That seems to be really hard to find in the City of Dallas. The best part at shopping with Home Depot is the app. The app tells you so much information even before you get to the store. So if you haven't downloaded 📱 the Home Depot app you're doing yourself a disfavor.

This store has been extremely frustrating. The staff seem uninformed and there's no supervisor available. I paid $40 for measurements, but when I arrived to pick up my door, they weren't in the system. I've already spent over 2.5 hours here just for measurements, and now it's taking another 1.5 hours to pick out the door. I've had enough. I want my $40 refunded. I'm going to Lowes. Home Depot really needs to provide better training for their staff, ASAP. If i could give them a negative number i would.

I walked in to purchase a Ryobi sander and Chris in the tool idle was so helpful of helping me choose one and a great deal. I'm so grateful that Chris was such a willing employee to help me, great attitude, easy to approach, smiling and so calm.

The atmosphere feels like a constant circus. Many employees appear aimless and unhelpful, often unable to assist when asked for directions. On multiple occasions, I've encountered staff who even directed me incorrectly. For a more peaceful and cleaner experience, Lowe's down the road is the preferable option.

I’ve never experienced customer service at a Home Depot before like I experienced yesterday @ this location. Victor in the plumbing department is so knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I really can’t say enough good things about this guy and I just want to shout it from the rooftop. He went out of his way to help my dad and I find the right parts for the leak. He never once acted like he was in a hurry or we were ignorant about the questions we asked. Because of Victor my parents don’t have to have a leaky pipe to worry about anymore. I can’t thank him enough and he is the epitome of customer service. Thank you Victor. You are definitely a hero in my eyes.

We've been going here for years. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out. The service is pretty quick too. There's a wide variety of stuff and we'll stocked. The tool rental is very convenient too for those who font have the tools. I love their sales too and clearance items. The thing I like the most is how organized they are. I mean, just look at the tool area. Things organized by brands. It makes it so easy to locate. It's pretty impressive and less of a hassle.

Easy layout has almost everything you need. They just make it hard to get credit there. I've been shopping there for almost 15 years and have spent so much money on personal and business related reasons and received no help in getting store credit. But you go elsewhere, and they practically throw it at you. I guess I'm still not worthy.

We were ready to pay and the product did not have a scanner, it was a piece of metal but there was a very arrogant brunette at the checkout who is supposed to be customer service, she had red hair, her name I don't remember Shalby oh something like that but she was very rude just because she saw us Hispanics you're not going to ask let's buy she just saw us as trash and someone else helped us go get the price and said we should get out of the line the truth is very sad Why does Home Depot hire those types of employees who make things worse for customers? If they don't want to go to work, oh, they're having a bad day, it's better for them to stay home, but she discriminated against us for being Latino.

This Home Depot is by far the worst store. Employees are unhelpful; unprofessional and right down RUDE. When you ask for assistance, associates behave as if you’re asking them for the clothes on their back. I was in the store to purchase 4 light fixtures, unfortunately we could not find what we needed because there is no ORGANIZED METHOD to the madness. I asked associate Patience (who works in Customer Service) to please page an associate from the department to assist. She was kind enough to page someone every 15 mins and after an hour of waiting NO ONE SHOWED UP even though she was kind enough to page a “manager”. We finally left and stopped to thank Patience for her efforts.

Elmer in the paint department seemed to have an attitude when asked where the stain paints were and then when I went back to asked if there was anyone who could help and he seemed like HE didn’t want to help body language and tone of voice said it all. If you do not want to help people DO NOT work for a store if you do not want to deal with customers and help them.

This is Home Depot is less than a mile from where I live so I thought I would try it. I got a can of paint and went to check out. Did not see one checker so I went to the self-checkout area and there was a line of 8 guys waiting to check out. There were only about 3 registers working with several that were "not open" which makes no sense to me at all. It's bad enough to have to check yourself out but to wait in line to do so is horrible customer service.

Came in to get some cabinets, waited for 20 minutes, several people were called back, no one showed. Called customer service, after 15 minutes, was told the store didn't sell cabinets. This was done while standing in front of the Hampton Bay display.No worries, ill take my business elsewhere.

Come onn Home Depot yah need to do better than this for the best of your business.... better and more efficient employees at some locations. This is the 3rd time in a month the service on paint department is terrible. They work so slow and unwilling to help, doing the bared basic and minimal, bad attitude etc... On my second time yah lost 2 gallons of paint because the girl in there mix was soo bad I couldn't take it. Then I went to Sherwin Williams they did a great mix. Please train your employees better for better results on your paint department. Besides that I love Home Depot for many other reasons!

Kind of sucks they don’t have buckets upfront anymore. The manager told him to keep them all and paint so people don’t use them but I tend to buy bucket. Every time I come very inconvenient to have them in only one location.

The loading area is never enforced. Workers plug it up and then go inside so if you buy what you need it is a nightmare to load. It is the only Home depot out of 9 that I have depended on to be so negligent.

Easy Return experience - when returning a gas product, make sure to roll over to tool rentals to have them ensure there's no gas in it. This will just ensure customer service can process the return quicker.
