You’ll see a lot of amazing reviews and I can tell you they are completely accurate :) We’ve been bringing our now 2 year old lab, Ollie, to Dallas Dog Palace for Doggie Day Care for over a year and have also boarded him here as well. Jennifer and her team are amazing. The facility is clean, well staffed with a manageable dog to person ratio to where I always know Ollie is safe and having the best day ever. It’s fun to see pictures in his report card, his behavior throughout the day and also the friends he played with- too cute. As the ultimate DINKWAD couple obsessed with their pup, we cannot recommend Dallas Dog Palace enough!

I have been taking my dog Breeze to Dallas Dog Palace for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about them. Breeze looooves going to daycare and playing with his furry friends. He always comes home happy and tired. The people working there are amazing and caring. They treat our pets like their own and that's all we can ask for. They also send us a doggy report card of his daycare days, which is so cute and thoughtful. We get plenty of pictures when Breeze is boarding, so we can see how much fun he is having. They are very attentive and professional. They notify us of any changes in his health or behavior and always follow our instructions. We have nothing but great things to say about Dallas Dog Palace, Jennifer, Dillan, and the rest of the team!

I can’t say enough about how awesome Dallas Dog Palace has been! I’ve taken my pup to other boarding/daycare facilities in the past, but Dallas Dog Palace really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your dog’s stay.They will send you a report card for your pup every day, but will also contact you separately, if needed, to provide more specialized updates and info. I left my dog Cooper while away on a 2 week trip and felt so at-ease while I was gone. He had a blast, and was really well taken care of.Since then I’ve had to drop him off for shorter stays and he has enjoyed himself every time. This will definitely be my go-to for both boarding and daycare, and I highly recommend.

Dallas Dog Palace is AMAZING! My babies have stayed there for Daycare and for Boarding and have loved every minute! They are so excited when we arrive, we have to run to the door. One of my dogs had a traumatic experience with another dog as a puppy and is very shy with other dogs. They have been so patient with her and they have worked with her. She is finally making some furry friends! Dallas Dog Palace is run with a true heart for dogs. I am so thankful to have people and a place that I trust with my babies.

We have been taking our dog Bo to DDP for about a year now (since he was 5 months old)! They are the best. They brought him out of his shell and truly give him the best experience every time whether it be daycare, boarding, etc. Bo has memorized the route from our house to DDP and will now wag/whine until he gets there - he loves it so much and comes home tired every time. We could not recommend Dallas Dog Palace enough!

I can't say enough good things about The Dallas Dog Palace. They took in my two dogs for 9 days and treated them like their own. The space at The Dallas Dog Palace is so clean and spacious. The outside yard is huge and my dogs loved the obstacle course, ball run, and toys. It's not common to find a place with a yard so big and full of fun things to do. The boarding rooms were big enough that my two dogs were able to board together comfortably. If you want your dog to be respected, loved on and treated like family, this is the place for you!

I love this place, and so does my pup. They seem to care about the dogs genuinely, and I love the photos they send (I look forward to them.) The place looks spotless, and I love that there is so much outdoor space. He has a blast every time he goes and comes back ready for bed.

I stumbled upon Dallas Dog Palace through a google search last fall, and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am to have found such an amazing place for my anxious dog. The staff at the palace are all friendly, welcoming, and always greet us by name as we walk in. They have even gone the extra mile to work with me for early drop offs on mornings when I have needed to be at work at unusual hours.My dog Gracie, has extreme separation anxiety and is anxious about playing with other dogs after being attacked at a public park a year ago. I have had to carry all 85lbs of her inside other doggy day care facilities, but never here. After her third visit to the palace, she happily bolted inside the door to greet Jennifer and ran up to the gate to go play with her new friends– nothing has put me more at ease about sending her to daycare. She comes home happy, tired after a day of play, and always excited to go back and see everyone again. I love seeing the pictures in her report card each day– they always put a smile on my face.Simply put, I cannot recommend this place enough!

We boarded our three large fur babies with the Dallas Dog Palace while we enjoyed a 5 day much-needed vacation. Our dogs are big, stubborn at times, súper sweet, but have varying degrees of playfulness. We came home to some very happy dogs that were significantly easier to take on walks and pulled less when they saw other dogs. They reminded us that they enjoy social vacations too. They played a lot with the other dogs during the day, but enjoyed sleeping together in their dog palace, as they do at home. I think they can’t wait until our next vacation. I’m so glad that we found a place that we can trust, that our dogs also love.

