Made appointment for a test at the pharmacy. Email states to go inside. I stand in a long line, and they tell me i have to go to drive thru. Why does the email say to go inside then? This company needs to check their policies and procedures and make sure what is sent to patients via email is correct. when one is sick is when these things matter most.

Pharmacy is slow!!!! They told me a prescription would be ready in an hour. Called twice and said 10 mins and went in store and waited 45 minutes! Then, while paying, she didn't have change for $100 and made me wait another 20 minutes! I hate it here!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

The parking lot is pitch black. If you are worried about getting robbed, you are correct. There have been stories about purse snatching all over the news. This store chose not to take the neighborhood and it’s patrons into consideration. Terrible.

InequalityMy little sister asked for a deodorant from behind the glass, employee came over to assist but did not give it to her, told her it'll be by check out till she was ready, all good there until a minute later a lady asked for 3 shampoos same employee came open the glass and handed her the shampoos! I was expecting him to take them to the front as well! But he didn't, I didn't want to confront him about it and look like a karen! It felt like my sister got profiled!

Horrible customer service from everyone at the pharmacy, very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Also the lady working the drive thru needs her attitude checked.

This Walgreens location is horrible. I called to get a prescription filled and they leave you on hold for 30 minutes then they will hang up on me and this happens several times in a row. Also they are constantly out of stock on monthly refills. Corporate needs to do something.

Holding on the phone for about 50 minutes as I write this review. I need to speak to someone in pharmacy about my insurance but apparently they’re are super busy or choose not to pick up the phone This use to be a great location . They need new management and a much better answering system

Needed to get a covid test done to go back to work, set up an appointment online where i was told it would be free. Arrive on the day of the appointment and im told that its no longer free and i need to pay out of pocket. No warning beforehand, no email explaining the situation, no phone call. Nothing. I was forced to pay for something that i shouldnt have had to pay for. Completely unacceptable.

We recently switched pharmacy due to changing insurance. I am so impressed with this team! We used to be at CVS and we constantly had issues with my dad's prescriptions. The team has taken initiative several times with coupons and so far all the prescriptions have been affordable. I also love the online option to see what prescriptions are pending and which are ready to pick up. I'm so glad we changed pharmacies! Keep up the great work!! I can't imagine the workload you all have due to the pandemic but you have a stellar team.

I have never had an issue with any of the employees or at the pharmacy. What I've noticed about this pharmacy is that their employees are especially nice, fast, and accommodating as possible. Granted, there are long lines and people waiting, but that's the world we live in now.

This location has the worst, most unprofessional, and unsympathetic staff in their pharmacy, who can't admit when they messed up and will lie to save their behinds. You know they lie all the time when they can't keep their lies straight in a single conversation.Never had issues with other locations.Go to CVS or another location if possible.Not worth the headache.

The store is ok, needs organization. The pharmacy...all the ladies that work there have a stanky attitude. They act like they're handing out charity and are dismissive. One thing is to be rude to younger people because they'll snap back. These women are rude to the elderly and limited English speaking patients, which is a big NO for me. The lines are always extra long and the service is subpar. The only exception is someone named Ana.

I give him 5 stars to the guy that took my husband and I’s passport ... he went above and beyond.. but to the other employee whom was in charge 0 stars. A black lady, is a shame you had to pull him out of the registered where he was taking care of customers just because you didn’t feel like you could take our pictures, but despite that he still greeted us well.. I wish I would of seen his badge .. this man deserves a applause great customer service from his part(he was wearing glasses and is Hispanic)Thank you !!!

I needed help grabbing some dove soap, (smells amazing and good for the skin) I then pressed the customer assistance button and less then a second there was Brian to save the day! Amen to him, and thank you for the speedy customer support!

I have 3 kids and it’s hard to go shopping with all 3 so curbside pick up is really helpful . Well now every time I order something it gets canceled ! The lady left me a message and said “I know there’s coupons and promotions on this item so I will cancel your order”.

