The parking is a nightmare, I forgot to valitated my ticket on the store, so when it was time to get out of the parking at 7:46, it was charging me $10 I called the assistance button and she told me I had to back to the store and validate the ticket or pay, I didn't like it but... ok! It was my mistake I tough it was fair, but it was getting late to go to work, so I was going to pay but non of my cards worked!!! The ticket machine didn't get me the ticket back when i press the cancel button, had to go back to the store and tell them, but they said "we do not have control over the parking, you have to call back the assistance button" and here I'm they said they will send someone to assist but, "I don't know how long it will take" I'm been waiting for 10 minutes already and late to work for 20 so far 8:20 01/27/24

What a nightmare! After reading all the reviews, I made sure that I took in my parking ticket and had it validated. In fact, the woman that validated it told me to not lose it because it would cost me $10. After waiting 20 minutes in line to get out of the parking lot, I got to the front and put my ticket in and was charged $10. I called the button for help and was told that I had not gotten my ticket validated. I assured her that I had gotten my ticket validated and I had a copy of my receipt and the person who had validated it had told me not to lose it as I would be charged $10. I was told that I needed to get out of line and go back into the store and get it validated again. I told her there were several people in line behind me and that I couldn't get out of line because those people were blocking my way. She told me that she would send the manager of the parking garage over to talk to me. I waited about another 5 or 10 minutes and nobody came. Finally. one of the people behind me came up, put his credit card in and paid the $10 to get me out of line. Needless to say I will never go back to Tom thumb again.

Very clean store. Validated parking in the garage. I really love the very well managed produce section with many different varieties of fruits othe stores may not have available. Great job team Thumb

(Weekend opening)We went on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday, as we drove in that parking garage, we were given a ticket as we enter, so that way at the end of grocery shopping you get it validated by the cashier. We were able to park right next to the doors, took the escalators, then we were greeted by a pair of lovely ladies, and gave us a rose as a welcome to the store. As you walk in you come across the produce, as you walk more in the store to the right you see some flower arrangements. The registers, keep walking down, you hit the flower department, Starbucks, Sushi Bar, Union Beer & Wine, a small area to sit down and eat, and on the other end where they have the sushi, they have prepared food, on off side of it, there's a salad bar. As you keep going, eventually you will see the bakery, mini donut making machine. Next to great selection of wine, you will see the seafood and meat section. This where all basic aisles of groceries begin. They have a big broad of aisles with many selections of groceries. Out of all the Tom Thumbs this is definitely a great one. Hope to see more out there like this location. We will definitely be back here.

HOLY COW!!!! I thought Tom Thumb only had convenience stores but this Tom Thumb grocery store was AMAZING. The layout and the different departments were full of quality provisions and at good prices. We were in Dallas for a 3 day volleyball tournament and was looking for a grocery store to buy snacks when I found this place on a Google search. What a pleasant surprise and just a short Uber ride from our hotel. The store was clean, well laid out and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

So excited that there is finally a Tom Thumb in the city! (Sorry Whole Foods!) They have a great selection of organic foods. This place has everything from sunscreen to birthday cards!I’ve been here three times already and it’s been consistently great. Parking is a breeze, just don’t forget your ticket to get validated at check out.You can even enjoy a little adult beverage as you’re shopping. That’s a win for me.

Obviously this store has lot of varieties cause its brand new store in Downtown, Dallas, TX. I see there are lot of assistants who are ready to help with overwhelming response. The parking is in the downstairs, they give a ticket for parking and we have to validate it in the store. They elevators and escalators to reach the store. They have organic food vegetables and fresh meat selling counters as well. The prices are reasonable to buy.

Great store and is always pleasant to shop although yesterday was interesting. Came in early to pick up my groceries. Decided to run in to grab trash bags since I forgot to add them to my order. I’m in the aisle and one of the ladies working there comes down the aisle and stands next to me pretending to look at items. As a black woman it’s really annoying to feel or sense the energy of being targeted when minding my own business. Like I know what you’re up to. So I say good morning and she says nothing. Anywho I go to the front to checkout then wait in my car for the groceries I picked up. Now I get home and had to throw away just about all of the produce I purchased. The fruit was not solid and had a weird wet texture from either being old, rotten, and for sure not edible. I’m giving 3 starts assuming I should’ve tried my luck going during the weekend, picked out the fruits myself, or had checked the bags (which usually I don’t have to). It’s not always a bad experience but yesterday was rough. ***the picture btw is of a pear. It almost looks like a potato 😬 🤢 I know it’s not a restaurant but it should’ve been unacceptable to provide old fruit to customers.

Plenty of selections to get what I needed while I am in town visiting. Be sure to take your parking stub to get it validated so you don't have to pay for parking.Hopefully Brenda will be your cashier. She is super sweet and a delight.