I had such a fantastic experience with Dallas Dog Palace! I used them for my puppy Mollie from when she was about 4 months old until we moved away from Dallas when she was 12 months. The staff are so great and I felt totally comfortable leaving her with them, knowing that they really cared about her.We used daycare about 3 days per week as well as boarding and grooming services. We will miss them so much- I wish there was a Dallas Dog Palace in every city!

We love the Dallas Dog palace for boarding! Their outdoor play space is wonderful- large with lots of shade and room to play. They have turf which stays nice year round. Many places I looked at had large dirt areas for their outdoor space because grass doesn’t grow well and that’s if they even have an outdoor play area ! The staff are wonderful 😊

The Dallas Dog Palace is truly a unique place. It has very large outdoor play areas with trees as well as 2 large indoor areas…feels like you are on a farm in the country. There is no where else in Dallas that offers this type of environment. Jennifer(owner) and her staff are very dog passionate and it clearly shows with how they love and care for the dogs. The personalized updates are nice to get and clearly a personal touch not just a checklist. We are so happy to have found this place for our puppy. Highly recommend the Palace!

I came to Dallas for a weekend getaway and I was a little nervous leaving my puppy for the first time overnight. The staff and owner at Dallas Dog Palace were amazing with her and sent us daily updates. They made us feel at ease and will definitely bring her back when we are in town.

The Dallas Dog Palace staff was extremely friendly and professional. You can tell that they genuinely love dogs and have a passion for what they do. We boarded our dog for the weekend and he didn’t want to leave! They took such great care of him, cleaning him, taking him for walks, and they even cleaned his slow feeding dog bowl for us! I highly recommend Dallas Dog Palace and we will be using them for all future boarding and daycare. Thank you to the amazing team!

My dog Billie absolutely LOVES The Dallas Dog Palace. When we arrive she practically drags me to the door! She goes once a week for doggie daycare & has also boarded. Jennifer & the staff are fabulous! During Billie’s boarding stay, I received pictures and an update on her day every evening. I loved receiving these! It is such a great comfort knowing that your fur baby is in loving hands & is being well taken care of! (Plus she had a blast!!) I can’t recommend The Dallas Dog Palace enough!

Dallas Dog Palace is truly the best! My dog Cora loves coming to play and never wants to go home at end of the day. They update with pictures and videos personally and truly seem to love and get to know the dogs in their care. Cora has also learned wonderful play manners and basic commands as well since starting there. This has been a huge peace of mind having such a phenomenal daycare as I work long hours and have a rambunctious puppy who needs to run!

Love Love Love this kennel. Jennifer and team are fantastic and take such great care of our baby!! He is always excited when we drop him off and has a terrific time while he’s there. We get daily pictures and updates. The pictures are very well shot and sometimes we get action shots. I highly recommend Dallas Dog Palace. You and your pet will love it!!

My dog has so much going to daycare at Dallas Dog Palace! As soon as he arrives, he jumps and does a happy dance. I feel confident that he is well taken care of and at the end of the day I get to see posts from Instagram of all the fun they had. The hours are very convenient and booking dates are easy to do. It also has lots of outdoor running space and indoor. Overall, this place is an amazing dog palace.

Dallas Dog Palace is my new favorite dog daycare and boarding business. The facility is very clean and has a great spacious yard. The staff is very friendly, professional, and loves dogs! A major perk is they provide updates through an app on the status of your dog - exercise, eating, bathroom breaks etc. They go above and beyond and not only do I highly recommend Dallas Dog Palace, I’ll be boarding with them again in a few weeks! A great find and a great team!

This is a daycare that goes way above and beyond for the needs of each dog.I came here with my large rescue pup, who wasn’t able to socialize at the shelter, and is dog reactive on leash. The staff took extra steps introducing her to their pack and making sure she wasn’t being stressed too quickly. It warms my heart seeing my girl getting such loving attention.I even did a tour with the owner, who openly answered every question I had about handling situations, policies, scenarios, etc. She also walked me through every area my dog would be kept, not hiding anything.You can trust them with your best friend.

Wow, if you want the best place in Dallas to leave your furry child then look no further. This place just opened and they spared no expense in making the nicest dog hotel/boarding/daycare that I have ever seen or could have imagined!
