I moved here from the North side of DFW. I called twice and was on hold for a total of 35 minutes to get my prescription changed to this Walgreens near me. I went in to pick up my prescriptions and stood at the counter for at least 8 to 10 minutes without being acknowledged as the pharmacy tech walked by me 3 times so 6 chances she had to speak, acknowledge, head nod or something. Perhaps the clientele is not nice around here but we deserve to be treated with respect unless respect has not been given. I will change back to my old Walgreens in Richardson 20 miles away before I step into this facility again. Don't patronize this facility!!!!!!!!!!!

The pharmacy is a joke. My wife had knee surgery today, the prescription was sent over yesterday. Told me I needed to get out of line to get behind the car already behind me because they have a no wait policy. I asked was the prescription ready since it was sent the day before, he lied told me it was sent today and I said that made no sense because she just had surgery. Now I'm sitting behind the car that was behind me WAITING.... I see why I love CVS way better service.. The last time to fill a prescription at Walgreens, total joke...

All the comments I’ve read are on point. I experience the same customer service, or lack there of, as everyone else. The pharmacy is always closed and when they are open, like now, I’m writing this review as I sit at the drive through window, they take forever to acknowledge you, let alone help you. This is my second time coming today. First I had a prescription that was sent in yesterday and supposed to be ready yesterday, but they sent me a text saying there was a delay because of a problem with my insurance…..wait what? I DONT EVEN HAVE INSURANCE!!! So I called them this morning to tell them I’m not sure what problem you can possibly be having but i don’t have any insurance!! So they told me script would be ready by 9:30am. I got a text at 10:30 saying it was ready. Got to pharmacy at 12:30 and my script was NOT ready!🤦🏾‍♀️ I showed them my text that THEY text ME saying it was ready. So then it took them another 15 min to get it ready. At that time, I gave them a new prescription to fill and they text me to say it’s ready. So I’m back here again today and I’ve been sitting at this window, not just in line, but AT THE WINDOW and it’s been now 20 min smh. All I can say is we have to do better in our “hoods”. Customer service is key and important and even though this isn’t the best neighborhood, we’ve gotta do better and hire peop that take pride in their job

I appreciated the gentleman working in the pharmacy. He took out time to explain my situation with clarity. He could not help me with product but he helped me with information. Thank you. To the cashier working at the front of the store, thank you for keeping the line moving even tho you had a customer waiting for change. I appreciated you as well.

I arrived at 9:40pm and the doors were locked. Another customer complained because they had been waiting before I arrived. The older African American cashier thought I didn’t speak English as she was talking about me in the medicine and snack aisle with whoever she was on the phone with. The employees are as ghetto as the location it’s in.

Customer service was great. The location is hiring and the wait time is long due to being short staffed. Honestly if I could stand and walk for hours I would apply to work at Walgreens.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been too , waited in the store for 40 mins in the line .The pharmacist never gave anyone a update on what’s going on , instead she was silent with a attitude no customer service at all . Do not recommend getting medicine sent here .

The Walgreens Pharmacy at Polk and Camp Wisdom is the WORST pharmacy I've EVER dealt with. Forget receiving high quality customer service when asking questions. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor by helping you. I would STRONGLY suggest another store or company all together. So sick of the unprofessional services....

Pharmacy is always closed! I went three times within five days and they were shuttered closed . I called ahead to make sure they were open on the third day and was told they would be open till 9:00PM, their posted business hours. I showed up at 2:20pm and they were closed already. I spoke with the manager on duty and she said that they had to close at 3:00, not even realizing that it was only 2:20pm. The only response the manager provided was to call 1-800-WALGREENS and file a complaint.I don’t understand how the pharmacy, the primary function of Walgreens, can be closed all the time! For something as important as life saving medication, you would think they would manage this better. DO NOT MAKE THIS LOCATION YOUR PRIMARY PHARMACY. You will not be able to get your medication, you will only get shrugs and apologies.It’s a shame because the associates that work in the checkout and grocery departments are very nice people.

The Black Girls who serve behind the counter are very rude and short.I have had to go back several times to get my prescriptions because they say they have to check with my doctor. I checked with my doctor and he said he had sent approvals for the prescriptions. I go back and have to nearly lose my temper in order for them to get my prescriptions. Then it's "oh, here it is". Really? I was told one prescription wasn't there. Checked with my doctor again and confirmed it was sent. Went back to Walgreen's again and they said they didn't have it any more because I hadn't picked it up in time. Really? I had to lose my temper and threaten to report them before I got any service and the rudeness I encountered. From snatching my money/card to slamming the receptacle at me. Surely Walgreen's you can train your employees better in the basics of politeness and professionalism. Remember I can take my money elsewhere. I am seriously considering it.

