This isnāt a terrible Home Depot, just not great. Itās frequently dirty, disorganized, and shelves are not well stocked. Recently I was shopping for a very specific color of spray paint and before I was finished, an associate shooed me out of the aisle, saying they needed to move something (he didnāt say what) and that it would be just a minute. I waited with others to get back into that aisle and they never did move anything, just stood around on the next aisle over talking. I eventually left without the paint I needed. The garden center has plenty of plants but not a wide variety. I used to buy my bedding plants at this location because they stocked 6 packs and small sized plants, which are preferable when your putting in a large bed or filling a large number of pots. Now they just carry quart and gallon sizes, and expensive brands, that makes it unaffordable. I buy my soil here, landscape rocks and pavers, but I go elsewhere for plants. The lumber, hardware, PVC and irrigation sections are fine. The appliances are dirty and dusty and unappealing, that area needs a facelift. The bath area is just awful. Donāt go there if you want to look at a tub in person, they have maybe three, and theyāre way up in the air on a shelf.

Visited this place on 23jun2023 evening to buy fence and flowerbed stuff. Purchased wood strips, bolts and support bars.There is lot of inventory and shop is very big.My parents almost exhausted by walking all around.Staff is customer friendly. Free parking available

I can't remember the guy's name who helped load our stuff, but he was the absolute best assistance I have received at one of these stores yet. They had everything in stock that I needed and the employees were all helpful and friendly. I live in Alabama and this store is almost worth driving all the way to Texas to patronize.

We needed to rent a sod cutter, and Mike and the rest of the team in the rental department did an amazing job getting us exactly what we needed, and giving us the tips to get our lawn job done! It was even his day off, and he helped us anyway! We saved a ton of money by doing this work ourselves rather than paying somebody else to come in and do it, and we're proud of the finished product. Thank you, Mike!

Really bad experience here on this location, o waited long for someone to come and help me on isle 17 lumber section. Iām a pro customer that buys more that 200k every year. I ask a pro desk employee to call for help 3 times and no one show up until I ask to speak with a supervisor. Then a female came to me a Hispanic supervisor ,I really doesnāt think she deserves that position because she really didnāt do anything, her answer was everyone is helping other customers. I understand that it gets busy but I was there for a hour when everyone was just looking around and not doing anything. Then the supervisor came to the exit door the loading area and saw my guy by himself loading huge bulk lumber to the trailer and she nevĆ©r ask someone for help loading. As a supervisor you need to be on top of all employees making sure they just not walking around and not helping who really needed. Donāt just go out there and be pretty. Work for a company that is paying you and do your job. Is not much fault of loaders is the supervisors that dosent put them to work. And make sure they do the right thing. I went here to buy paint for my new home, there were 3 people working at the paint "desk" and I stood there for about 10 minutes and not a single one of them acknowledged me or even said we'll be with you in a few minutes. Ended up going to Lowe's, received excellent service, great quality Sherwin Williams paint, and just like that, I'm now a Lowe's customer instead of a Home Depot one. Customer service matters, yall!

I ordered a Dewalt 1400 Peak Amp Portable Car Jump Starter with Digital Compressor from homedepot.com and my order was picked up by this store. The unit that was delivered to my house was a Caterpillar model that was clearly used and severely damaged (see images). The store and it's mangers were not very helpful with my attempts to return the product and receive a refund. In addition, they could not provide me with an explanation on why I received the incorrect and damaged product. After purchasing this expensive of a product, I expect more due diligence from the store.This is the first issue I have ever had with The Home Depot as a company, and I hope this is just a reflection of the poor management of this single store.

Very weird parking lot, but I end up coming here because they normally have stuff in stock that my closest store is out of. The staff are friendly and you can get some good food from unaffiliated vendors in the parking lot.

This is a review on the hot dog guy, in front of home depot, not Home Depot itself. Absolute trash. Rude, just like ehh I don't care attitude. Too expensive for a gas station type hot dog. Better off at Quick Trip or Race Trac.

Overall not a bad store, but since it's nestled in the hood it has its share of drama, with folks trying their hardest to shoplift from this place, causing one to wait an eternity for workers to unlock the myriad of locks on shelves.This place, like many others, suffers from being short staffed with customer service taking a hit. There are many workers that try, but you can tell they're overwhelmed working multiple departments trying to keep up. Much like Walmart your best bet is to use the self checkouts since cashier's are being used elsewhere.The bathrooms here are ATROCIOUS, do if the hankering to use the bathroom hits you're better off going to a construction site portajohn. The cherry on top, tho, is the food vendor outside. Sure the food is a little expensive but it's definitely worth it if you're short on time.Not the best Home Depot, but certainly not the worst given its location. Just be wary of your stuff and lock your car doors!

