Urban Paws is my Labrador’s, Buddy, second home! He started going to Urban Paws when he was 6 months old and he is now 3 years old. He thinks it is his own personal Disney Land! The owner, office manager, and staff are all amazing! You can see that they care about each individual dog. They provide a fantastic environment for dogs to play, socialize and receive the individual care they need. Having a reliable and caring dog daycare brings me a peace of mind, knowing my dog is in good hands. We absolutely love Urban Paws!

What an incredible place. I live in Austin, and I bring my dog here for daycare whenever I'm in Dallas.It's incredible how it has both indoor and outdoor play spaces. Plus, everything is transparent. I can stop by and see my dog through their extensive windows. And the staff does an incredible job - plenty of staff members, and they're doing a great job with the dogs as I watch through the windows.

The staff is amazing. Laura was very helpful and accommodating for my 3 little chihuahuas on their 1st time being boarded. They had a great time and were in great hands by the loving staff... it's a very clean facility and you cam tell all the dogs are happy. Thanks so much for taking such good care or us ..... I was very happy that the staff was aware we stopping by for a meet and greet for my dog. I was worried he wouldn’t like the dog daycare. Everything went well and my dog loves visiting all the other dogs. Couldn’t be happier with everything.

By far the worst doggy cut if you can call it that I have never experienced something so bad And to make it worse they still ask how much tip are you going to leave them? DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND URBAN PAWS!!! ESPECIALLY THEIR TECH NAMED JORDAN!! I knew something was definitely wrong when he didn’t even know the name of the puppy he was “working” on at that time

We’ve been taking our dog to Urban Paws for over 5 years and have always been happy with their services and care for our pup. They’ve provided daycare, boarding, and grooming, and all have been great. Basic nail filing is free with daycare, just let them know during drop off. Daycare doesn’t require reservations ahead of time. They also have availability for boarding with little heads-up. Even over holiday weekends, I’ve never had an issue with reservations.They provide curbside drop off, which is amazing during the busy early morning. They’re also located on Elm, a busy downtown street, so it really helps to avoid parking. I have 2 kiddos and anytime I have them in the car, they gladly bring our pup to the car instead of me having to unpack the kids and bring them in for pick-up.When another dog bit ours, they notified us immediately, took her to the vet to assess injuries immediately (they were minor) and provided pain and antibiotic medication all free of charge.Our dog has had knee surgery twice in our time there. They maintained her daily/hourly medication needs, provided walks instead of group play when she had to stay low key during recovery, and cared for her as their own.After little time brining her there, they knew her by name. They clearly care and have had many of the same employees over the years, so not only a great environment for the dogs, the people love being there too. You can see their care for the animals anytime they interact with them. 💕

We have been taking our dog to urban paws for a few months now using their daycare services. It’s a great facility and our dog is always excited to arrive indicating he has a great time. It’s nice that it is relatively affordable as well. They make drop off very convenient and meet us at the car. Living in an urban area, it’s great that our dog comes home tired and well exercised. My only request is that they have some cameras so clients can watch their pups while they’re at daycare. We will be clients here for the foreseeable future!

This is the most horrible place that I ever took my fur baby Jordan the grooming guy did a really bad job on my baby golden retriever I will never come back to this place. Also they requested you to leave tip for the grooming wich is not a problem for me but I feel so sad for my baby!

Very good at charging full price and the audacity to ask how much you like to tip after a HORRIBLE SERVICE, they WILL LIE AND ASSURE YOU that your pet is in well hands. Absolutely love this place!My dog, Doc Paw-lliday, gets so excited to go to camp (often overnights) that we have to make sure all the windows are closed because he has jumped out in the past.When we pick him up, he has this huge puppy smile and his tail is wagging so hard it almost spins him around.When we're home and ask him if he wants to go to camp, he runs straight to the door. Doc gives Urban Paws five PAWS up!They are super sweet and reasonably priced. Day camp is $25 and overnight for dogs under 35Lbs is $45... Which is like a third of the price of camps in the area.

