Bring your pup here for exceptional service. This was my first time bringing my very anxious dog to a groomer and when I came back to pick her up, she was a happy pup! I got a detailed report of how she did during the services and got suggestions of things that may be helpful to make grooming less anxiety provoking for her and best care for her coat.This was also a convenient location, as there’s a coffee shop a block away where you can post up and get some work done while you wait (delicious food also!) there’s also plenty of walking space, grass, and community poop bags if your dog wants to stretch their legs for a bit before or after their services.It was a little hard to find at first - it’s at the bottom of an apartment complex. Diagonally across from the Pilates place and bank on the corner.

I have found my new doggie spa!!!! Urban pups is a small women-owned business with a huge heart for her clients! The space is modern, hwith a variety of pet items on display. The friendliness, care, and making sure they understood my concerns was so appreciated! What a welcome change from the big chain grooming establishments. My fur babies look so gorgeous,, their cuts are even, and Ms. Eva even gifed them cute little holiday bows and ties! I am now a repeat client for sure.

This groomer did a hatchet job on my standard poodle and became aggressive with me when I showed her the missing patches that were cut in his top knot and across his body. Choppy is the best way to describe the overall cut.She brought out a pair of clippers and continued to chop at the top knot until I stopped her. I told her I was disappointed and she started yelling at me that she wasn't doing charity work and that she worked 4 hours on my dog.Luckily, another customer interjected that the cut was bad. The owner continued yelling at me, demanding $150 and put one of her leashes around my dog's neck, I guess to hold him ransom.She stated that customers are always trying to insult her and refuse to pay her price.At that point, I just wanted to pay and leave, then she told me she didn't take credit cards because her customers often amend the charges. I was able to pay her via Zelle.This lady did a horrible job on my dog, is aggressive and unprofessional. Thank goodness for the good Samaritan who stayed with me during the entire ordeal even though the owner demanded that she leave several times.This person stated to the owner that she had a similar experience and that's why she hasn't returned with her dog, she was there picking up her friend's dog.

It’s been almost a month. I made a review before on the hair cut of my dog that wasn’t very good she was shaved down and it was very patchy. My dog has not been the same since going here she has always been very confident. Since her visit she’s been scared of everything. It’s as if she’s traumatized running to her crate in fear. I even took her to the vet ran blood work she’s perfectly healthy. When I arrived to the place there were dogs barking aggressively in cages. Kids in a corner on tablets and phones. I hope hitting there own dog looked to be a Frenchy or a terrier. I just hope she wasn’t attacked or hit.

Urban Pups is always the best choice for grooming and bathing. They are priced very fairly and do amazing work. They took care of me on short notice on many occasions, made great suggestions regarding care for my dog Vito, and treated him as if he were their own dog. The owner is so nice and takes a personal interest in each pet she sees. Great quality, great value, very professional and reliable, and always extremely responsive!

So I was looking for a new groomer for my puppy and I came across this shop. First and for most they are soo friendly and comforting. They took care of my baby and made him look even more handsome I’m very impressed and know for sure we’ll be going here from now on. My puppy enjoyed playing w. Our Malshih has never been able to get his nails trimmed with anyone else. They were able to use techniques to make him feel as comfortable as possible and quickly were able to cut his nails! Amazing!

I have been looking for a good groomer since moving to this location and I believe I found her! Eva (the owner) and Blue (the groomer) are amazing! They are two of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. You can tell that her and Blue’s effort shows in the work they produce. The place is very welcoming from the minute you step in the door. There is dog food and treats Eva sells there and she even offers to pick up the type of dog food your dog likes if she doesn’t have it there. She has some great products she sells as well. Simba loved it there and will definitely be back. He even landed on their Instagram page! I love supporting small businesses like this especially when they do the 5 star job that Eva and Blue puts in!

George was a happy camper when I picked him up from his bath today. He smelled great and his coat was soft and shiny. The owner, Eva is super sweet and the staff made us feel warm and welcomed. We’ll be back for the next wash!

This place is very clean, neat, and the workers hold great integrity. My Babey (dog) usually have increased anxiety evident by urinating on me and whining when I pick her up from the groomer, but when I picked her up after having the full spa treatment, she just ran to me excited to see me, no whining or urinating. The groomer staff consulted with me in detail about my desired treatment of Babey, and ensured she and I were both comfortable prior to my departure. I had her fur trimmed and I was beyond satisfied with the precision and detail taken while caring for her. I’m not a big complainer at all but I will say of all the groomers I’ve tried, I rate them #1 and will be using them from now on for all of BABEY’s grooming needs. I’m so grateful I found them!

Very disappointed in the service I received. While the owners are very nice, the quality of service was nowhere near the $70 that I paid for my 10lb doodle. They left mats under her ears, did not cut her legs and left a very choppy job overall. Won’t be coming back.

Came to Urban Pups for my dog buddy, they where super sweet and kind my buddy boy has belly problems and they told me to try the pumpkin pouches for my dog. THEY Worked !!!! And they left buddy looking so clean! Love them!!

The cut was uneven and patchy on the paws and on his hind legs. Hardly a deshedding not worth the money ($80) AT ALL. Had I known I would’ve been better off doing it myself and how do they just accept cash, cash app or zelle???