The flowers in the gardening section seemed a little overpriced to me. I don't know if it's because all prices are going up everywhere if they just specifically are more expensive than Walmart. I couldn't find rounded pavers to make a circle around my tree. Customer service was helpful with getting prices that they didn't have posted. The customers were very friendly. One customer told me where I could find above raised beds soil. Another customer was helpful to tell me that the plants I was looking for were four rows down. I ended up getting these plants for 1.78 each.

It's not stocked well at all. Hard to get help when you need it. Go online first to see if what your looking for is in stock if not try another location that's the best way to shop Home Depot.

I understand it is Christmas Eve, but they are advertising they are open till 5pm today but at 03:30pm they shut down all registers and forced all purchases to the help desk along with returns and people like me who were trying to pick up pre paid orders, not to mention they were kept calling over the Intercom that they were closing at 04:30pm, they also blocked off all entrances and only let people in the exit where you were forced to navigate barrier fencing they had put in place and there is no way the set met fire code I know this for a fact. There is reason there is a a Fire, Life and Safety Code in the City of Dallas, Tx.The Fire, Life and Safety Code supercedes anything, including Holiday closing hours, with out Fire,Life and Safety there Certificate of Occupancy is invalid.Again I realize it's Christmas Eve, but that does not give anyone the right to sacrifice the safety of others, and who ever is in charge should be disciplined and stripped of there managerial role.

Worst Home Depot at least in the area. Every time I go there are more rules and restrictions. A few months back they stopped price matching. They also stopped doing store credit for returns. Last week they added special gates so you canāt go out the entrance even if you arenāt purchasing anything. Today when I went to return something, even with the card I purchased it with, they had to enter my ID number.It would be one thing if all Home Depotās were like this, but Iāve been to at least two others that are much nicer and easier to work with on returns. I shop here a lot. Often I buy more than I need so I donāt have to make another trip in the middle of a project. The policies here have made that prohibitively difficult and not worth spending my money here any longer. I will take my business a couple minutes down the roadā¦

I came here to pick up a Flag for the 4th, some mulch and look for some PVC pipe. Materials I needed were all in stock.No customer service was offered to me in any department. Aisles were blocked with carts and pallets of freight. Even the main runway aisle was blocked with a huge pallet of freight right in the middle of the aisle. I can understand that Sunday morning is a little slower because of church, but it may be a good idea to clear out the pallets from the floor once the afternoon hits. Additionally, the pallet in the main runway aisle wasn't even lowered to the ground. This is an even more precarious situation and a much larger safety hazard. When a pallet jack is used to move pallets and is not lowered to the ground when it is left unattended, that means that the pallet can be easily moved if it is bumped because the pallet jack is on wheels. This could have been a very dangerous situation for customers or employees alike. I personally had to move the pallet out of the aisle. Aside from the huge safety issues that I saw while in store today, I feel compelled to say that it is common courtesy and good practice to keep the aisles cleared for customers during open store hours. I was very disappointed during my visit to see such carelessness.

Staff and management lacking in professionalism and education. They run the operation like a junkyard rather than a retailer. Would not recommend doing business with this location. I've had an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed, have made several phone calls only to speak to a cashier, be transferred to a voicemail then no response. Wouldn't be going public with this issue if I hadn't left multiple voicemails over several weeks.It is getting harder and harder for low-wage retailers to attract qualified management.

I have been a professional Home Depot customer for 5 years and have never had the worst customer service experience like the one I had tonight by this lady named Paola in the returns department at 9.30 pm. She has to learn to treat customers well and also understand that it is my money that I choose to spend in this store. Also explain to her that being a pro customer has to mean something. Finally she called someone on the phone, I guess the manager, and was able to finish my transaction. Please train her better.

The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I returned a cargo van and did not get my deposit back and they also charged me extra. The man for the returns called me a punk and a liar. I do not recommend this store at all to anyone on earth.

The cashier's are very polite, I mean everyone was nice but the folks that work in each department area have little to no experience in what they are doing or any experience with tools. As I said I could tolerate it because they are polite. Just familiarize yourself with where the products are that would be fine God bless