My Goldendoodle Bellagio LOVES it here. He literally jumps out of the car with excitement into the staff’s arm (they do curbside in the morning).It was such a relief to find this place.They open at 7am and are even open on the weekends. We also do baths and boarding as well. Urban paws is definitely home at this point .

I’ve been taking my doodle to this location for the last few months. Very impressed with how well managed their drop off and pickups - they come to your car to make it easy.Unfortunately my doodle did get kennel cough in early November which took a toll on my experience here, but again I was impressed by Allison the manager calling three times to check in my dog. The other reviews are correct in there was an outbreak but honestly it’s just like taking your child to daycare, sickness happens but it’s all about how it’s responded and this team went above and beyond to response appropriately.Only suggestion would be to get cameras at some point so owners can check in. It brings a lot of comfort to pet parents! Thanks for all you guys do!

My puppy went here for a weekend boarding and he had a great experience. He arrived home with his rope toy soaked in urine and I am not sure if they followed the feeding instructions I left, although I have no way of knowing for sure. Great activity space and very friendly staff. Price is great for location and space as well.

I travel for work and found Urban Paws on Google and I’m so relieved and happy that I did! My doodle was very matted and my vet believes he got something matted in his fur that caused him to pluck the fur from his bum.Urban Paws did a beyond fabulous job grooming my boy and he looks and smells amazing! I wasn’t sure if they would be willing/able to help him given the state he was in and I’m so glad they were! They even were able to leave some fluff on his head, ears, and tail!I wasn’t able to get him until the end of my work day and they held him for me until I was off work and the rate was beyond reasonable! I would highly recommend! Very satisfied customer.

I called this place and explained to them my dog is very fluffy and talks a lot while getting a bath. I also explained that he’s terrified of being in a kennel. They assured me they were used to talkers and that he would not be left alone in a kennel. I understand this is a lot to ask from a business but this is why I am very transparent and honest before booking a service. I received a phone call a couple hours after dropping him off that he broke his declaw and that he did it to himself. I trusted you guys with my baby. This guy is my entire world and you gave me the reassurance he would be safe with you. I get that accidents happen but to say he did it to himself and have no compassion is disgusting. I will never understand how a dog that is scared intentionally hurt himself. They have the mind set of a toddler and you’re the adult/human that’s supposed to be caring for them. Do not trust this place with your animals bc they don’t care.

I had a terrible experience. My baby was dropped off at 11am for a bath. I didn’t hear from them all day until I called around 5pm. They apologized and said she had not been bathed and they will do it right away. When I picked her up she had not been washed and they just sprayed her with a scent. She wasn’t even brushed. I confronted them and they admitted to fault then said they will give her a quick one. She came out wet and not brushed again! A week later and now she has kennel cough. I’m aware of the outbreak but it seems they took no precautions. I do not trust them and will never bring her back- it was awful

I was so excited to try this spot, it was super convenient for drop off and they almost always had availability. Was also easy to add grooming to my pups stay which I appreciated.The first time I took my pup, when I picked her up she was oddly out of it. I attributed it to her first time at daycare, but it seemed like maybe she had CBD treats or something.. Then a few days later she came down with kennel cough - but it was a holiday weekend so assumed it was due to the volume of dogs in the facility. Treated it and didn't think much of it.However, I took her back a few weeks later just for a few hours of daycare and she got kennel cough (again) and the vet confirmed she had fleas...I will not be back.

I have come to find out that they don’t take certain breeds (bulldog family). I think that is just crazy considering that it’s only a stereotype and even the smallest poodle can be vicious. I feel if you are a quality boarding service, all breeds should be acceptable especially if the dog has no previous history of being aggressive

Urban Paws was the first business I used to board my dog, and I have been coming ever since. Having a dog with separation anxiety always makes me nervous to leave her, but any time we go to Urban Paws she leaps to their employees with her tail wagging excitedly and is very relaxed and calm when I pick her up (due to a great play day with the employees/other dogs). They are incredible with animals, are very flexible to accommodate you when plans change/you need something last minute, and have business hours that will work with any schedule.
