Worst drive up experience location. This store consistently cancels items just because their employees are too lazy to grab the items off the shelf. They do it all the time and I already know it’s available. I always end up walking in and grabbing the item myself because I’m already there and I want it today. Here’s one example out of the many times I’ve had to do it already.

Omg so I went to Target. He said I could go and get an exchange. I went back there, and they were all used and open. I said, "What's up man you guys put use items back on the shelf and charge full price." He said well I think someone goes back there and uses the color pencil. " I accidentally said colors, and he had the nerve to correct me. I said it doesn't matter, but this is ridiculous 🙄 smh

Love this target so much!Really good layout of the store making the shopping experience feel so good. Always stocked up with everything and rarely see empty shelves! We come here sometimes just to walk around lol!

I was shocked to actually be greeted walking in and leaving! The employees are helpful and work quickly. We are always at Target. This one was pretty awesome.

Carol the shift manager was upset because there was a line a i wanted to scan my own items. She snatched my things and forced me to the check out line. It was the most embarrassing thing ive ever dealt with in my life. Ive come to this target tons of times and never had been treated this way. She doesnt understand how to treat people. Carol i hope your day gets better this was uncalled for

I am not the type to be putting stuff like this but i have had it with discrimination i worked here for almost two months the location is nice but the management are very very very discriminating i was fired badly for leaving 3 days early before i was supposed to be gone on the 28th of December 2022 but i quit on the 24th on the original date the guy named Stephan asked me to stay a few days a later but i left cause i i guess people don’t like to train or help others maintain a job i am a hard worker and bevause of this nonsense he put a permanent barrier for me to never work there again i mena no target sk that cuts off one entire employer for me to even have a chance i could be homeless and they care i dont know who else to speak to soni am posting here i only speak truth regardless of someone quitting there should be no permanent ban if you did it one time unless that person hates your guts thats why working for the man is challenging people take advantage of that at will law put here now i am jobless trying to find a job with these ungrateful people who put barriers like this i am never gonna love target like i used its a terrible company to work for under those circumstances i will keep putting them down as a terrible workplace until u am done justice don’t say someones doing a good job to make em feel good if your don’t like them cause thats rude i am already banned for life for leaving three days early so i post this here to speak out for people who go thru stuff like this as a discriminatory workplaceI already got rejected countless times even before i had left target in the years 2016-2021 i only worked there one time!!!!So take this and let it sin god bless

I purchased 3 items that I scanned on my app and shelf had a lower price. I took pictures and got a refund from customer service. Think about it mine was over $2.50 multiply that by 100 customers. It’s the principle of the action. Things are so expensive already much less the store Nickle and diming us!

Bad experience - I ordered a large order after moving across the country and needed the basics + some decor. They first tried to bring me a beat up mirror and then the associate stated “I knew it” to his coworker when I asked them to exchange it. So they knew it was damaged. I’m also missing about 4 or 5 items from my order and when trying to get a replacement on the app, they mail it to you. I need that stuff now. Overall disappointing.

I love this store but the food department seen my mother and I walk up to buy some popcorn and as we were about to pay the cashiers walked to the back and left us standing which was unprofessional my mom had two hip replacements and she had to stand for a while just to pay for popcorn which is ridiculous give us the treatment that you gave the other race before us I don't understand why you would walk off after helping another customer and it's 3 people working this is so sad.

Two thumbs up .Target is a great and amazing store . The locations is near my job and home .I appreciate the staff is friendly and helpful. The perfect store for single moms and families. I can go in and get out no wait time. Fully staffed. I'm able to get everything I need from Targets .My number 1 store .Yes I will be returning again .

My daughter and I visited this location while having a layover at Lovefield Airport. The store was clean and well organized. At checkout I needed some help with using Target Circle and the Store Manager was happy to help! THANKS SO MUCH!!

Men's restroom looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks. It was filthy feces on seats on the floor paper everywhere. Just plain filthy I thought restrooms are supposed to be cleaned daily? Obviously the manager at this place is missing not doing their job.

Not staffed at the returns / order pick up. One person to handle both is not enough. 6 or 7 people waiting. And the order pick items halfway across the store is ridiculous. Then only one person in tech.

I’ve been calling the store and no one ever answers. I purchased some items and when I got home they were not in my bag and I’m trying to see if the cashier turned them in to customer service. I can’t just drive up there since I’m about 30 minutes away. I wish someone would answer the phone.

Bought a prepaid Visa gift card at this Target and after using it exactly one time, they immediately put it on hold. When I called the number on the back, I was informed my card had been erroneously compromised. The "best they can do" is send me a replacement card in two weeks, meaning I have no grocery money because of their incompetence. Do NOT buy gift cards here, they will essentially steal your money.

I had a great experience using the drive up option at Target Love Field today. I drove up and within a minute of pulling up the attendant came out with my item, Checked my code on my phone and handed me my item and I was on my way.

Extremely rude employee at checkout. I was very friendly to her and could not even get a hello and welcome to Target from her. Argued with me over the correct price of the item I was purchasing. I would not shop at Target again unless they improve their customer service.

Terrible customer service and awful customer experience. Purchased two $50 gift cards that DO NOT WORK. THEY REFUSE TO HELP and DON'T CARE. THE NUMBER ON GIFT CARDS IS TO CHECK BALANCE NOT SPEAK WITH ANYONE. PITIFUL AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I'LL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. I filed a better business BUREAU COMPLAINT for selling fraudulent merchandise and refuse to assist with exchanging the faulty gift cards that do not swipe. Guest relations parrot the same bullish to call Mastercard . Guess what you can't speak with anyone! Fraudsters all of you! Another day of dealing with NONSENSE from Mastercard. What a total fraud. Day #4 I was informed of Mastercard gift card company that they blocked cards!! After 4 days of pure hell and blatant lies now it's revealed that cards do not work because of Mastercard card so I have to wait 4 WEEKS FOR A PAPER check.

I’m a huge Tar’ja supporter. This store always leaves me a little off. I realize it’s not the largest footprint in retail big box stores, but the ineffective management of stock can be frustrating . Especially when the vacant shelves are still prevalent throughout this location. If any one can tell me why THIS LOCATION ONLY refuses to bring six pack half liter sodas to the drive up??? I would maybe go a little softer . They bring the 35 bottle half liter of water to the car- a six pack of Coca Cola weighs a lot less….