Manager see’s his associate has a back up in line and instead of helping her or taking her customers ignores the situation. A professional manager would call her customers over that have been waiting longer to get them through instead of telling them to go to the end of his line. I would have rather put no starts so unprofessional and rude.

Worst experience ever. We were trying to buy a doll for my 3 yr old daughter they scanned it and put it in a bag for us, then they said it didn’t scan. They took the doll from my daughter. They had to go search for a price and turns out there was no price. The doll was not in their system. The lady said she had no authority to sell us the doll because it was not in the system. I asked why put it out on the store floor if it’s not in the system and she said it was not her doing. My daughter was crying and crying because her doll was taken from her. DONT PUT OUT MERCHANDISE THAT HAS NO PRICE! Broke my daughters heart and the lady talking to us didn’t even care!

I’ve been getting my daughters medicine from here for about a year and a half already and I love it here even if I moved out the area I still drive just to get her medicine every month. They been very helpful every time I need help with a authorization for her medications especially since she takes couple of them due to her disabilities. Thank you Walgreens family!

As to the pharmacy SUPER AWFUL!!!! you call them and they put you on hold for the longest than it's like they ONLY pick up to answer sorta and put you back on hold smh!!! Worst service there EVER!!! They really need to get it together Man the line to get your medicine outside also takes forever!!! Smh like why do they even have a drive through to pick up and go if your literally waiting for the longest for them to attend 1 customer.

The pharmacy here is extremely bad! From having to wait over 25 minutes on the phone just to get a hold of someone to dropping off prescriptions and picking them up! They are not fast paced and are extremely rude for no reason.

If I could give a lower score I would! Don't try and call you will be on hold for at least 10 to 15 minutes. And over an hour to fill your prescription! Worst pharmacy ever. First time here and last. Better luck at CVS!!!!

The so called store manager here named 'Sherra' or whatever the heck her name is was very rude, unprofessional & not helpful at all! How are you going to be a store manager but yet your having an attitude right from the start smh! If you don't like your job or if you don't like dealing with customers stay home or find another job period! Of course I'm calling corporate on her because I've never had a bad experience at this store until today! What a shame!!

Usually I give this place high praise but even Steven from cvs gave me probably once of the worst customer service I’ve experience. I understand it’s tough but he didn’t even try to help he said get in and then get out.

Well, it's as the other reviews say, they quite literally refuse to answer the phone in the pharmacy. Though they seem to be extremely skilled at juggling people across alternative hold systems so they don't have to deal with them. Perhaps it's to avoid a metrics violation.

And care about the customers needs and wants make shopping at Walgreens stress free.. And it's a plus on the money I save with the great deals Walgreens has..

I will never be coming back. I bought an allergy medicine just to get home and realize that it had expired 5 months ago. When I went back to exchange it, I found another one that had expired in 2014, more than 2 years ago.

If i could rate negative stars i would a -5. So first of if ur an emlpoyeee you should have like a training of when they push a help button and it goes over the top microphone thingy .you should have like a special training,RIGHT but nooooooo we ringed it like 7 times bc restroom was closed and my mom had to vomit BAD and guess WAT. there was a lady i kepT my eyes on by the mirror , and I KNOW SHE HEARD ALL 7 CALLS but noooooo the little woman was on H3R PHONE like not even doing something .i mean wats the point of an emergency staff calling button if you arent even gonna pay attention to it like umm whos the the genius behind this and wat type of person was encharged of training these people.oh but that not alll oooh no so WHEN SHE FINALLY COMES UP she directly goes for turning ooff the emergency button and tells us the restroom not working.EVEN THO we EXPLAINED that my mom had to vomit urgently .... LIKE WHY NOT PUT A SIGN I MEAN USE UR LITTLE BRAINS TO THINK OF THAT like for real its frustrating how bad training it looks like they had .i hate u ugh
