I have ordered from this company several times and have had a great experience getting supplies. Today I took their survey and ended up getting more than 500 emails about magazine subscriptions. They were coming in so fast that I couldn't even block them. As it turns out - THEY KNOW ABOUT THIS. The amount of emails that were coming in were crippling, and I had to call my email server to get them stopped.

I order salmon oil for my dogs from here and every time has been a speedy delivery! Even when they had the product on back order I still got it within 3 days and the check out process is so easy to navigate

Would not recommend ordering from this company. Poor website function, ordering things that they do not actually have in stock then not hearing from customer service until I call in to find out about the order. Absolutely poor customer service, highly recommend Jeffers, valley vet or any other vet supply store over this one.

What others are saying is true, I ordered 3 items a few weeks ago, all of them I assumed were in stock because the website allowed me to place the order and nothing indicating the item was "not in stock" or " on backorder" . A few days later one item shipped, I received it. About a week later , the two items just sat in my order in limbo. I received no contact, nothing. I sent an email and the associate told me they hope to be getting a shipment in the following week, that there was some issues with the supply chain, and could not provided me an ETA(estimated time of arrival). The week came and went, no notification, items that are not in stock still being advertised to order on their website. I finally just contacted them and asked them to remove the two remaining items. I see some key issues here, they aren't updating their website to illustrate an accurate depiction of inventory on hand, there's no notifications letting you know that the item is not available or on backorder. I understand issues happen but if youre not taking steps to mitigate these issues to provide a smooth and accurate consumer experience then I cant provide anymore of my business.

This company will ship short dated vaccines. This effectively doubles or triple the price when you can't use all of the product. Customer service refuses to rectify the problem. Do not waste your time or money!

Another BS company, posts items on their website, you order, get a confirming email of the order. Days later they send you an email with no referencing order number, only that your shipping rates are going to be astronomical for one item, then they are out of another item you just ordered. If you don't have something TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE AND STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME!

Website won't tell you if an item is in stock. Waited around for something I needed. Called once and asked what the hold up was, and want l was not informed. Had to call back 2 days later to find out the product they have for sale on the website is on back order for 2 weeks... Thanks for wasting my time, I will be sure to go elsewhere forever.
