WOW! That’s what I have to say. This is truly the BEST spot I have ever brought Ella to. She looks BEAUTIFUL! Ella was rescued from a Chinese slaughterhouse and gets anxious pretty quickly. I could tell Ella left the groomers feeling comfortable and happy. It’s been tough for groomers in the past to handle her but Urban Dogg went above and beyond, they really did an exceptional job. Sandra left Ella AMAZING, her attention to detail is phenomenal and I cannot say this enough, I am so happy because I’ve officially found my furever groomer. Thank you Urban Dogg!

Second time at Urban Dogg, both times have been great! I have taken my dog to groomers before where she shakes and is so scared when I bring her back, here she drags me to the door and is so excited! Everyone that works there is super sweet and you can tell they love animals. They usually have great availability and it only takes a couple of hours for a full groom!

We are so pleased with the customer service and grooming on our beloved chow chow. They are always so welcoming and our furry best friend is not scared to get groomed here. Every time we take our chow he turns out so beautiful. Definitely recommend Urban Dogg!

They took amazing care to my puppy, Millie . It was her first groom and she came home looking pristine and smelling great. They responded very fast, listened to what we were looking for, got her in next day, and her appointment only took 2 and a half hours. WOW! They even sent her home with a cute little flower collar on her neck. We will be returning for sure! Thank you for a GREAT first experience.

Brought my pittie mix here for his first professional bath and nail trim. He's clean and smells great, and his nails and ears were nicely taken care of as well. He also seemed to enjoy the experience / didn't want to leave which says a lot for how they treat pets. Great communication and friendly staff - this will be our go to spot when he needs a real scrub.

The team at Urban Dogg does a fantastic job of bathing and grooming our full length, curly coat Bernedoodle, Moosi. When we pick her up, she is always happy and fluffy! The team also provides us with best practices for brushing etc between groomings.

Urban Dogg did a phenomonal job with my golden retriever! Told them I wanted her cut clean and short for the summer and she is exactly what I asked for! Here is a before and after photos. Also, it is the fastest I’ve ever had her groom! Only took a little under 2 hours, while elsewhere it was usually almost 4! Will definitely be bringing her back!

Our experience here was the best we've had, as compared to the groomer we used prior. Our dog was anxious upon arrival (due, we think, to a poor experience at our prior groomer) but they took care of him. He came out happy, clean and floofy, smelling great, tail wagging. They even gave him a cute bandana. Christina was fantastic. We're so glad we found Urban Dogg!!

I was more worried about his grooming than he was, but Urban Dogg made my dog(g) feel right at home from the start. He returned to me fluffy and beautiful. Best part - Christine only charged me for the work he needed, when I requested a higher-priced service! I shopped around for the best reviews and pricing in the area, & Urbann Dogg exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Everyone here (I didnt get the gentleman's name who groomed him, but I appreciate him) was so kind and likes dogs. I am leaving this review to recommend them to anyone looking dog grooming - Urban Dogg is awesome & we'll be back!

Always happy to choose this groomer over any other in Dallas!! They're super friendly and easy to schedule with. My fuzzy German shepherd who sheds like he just came from a blizzard is always nicely groomed and actually deshedded after visiting. Oh and to bathe, de-shed, and nails - $65!! Try and beat that.

I took my 6 month old Shihpoo puppy here for his first real groom experience and couldn’t be happier. They were able to fit me in for an appointment quickly (within a few days), which is great considering most places have wait times of as long as a month or even longer. The woman at the front (who I think was the owner, Wia) spent almost 15 minutes talking me through all the various options, showing me different pictures and fur lengths, and making sure she understood exactly what I was looking for. My puppy was there for less than two hours and came out looking happy and adorable. Everything was very organized and easy. I even came back the next day for a touch up on my puppy’s tail, and the owner and her colleague were so helpful. Definitely recommend