This pharmacy has poor customer service. You can be waiting 30 or 40 minutes in line before anyone gets to you. Not only that but you would think with all that wait you’d atleast get a polite and pleasurable person once they get to you. But most of the time that’s not the case. I hope they get better at the customer service soon.

Who ever Jonathan is (says he is the assistant manager) is so RUDE AND SHOULDN'T BE A MANAGER. I was asking him questions and he was just being rude from the start. Didn't speak just asked me what did I need. He shouldn't be a manger acting like that.

This store is ridiculous unprofessional. I was in the store today and had to purchase some medical items. The front register was full with about 5 people in line. After waiting 5 minutes I looked around and seen that at the photo register no one was waiting. I walked to the photo line and the lady ask me did I have pictures to pick up. I reapplied no, im trying to pay for my items. Porsha ask me to meet her at the second register so she can ring me up. I walked back to the second register. After waiting 5 minutes I looked back and Porsha hasn't walked to the register, then I waited 5 more minutes and Porsha was ring up and employee items who was a supervisor. I walked back to photo and asked Porsha was there any reason she didn't meet me at the register and her reply was she is busy doing photo. I then said I have been waiting for over 10 minutes to get my items purchased. Porsha said well the register is at the front. The supervisor stood there and didn't say a word. There is no use to address management at this store because management doesn't say or do anything to address the concerns at this location. I have witness unprofessional many times at this location. I will not be back and will post on all social media for other to choose another location to shop.

Update.... *Service has gotten better with staff.Pharmacist very helpful. 3/21The staff in the pass months had been very unprofessional when calling in to check on a order the young man gave me the wrong prescription order he didnt ask for date of birth. Question what if I had picked up assuming it was new medication from the doctorThey are EXTREMELY SLOW in thru never been this bad. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TODAY SERVICE

I've been going to this location now for 3 years or more and the staff is usually very courteous. I have experienced some rudeness in the pharmacy but for the most part no problems at all.

Cashier Cheryl had a horrible attitude, she was very rude and unprofessional when she was presented with a exchange/return. She paged for a manager, and had customers skip me! She did not communicate with me AT ALL. When management came by I was really annoyed as I was just skipped by multiple people with no word as to what was happening. Rosalinda came by, she too was very rude and not helpful. Instead of wanting to help she questioned me making me feel as I was doing something wrong for wanting to return a item that did not work for me.

These people place you on hold with that horrible music for at least an hour.Then, they hang up on you after all that waiting. Everyone in that pharmacy needs to be terminated! Don't waste your time calling them.

This Walgreen always let's the phone ring. The auto system picks up and puts you on hold then someone comes on says Walgreen and puts you on hold without waiting on any response and then they leave you there. They just do it over and over until you hang up.

Why does it always take 30-45 minutes to get a prescription in the drive thru? Push the call button still no help, then they walk by the window look at you and keep walking. Guess I need to start driving a little further to get my meds. This place is horrible

I really don’t want to give WALGREENS Pharmacy 1 Star ~ They Don’t Deserve It ~ I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PHARMACY ~ I don’t know her name but it’s the short black girl that wears glasses ~ I think her name is Chrissy ~ if not my bad ~ She has been rude this entire year that I had to use this dumb pharmacy ~ I was taught to respect my elders and I’m 64 years old and this girl talked to me very disrespectful! All of my prescriptions was filled wrong ~ I had no problems getting my 90!day scripts at CVS But they act like they didn’t know or just wouldn’t fill mine right and they are all maintenance medications! I can’t wait to change insurance companies so I can go back to CVS. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO COUNT EITHER ~ I got shorted on 3 scripts ~ and I didn’t go back because I was so angry at that girl I could have strangled her!!!!!

The pharmacy never answers the phone or they will pick up and hang it right back up the store hours are cut shorter than normal and my prescription on many occasions are late being filled I'll be switching pharmacys for sure.

Now I have to drive to another Walgreens further from my house cause of their horrible customer service. Still debating on calling corporate.

This location is horrible! They never have the sale items in the weekly ad available. I went several times this week and they never received any, per the manager. This is the same explanation every week. Avoid this location if possible!

Holy Terrible. A Pharmacy Tech named Chrissy was a total jerk to me for no reason. I gave her everything she needed and acted totally ridiculous. She had to ask the Pharmacist to do things that are just common courtesy....

My wife asked for 1 blood pressure pill from the pharmacy and they told her no! If you had a heart, you would've given it to her! I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here! Just pathetic!!
