. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We were very grateful for him today. Thanks!!!

I much prefer Walgreens over CVS! Much more affordable and I always check my app and update the store I'm going to... I've gotten a few Sally Hansen nail Gel Miracle step one nail polishes which are a good $10-$12... latest one was at Cityplace Uptown for $1.50 for a 90s orange & at MLK store 2 pink colors so pretty for $3ish each. Was gonna get a ladies face remover on sale for $10 from $26, but wasn't available or couldn't find it. I did get a USB fan that's great for $4!!! Love Walgreens and also can upload cash onto my Chime card FREE!!!

Pretty neat and clean place. Stocked for the most part except the drinks which is typically empty at almost all pharmacies. Employee was kind and patient with me as well at checkout

I don’t know why the ratings are so low at this location! I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here. The staff is always super nice and the store is always clean! Keep up the good work, guys!

After several months of my mothers medication not being ready when it should be, and being gaslighted by staff with excuses that turn out to be wrong, I have to change my review of the pharmacy from five stars to three.Very sweet and helpful staff in the pharmacy and at the register in the store today.

I wanted to take the time to do a review for this specific location. Ms. Jessica was amazing!!! I initially went in to do a Western Union pick up. I had to go to a different location because of the amount. She was kind enough to give me exact directions to go to a different location which was further up the street. I wanted to keep my word with my Google review. It's employees like her who make companies great. Her customer service was amazing. Thank you again!!!

The guy at the cash registrar was non chalent. He keyed into the registrar where it denied my debit cards. Which I knew what amts that was on thereI said clear your registrar he looked surprised and did clear it I said Iwants to try again from the expression on his face I said I'll okay cashWalAn individual behind said really? And placed their items on the shelf behind usI said there's must be something wrong with your machine Asked him to clear it he said it frozen

Somehow there's always only 1 person working, and cant leave the register. Therefore, you can't get propane, pictures, access to restroom, and if something has a lock on it, they refuse to leave register to help you get the product. Pharmacy is always backed up, and their answer is, its not ready yet, you'll have to come back. I don't feel like this location meets Walgreens expectations.

Walk in staff was loud. I ask for help at the photo area, I was waiting until one of the the lady's that were talking decided to come help me. I informed her I needed to take two passport picture. She walk around looking for something and said I had to go to another store her camara was broken. She could of said that as soon as I ask for the pictures. Waist of my time with people that go to work just for a paycheck and not doing there job.

Find another pharmacy. Don't waste your time here. Especially if you need a prescription filled. They are incompetent and impatient. I was on hold for 17 minutes. They kept asking me to hold on. I finally came in only to have the close lunch. I tried again after lunch and it took 5 minutes for them to find my prescription, per the pharmacist. She said it would be ready after 4 pm. I called at 5:45 only to be told by another pharmacist that they do not have a prescription for me and I needed to call my doctor back. It is a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. I will have to wait until Tuesday and try again. I am only selcting on star because if I don't it will not let me post this review.

I wish there was a half star option. This pharmacy gets the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Award!I desperately needed a medication. I called on a Friday. I was out. I told explained to the pharmacy tech how important the med was to me and I was totally out. She told me that there would be a 2 hour-24 hour wait. I was pleased with the service until the next morning! I called to check on the status. I should have NOT been surprised! If I lived in Highland Park, I would have but I live in a minority neighborhood which is, sad to say, notorious for poor customer service and no empathy from providers. The same pharmacy tech told me it would be Monday before they could get the med transferred because the pharmacy transferring the order was closed for the weekend. I called Walgreens 4 HOURS BEFORE the tranfer pharmacy closed. I realize that pharmacies can get busy but waiting4 hours when I explained how serious it was. She was very lackadaisical with her response " I'm sorry!". Yep you got that right! YOU'RE SORRY! Why do WE as minorities have to put up with terrible non empathetic unprofessional customer service and it NEVER gets better. Needless to say I WILL NEVER USE WALGREENS AS A PHARMACY!

I've been trying to pick up a prescription for a week now and when I call they tell me it should be ready, yet when I go to the drive through I am told that my insurance won't cover it. One person said it would be ready until a month later, another said she could get it ready in an hour. There's a conflict of information and not one of them has help me get my insurance approved for this location nor move my prescription from another store. I cannot even begin to tell you the amount of grievance this is causing me.

Went in last night for soap which happens to be locked up. Pushed the button for someone to come open up the locked case. 10 minutes later no one able to help while the lady at the front chatted away. This is why businesses don’t last in this area, employees and management could care less. Won’t be back to this store.

I'm literally standing in the store as I type this. There are items that have not been restocked for months. There are things ripped open so clearly there are rampant amounts of theft. And it seems to have been there for a while and several of the same items have been stolen. Ironic seeing as how they keep everything locked away.

Stephan is the best manager ever ! He is not only very polite, but also helped me found my driver's licence. Overall he was very useful, i had an amazing experience. My favorite store in Dallas :-)

I like this store. I shop here a lot and the service has always been pleasant never a compliant. The pharmacy staff is willing to go above and beyond. The only thing I can figure out is how those pharm techs can work as the front cashier and diapenser at the sametime wow.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences ever!! We asked one of the sales persons of the restroom and she said that they weren’t open. Asked someone and Cynthia was her name very rude!! Never even opened the rest rooms for me!! I could have peed on myself and she was to busy doing other things!! Don’t come here!!!

I told the pharmacy I had been dizzy for days and I love the way the pharmacist took my blood pressure standing in the window which did not give me the proper reading. Pure laziness if you don't care about health do not work in a pharmacy.

How one area of the store makes the entire store look bad a friendly hello or thank you never hurt anyone.This is by far the worst pharmacy ever if we don't purchase from here.You wouldn't have a job to do.Please try and be a little professional.

Do not leave FedEx Packages at this location. Every package I have left at this location generates a FedEx Tracking Exception , as it sits on Walgreen's shelves for a couple of days before being picked up by FedEx.
