We took our puppy, Pearl in for her first groom today and she looks AMAZING! Her fur is so soft and it smells so good. I know puppies have a ton of energy and can be difficult to work with sometimes but they seriously did such a good job. We were a bit nervous as this was our first time leaving her alone in a new place, but she came home happy and with a cute bow and bandana :) We will definitely be back in the future!

Took my two pups there for the first time today and I was very impressed! It’s always a bit nerve wracking going to a new groomer with long hair dogs, but they did a great job on both of their cuts! Mac, the big black one, is our new rescue that had never been groomed before so I was a bit nervous on how he’d do. They were so patient with him and gave him breaks as needed to make the process as minimally stressful for him as possible. I SO appreciate that. Definitely will be bringing them back.

I’ve taken my pup twice and will continue to. The groomer/owner is soooo talented, my pup comes back super soft and all trimmed up!The girl at the front desk is very nice and welcoming! And the groomer is obviously very passionate about what she does. You can tell from the amazing job!Something super important is that they listen to exactly what’s requested. Nothing scarier than dropping off your dog requesting a trim and coming back to a fully shaved dog. This won’t happen at Paw Spa, what you ask for is what you get and I fully trust my pup in their care.The prices are very reasonable for the quality you’re getting and you won’t be disappointed!They also have some really awesome dog clothing!

Macie is incredibly kind, patient, and provides great service! Love the convenience of having a groomer to trust downtown. For context, I have a senior chihuahua who can be very unpleasant and Macie does an incredible job with her.

Macie, the owner is an amazing groomer! I've taken my labradoodle 2x since she opened her salon, once in August and here in November. Macie has done an absolute fantastic job with both grooms and I will only take my dog Paw Spa Dallas. I feel comfortable taking my girl there an having Macie work her magic. I'm very picky with my labradoodles haircut. If you are looking for a groomer that knows how to groom Doodles of all mixes please go see Macie. (Both grooms below are specific to what I asked for my dog.)

I have taken our 6 year old, 120lb English Lab to other groomers and he would still come home smelling like wet dog and his nails were still long even though they were supposed to be "trimmed".Macie did an amazing job with Reno (he smelled like a fresh puppy and his nails were nice and short) and he even got a cute little bandana!I expected it to be pricey because she uses all natural ingredients, most of which are USDA organic and for the amount of services we received (he sheds A LOT) but it was more than reasonably priced and definitely the best professional grooming he has received.We will be taking our Bengal kitty next for a spa day but we are definitely fans of The Paw Spa and will be regulars for life!

Took our dog Dexter in for his first groom at the Paw Spa and he came out fantastic. We live just a couple of blocks away and were very pleased when the Paw Spa opened downtown so we could have someplace close by to take him. Everyone was very friendly. Will definitely be going back again. During the three block walk home we had half a dozen people comment on how cute he and his bow tie was lol.

I have taken my 13 Year old Australian Sheppard to paw spa several times now. My Aussie has been to many different groomers over the year, and this has been the best service and price I've found by far. Sheppard's coats can be a challenge and they have gone above and beyond to keep her comfortable and looking great!

My dog Emma if often really shy and timid to try new things. Macie and friends at the Paw Spa really made her feel special and cared for! We left with tons of treats and dog chewies from their treat bar also. A great place to visit if you enjoy pampering your furry friends. Already booked her next appt. Thanks Paw Spa - Dallas!

Bought a lamb ear today for my sweet mini dachshund, she immediately took it to her kennel and is chewing it in happiness as I write this. The fella inside was very nice and helpful. Now just wish there were some shorthair dachshund stickers and keychains !!

Paw Spa did such a fantastic job with our pup, Milo. He looks so perfectly groomed, came home with the cutest bandana and they even sent me adorable pics post groom sesh. Great vibes and super cute salon in a great location as well. Will definitely come back!!

Just moved to the area & was recommended by my leasing staff. Macie did amazing job with my dog…he really got a luxury spa treatment & the Paw Spa space is so welcoming, chic, & stylish. Just took our dog Enzo for his first appointment and it went so well! He's usually very timid during grooming sessions, but being able to explore the shop on the first floor put him at ease. And Macie was wonderful and his haircut is so cute. Highly recommend!

Wow! Where do I begin?! I brought my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in for a bath today and I left with a beautifully clean dog and so much more! We bought the most adorable dresses, super cute custom cookies, and yummy doggie ice cream. The selection of products and goodies is amazing. Everything about this place is warm, welcoming, and just absolutely precious. Macie is so genuinely kind. She listened to our needs and did exactly what I asked for. It was truly our best experience with a groomer. My pup was so happy too! I can tell she really enjoyed her spa day!

I was having a hard time finding a groomer for Ivy and came across this new spa. I am so happy that we went today and wanted to share my honest review here. Ivy’s haircut is everything that I’ve wanted and it’s safe to say that she feels the same as she won’t stop smiling. The customer service was great and the Paw Spa is adorable! My favorite part is that a lot of the items within the shop are locally sourced. To top it off there was doggy ice cream that I could treat my fur babies to. I took some to my rottie and he loved it. With that being said we are now loyal customers of The Paw Spa.

Love this place! Super cute and cozy. We came as a walk-in for a simple nail trim for both of our dogs, and we were serviced immediately and quickly! Would definitely recommend. We can tell that the owner is a true dog lover, and will take excellent care of your babies. 10/10 recommend

Took our pup there for the first time yesterday and was thrilled with the service. I completed all of the booking via their web site. Showed up (good amount of street parking), was warmly greeted, and dropped off our pup. She was ready in an hour, a text message and few minute drive over and check out was just as easy as drop off. Not to mention she looked great!We’ve tried many of the local shops and mobile services but this is where we will be coming back.Fair prices, great services, and friendly people.
