I was there to repair the air conditioning it was a wonderful experience I fixed it got paid life is good! Kathleen is super nice and wonderful very knowledgeable about all of our stuff and it is the best place for you to buy stuff for your pets! If you have the opportunity to go you will not be disappointed and probably will not stop anywhere else but the upper paw!

Great selection. Helpful staff. They've remembered our dog so, thanks for that, because she's a true gem. Got a leash and harness here after checking some other places and liking the prices better. Dog always gets a treat when she comes in with us. The only downside was that we didn't purchase this Hawaiian shirt for our dog this past summer.

The owner was very knowledgeable and kind. The price was a little expensive compare to other pet supply store like Petsmart or petsco, but they have variety of supply and treat that you can't buy at the other places.

Well-kept, tidy, great selection, knowledgeable and proactively helpful helpful staff. I was staying in Deep Ellum with a buddy and ran out of dog shampoo so decided to check on Google for a dog supplies store. I was delighted to see exactly what I’d hoped for: that someone had decided to open up a trendy little pet store right in Dallas’ cultural melting pot of Deep Ellum. Found a great shampoo in under two minutes and was out in under five. I’d definitely love to go back, staff was super friendly and welcoming. Prices were fair. 😊🐾🐾

The Upper Paw and Ms. Kathy are incredible! The list is long on the amazing selection of food, treats, pet care and accessories. Each visit has been more than pleasant and a delight! Yesterday Ms. Kathy went the extra mile. My fur baby, Wally, and I had a stressful morning after being attacked by a dog on our morning walk. She was so attentive and took such great care of Wally, and comforted my nerves as well with advise on treatment. She cares for others and their fur babies as if they are her own.The Upper Paw should be your one stop shop for your animal needs. The quality and care is above and beyond.

This is my favorite store to get everything I need for our pets. The owners are fantastic, they have quality food/treat products. Their prices are great on everything, including toys and clothes. I always find great things I didn't come in for and spend more than I planned because I always find something that I have to get for the girls. I have purchased adorable hair bows, "ice cream" cups, unique treats, and their day to day food. Check this store out if you didn't live near by. You're sure to find a stop in worth your time.

What a GREAT little place to take your pup for their birthday. We've gone the last few years. There's a bakery section with very reasonably priced treats. There are also toys, bones, food, shirts, and other odds and ends. If you need sports attire for your fur baby- check this place out! It's comparable to any other online store, and you'd be supporting small business.

The Upper Paw goes above and beyond for me every single time. I've had trouble with my dog's food lately. They have researched for me while I stand there comparing options and even provided me with generous samples. Recently we found a food my dog loves and they ordered it in stock for my baby. I get off work late so I'm always concerned about catching them during closing time but they kindly insist if I ever run late to give them a call and they can wait a couple minutes. That's just the kind of customer service you don't get anywhere anymore. They treat you like family. A real Dallas gem for all pet owners!

I have a pet that eats a special diet and it is the only reason that I came here...at first. I quickly realized that the owner was incredibly genuine and sweet. So, I kept coming back. My pet's special food is always in stock, Kathy (the owner) is always so sweet, and they are beyond knowledgable about all of the products they have in their store. Any time I have a question about a product, they always have answers. I can't say enough good things about this place!
