My husband and I decided to stop by while out shopping at Galleria. I have been in search for a pin board and wanted to see if they would have one. While they didn't have one Elaine was so very helpful in trying to order one online at a different location. While she was having a hard time trying to make this happen she did not give up. She went above and beyond to make sure I was gonna get my pin board no matter what. She was finally able to place the order so we could pick it up at another location. She also followed up with us to let us know the other location had the board and was ready for pick up. It was our first time at the Container Store and a great experience! Thank you so much Elaine! We appreciate you and what you did today. I got my board. It is so huge and perfect for my disney pins!

I came into the store with intentions to redesign my son’s closet. I worked with Katie, she was very rude and made me feel like my time with her was an inconvenience. I left and went to California closets and they were so kind and helpful. Katie was condescending, cruel, and not professional at all she really made me feel not welcome.

I just left the Container store. I have never felt like a group of uppity snobs dis NOT want to help me. I was looking for about 72 Elfa rolling cabinets. not only did the lady treat me like I was going to steal the display she also said they didnt have what i was looking for without letting me finish my sentence. I literally walked right up to the item. She stood there and just watched me with a disapproving look the entire time. then when I asked her the price she told me I'd have to look online. what a waste of my time. I'm sure Ikea wouldn't mind the business. sad! Know your prices. and be kind.

Store manager is not friendly or apologetic at all. She only wants to be right. The only good associate at this store that I’ve encountered is no longer there. I’d suggest going to a different location.

This is a lovely place! They have beautiful closed solutions, and a wide variety. I loved looked at all the storage containers. Although this place is extremely pricey. I think it is over prized for what they sell and i would buy everything if it wasn’t that way! Besides that it’s super fun and the staff was amazing.

As someone who loves to organize, this place was like heaven! Just so satisfying to walk through, almost like it sucked away my stress. We came looking for some multi-sized baskets to sort our pantry and they had so many options we had to stop and narrow it down!

The Container Store is my go-to. They have designed several closets in at least two of our homes. TCS folks are super professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The installer was in and out in an hour. He took out the shelf and rod in the current closet, repaired, painted and installed the new shelving in about an hour. I'm sure this would have taken a weekend of my time so more than worth the investment. I'm always cueing up an other project!Services: Installation, Closet design

Amazing! Friendly and helpful staff. The store was clean and organized although they were in the transition of rearranging displays, transitioning from the holiday season, and a bit of remodeling. Even with all of that going on, they still kept the aisles clean and free of debris and clutter. Impressive. Def going back to that store on a regular basis.

It was really good. Few CS still carry a full section of wrapping papers and ribbons like this store does. The one glitch was that several of the items did not have price stickers attached and the check out clerk wanted me to go back and check on prices. Not my job! But it was resolved ok. Still.think it is the best CS in Dallas.

Great customer service! Accommodating. Lots of neat stuffs. I was initially wary of this place, but because of reliable and helpful customer service at the Galleria location. I am a convert. Hope the lock down ends soon so I can wander the nee location on DTN.

Best customer service. Super caring staff at Container store near the Galleria (Alpha Rd.) I shopped in August-September for small mason jars to contain honey we had harvested. Found lovely selection, even in smallest sizes. Needed non-leaking. Also found best gloves for dishwashing. Have shopped there for twenty-ish years and the staff are always great--so helpful! Inventive too! Thank you!

I went in to get a storage solution for my classroom. I was prepared to order online and pick up the next day to save 15% even though I was already in the store. The manager who assisted me learned I was buying this for classroom from conversation to store the spirals I purchased for my students. All 150 of them. She honored the 15% saving me a trip.

My girlfriend loves this place. I do not. If you don't want to be overwhelmed by organizational choices, stay home. Better yet, just throw everything in a pile on your side of the bed. We're in a very healthy relationship.

We have been shopping at CS for decades and always been well treated. This has been our store for two years and we like it and are pretty much always happy with our experience. Last time takes the cake though - after the big storm last Sunday (I think it was) when over 300,000 people in the Metroplex were without power and a lot of places closed down, this store remained open. Not only that, they did business. With paper receipts and credit card slips they went around in the dark and made sure that customers were well taken care of. To calculate taxes and to locate the SKU numbers on the items, they used their personal cell phones. These good people were just amazing. Thank you!

Dont known why I was scared of going to this store. For some reason I thought things were going to be crazy expensive. I was super surprised to find I was greatly mistaken! Let me tell you that this place is like organizing heaven. Small containers, large containers. Every and any size container you could ever need. My creative juices were flowing walking down the aisles.

Lots of good storage items. Pretty highly priced though. Did use a 20% off on one item coupon I found on their site. They don't have very many stackable baskets. They need many more of those. But their items are very classy.

I have visited this location 2x. The 1st I was really uncomfortable with the way the guy at the register was watching me, I guess he thought I was going to put something in my wallet😒 The 2nd time same little guy, was in the process of ringing me up and his mgr told him to go help another customer. I had 2 huge wine glass holder's, she finished ringing me up, and before I could even put my card back in my wallet she was helping the next customer. I was like OK, and then asked was she going to bag my items, she handed it to me to do!!! This store is REALLY (Racist)not for everyone. I would never ever recommend this location!!

First time in here and it was a lot to see.So many options and choices and ideas to organize your home.They apparently change some stuff according to season which is nice.It was really quiet like some art gallery lol.The cashier was friendly too.But over all i do thinkneverything is very over priced. It is more for the convience.But they di have a lot of stuff that isnt easy to find so i can see why ppl will pay those prices.Its very organized and easy to walk through.

We have been long time shoppers of elfa shelving that the container stores carry , in San Diego we had 2 closets, in Dallas my garage and 2 pantries -We are getting ready to do our walk in closet off our master bedroom and decided to get help with the design - it started off ok , told the lady our needs and wants and was promised an email of the design - well no email, no design and the sales ends February.It seems the container store isn't as sharp or finely tuned as it once was -Just FYI this was my third visit - the first two I stood in the closet department and no one would help because they seem to busy discussing their week end plans with each other

Useful but overpriced plastic and composite items. The store was incredibly cluttered and junky, lots of abandoned stock room carts overloaded with boxes blocking shelved product.The staff, who yes, were busy trying to reset planograms, seemed more than acceptly bothered when needing assistance.Also, it's annoying they still use the scandia but no longer sell any of it in stores.The front parking lot (on Alpha) is difficult to navigate and the parking spaces are very small.

Would LOVE to re-outfit my gourmet kitchen from this fabulous Store. There were tools, toys and more in this incredibly merchandised Store. Salespeople were educated, knowledgable and always available without being pushy. My kind of Store!
