The staff were very friendly and b helpful. I wanted a thunder shirt and they demonstrated how they are applied and told me of a money back guarantee if I needed to return. The shirt fit and my dog had less anxiety immediately. I plan to visit this location soon to try winter coats because she's picky about fit.

Even though the store is closing and most things are 70% off ..the people are great. I originally took my dog in for a bath and I was able to take my time instead of rushing which was nice for a change. They close in December so hurry and get ur pet some items while on sale..

We had a last minute “dog washing emergency” 10 minutes before they closed. When we arrived, we asked the staff if it would still be okay to wash our dog. They were so friendly and did not turn us away. The dog washing station was fully equipped with everything you would need-it was perfect and absolutely worth the $12 dollars. We will definitely be back!

Love this place. The customer service was outstanding. Pablo's human was the best. He answered all of are questions regarding dog training. He also suggested some great puppy food. This location is a little out of my way, but the customer service makes it worth the drive.

My first impression: a smaller version of Petco that focuses on quality products. They didn't carry my preferred brand of cat food, but I got the litter I wanted. I also picked up a scratch mat that my cats absolutely loved! This location has self-serve grooming services, too.

The store is always clean and the employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they're selling. They have all natural food and can inform you what is best for your pets, and how to correctly transition from one brand of food to the next, if needed. Awesome store

Boutique version of Petco. If you're looking for more specialty expensive products, then this is a place for you. If your normal doggone it doesn't necessarily need your dog treats to be organic and locally-sourced and pay an extra $10 then this is not the pet store that you should go to. That being said many of the things in the store are the same quality brand and type that you would find at Petco.

We have shopped at several pet stores, including many Unleashed by Petcos and regular Petcos, all over Texas where the staff is always friendly, caring and helpful. This Unleashed branch is no different. I do wish they had more of a selection of natural chew toys for XL dogs, but we have that problem at most pet supplies stores, and I can usually find something for my half French Mastiff/half bluenose pit. 5 of 5 for the service

Great place for pet supplies, however the self dog wash area is amazing.... Makes it so much easier to wash my dog and without the mess at home... Staff is also very friendly and courteous!

OMG the self pet wash was too easy. Gabby (staff member) was so helpful. Shampoo, rinse, towels, brushes, blow dryer, stainless steel sink, warm water all means CONVENIENCE. And just $10. No more bathtub dog washes again. Plus, I'll buy from Unleashed too. I'm not fond of the megastore model. This is Petco owned but more appealing (to me anyway).

I literately NO exaggeration absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the entire team here!! So hard to pick a favorite when every single one of them are amazing!!! Service is unreal! Thanks to enjoying them so much that I wash my dogs more now! Lol thank you guys!!

Well not sure if i can say anything nice about this restaurant.My wife is blind an has a service animal.A Doberman pincher.Sunday around 8am we were told we cannot eat here because of the animal.They didn't believe use.We were refuse service.Funny we left went about a mile down the service road another Denny's.They were very happy to see us very friendly.I must add my wife qas very upset.God bless you Denny's.We pray for yall.

Nice upscale pet supply store. It's not a full Petco so they don't have everything, but are well stocked on food and treats with a small selection of toys