Getting out the garage here is always aggravating. I’m a patient person but it’s like EVERY time the tickets are faulty and attendants take too long to answer. There’s a line occasionally. Love this store though. Very clean.

Wow! Everything was fantastic in the store including the staff. You can get everything you’ve imagined here. Probably the best wine and champagne selection I’ve ever seen. We need to create a different category than grocery store to sum this place up!

In the heart of Dallas city center this is a great option to get your groceries and ready to eat or heat meals you can buy to have if you are travelling and passing by. Its a huge store with everything you need.I was walking but they have underground parking for customers if you want to drive there.

Wish I could give no star. As a doordashes shopping. You still have to pay $10 parking fee. Them you have rude, ratchet self check out "cashier's". As a first time dasher at this location didn't understand that doordash app tells you to scan qr code but tom thumbs faulty in that part and you have to enter all 5 digits in mobile look up. How's ghetto again. I'm literally in a high end residential area and from this establishment to employees..not to mention the guy literally scanning groceries while sitting down🤦 Thumbs up tom.thumb. maybe now's the time corporate needs to make a walk through this location!

Only buy dry goods here. Anything perishable is usually a couple of days away from spoilage. Also if you’re there 15 minutes before closing, the employees start roaming the aisles shouting at customers to leave.

This is one of the best locations I have ever been to. Very cheerful and attentive staff. Always a great selection available. Underground parking is available and they validate your ticket for up to 90 min.

This location has excellent covered parking and elevators to ferry you and your grocery cart. Moreover, Tom Thumb will validate your parking ticket for up to 90 minutes of free parking. The aisles are cleverly named after nearby streets (e.g., Field, Ackard, Pearl)The associate I asked for help on this visit was very polite and helpful. Also the cashier who checked me out had a great sense of humor and I left the store with a smile on my face! Finally find a few tasty items I am trying for the first time.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for several years now and the last three time I’ve renewed my prescriptions the prices have gone up. $10 for one for the last 3 years and today it’s $12. 20% increase on all of them. It’s time to move on from Tom Thumb.

This is a great Tom Thumb, they have legitimately everything you could ever want. Great selection on pre made foods and everything in between. The only reason I give this specific location a 4 out of 5 is the pretentious customer base that goes to this store. I know this isn’t the fault of Tom Thumb but the customers who go to this store are so stuck up and act like they are the only customers who shop there. Everyone has their AirPods in and just want to disassociate their entire existence, which I can understand but the customers are legit lights on nobody is home. I saw a guy with his dog there and he was walking the dog, on a leash through the store. He couldn’t be bothered with anything except him and his little dog. Again, amazing store with amazing staff but the nasty stuck up people who shop here really ruin the entire experience.

The parking is a fiasco with demagnetized tickets for the parking garage. The help desk manager won't assist with faulty tickets causing a $20 lost ticket fee despite 90 minute grace period of free parking. The parking management is inconsiderate and inconvenient.

Our cart got stuck at the bottom of the cart conveyor thing because our dog food fell out and jammed it, but James came to the rescue and after some pulling was able to pull the bag out, in one piece. Thank you James!

As other reviewers have noted, this particular Tom Thumb location was much needed in downtown Dallas. Prices are reasonable and the produce has been nice when I've shopped here. Tom Thumb is basically a Randall's just a different name for those that aren't familiar. The soup station is great! I'll surely be back again soon.

Beautiful, clean, lots of markdowns, great produce, friendly staff, covered parking just a great store. It's in downtown Dallas, but it's open airy and amazing. My shopping store from now on. This photo from parking garage. Have you ever did something mean cause you were hungry and only food mattered? Lol

Jackie’s attitude is TERRIBLE behind the customer service desk each and EVERY time - sheer unpleasant as though she doesn’t want to be at work along with the other representative that is behind that desk! Their 4 u coupons always have an error and when you go to get the price adjusted she takes it personal like it’s her money . NO MAAM this is my coin and I should be angry. Definitely escalating to corporate when I get a chance because the attitude is just that bad!!! Since she was not willing to assist I’ll dispute this with my crier card. Advice - get staff that are happy to be a service

This store has gone down hill from when it opened, which is sad, because I used to really like it. It isn't as clean and the berries and produce are not rotated often enough. Also, definitely DO NOT do the Pick-Up and Go. Twice now I've arrived and cannot get the people to answer the phone to bring my groceries out. I have had to go into the store. The app doesn't work to notify them because the pickup area is in a parking garage with no service. When I finally go my order yesterday and got it home, they had not given me one of my items and the raspberries I opened had mold growing all over them. Again - they don't care and they aren't careful.Overall, I like that it's close to work and it is pretty clean, but management just does not seem to care much at all.

Opened today, 4/4/19. Great store with tons of food options and take away meals. Very friendly and fully staffed. This will be a good spot for fresh and healthy lunch options in downtown.
