There's always been a problem every time my mother and I visit this store. The new owner is very rude, the employees follow you around the store etc. My sisters bday was a while ago and I bought some balloons from there. Literally 2 mins out of the store they deflate. Went back in to get new ones, and it turned into a whole altercation. They sell old expired things and are rude as hell.

Very rude. I went to the counter The young Indian cashier was standing, but there was a homemade "Closed" sign on the counter. So I went to the other counter with the old fat Indian cashier was standing. He said he was closed and can I read. I stated the young man's counter had the "Closed" signed on it that's why I came over here. Then the old fat cashier said a one word statement in his language, and the young Indian cashier smirked. I will let you fill in the one word. I Will Never Come Back To This Store With The Rude mota vaalaras jaanavar.

This is a really great place to find a variety of inexpensive goods. The store is quite cramped and cluttered but it’s worth the trouble. They have great discount prices on party supplies and decorations of all colors. Some of which are actually the exact same goods from party city. They’ve got all sorts of serving ware; from disposable metal baking dishes with stands and covers, to disposable dainty individual dessert cups. I always check this place out when I’m throwing a party. If you have an idea of what you want you can use their supplies to make it nice. I’ve posted a photo of a recent party I threw for my son using supplies purchased from there: the gold plates were perfect! They also sell some discount pantry foods. I’ve purchased large bags of On the Border brand tortilla chips for $1, individually wrapped fruit by the foot 5/$1. It’s usually a pretty random selection but it’s priced well. They’ve got toiletries, clothing, shoes, pet supplies, backpacks, vases, cheap toys, cheap tools (great price on tiny screwdrivers) , spray paint, kitchen supplies all sorts of things. I love to check out their seasonal offerings. I recently bought my sons some nice fedoras there for $2 each! This place is definitely worth a look!

The place has so much stuff. Some of the things are good. The staff wasn't friendly and lost out on a sale which would have been a 500.00 + sale had the man behind the plexiglass considered my tax exempt. Which he stated that I had to purchase a minimum of 100.00 dollars. Sir bless you!

Excellent variety of EVERYTHING! The party supplies are plentiful and the flowers for special projects or arrangements are awesome. They also provide superior customer services. The management walks you to the item you're seeking instead of just point at something and expecting you to go on a treasure hunt.

I like Sam's dollar Store I know it like the back of my hand. There is always a bargain waiting on you. I go to the one nearest Hampton and Red Bird ln on Dallas. It seems to be family operated always a great atmosphere. Can get tools to perfumes and colone even silk flowers one of my favorite places to shop.

Horrible! They are so very rude in there! They don't care how they talk to their customers. I've been in there and witnessed 3 workers there, including the owner be rude. The store is extremely crowded and they overpriced their expired and near expired food. Customer beware. They try and wipe off the expiration date with acetone or cover it with a sticker. I just witnessed this today! I rather give my money to a business that appreciate their customers and dont feel privileged! Also be careful. That store is a fire hazard and just a hazard on its own.

I Don’t shop there anymore. A neighbor was approached by a worker there, asking him to bring his back pack to the front. He still had it on, from his work out at a place next door. If you ask a man of color to take his back pack off. You should ask everyone to take theirs off. Why him only ? This world is crazy if they think we will keep giving them our money when treating us any kind of way. People stand together !!!

The store is identical today as it was 20 years ago. I purchased certain large drinking glasses as I did then. Still had same glasses as then in same place & variety. WARNING: if you want to buy any type of human/animal food check expiration date & examine closely before serving.I can tell the owner stays at front of store high-up & working the hardest. When other 2 cash registers are unattended & customers are lining-up to check-out, he makes it clear to his staff to get up here to work registers.A small discount store with a lot of stuff; if you have the time to be courteous to others & want 1980s prices, this is the place to go.

You can pretty much find anything that you need here. Everything is not a dollar but is very reasonable. You can find things from household goods to supplies for school, Fix-It items for around the house oh, antennas for TVs, even dog toys or beds, party supplies and more.

I've been at the store when I am bored and have nothing to do. During this visit I found a CVS brand of face wash. I have since gone back and bought three more. The quality was great and I did recognize the CVS brand so I was not hesitant to purchase.

This place is a Great place to shop for just about anything. From house cleaning supplies to clothes and shoes even. Look Lancaster we have our own little mini store. One stop shop. Enjoy 😀😀

Although it may seem a little overwhelming on your first few visits because of the amount and variety of products offered here, once you get to "know the place" you'll be amazed at the deals constantly found here. New products rotated as well as the classics. Staff at the checkout counter are always nice!

Today is the 13th of May 2021 and I just left from Sam's Dollar store. As I entered the store there was two Hispanic ladies with backpacks on another Hispanic lady at the cash register with the backpack on. I am an African-American. the security guard comes around the corner and asking me could I leave my backpack at the front of the store. There are better places to spend your money. I'm sure you guys know why he asked me that🤔 hopefully you who are reading this have a problem with this as well. There are other better places to spend your money hopefully you will exercise your financial power. I will never and I mean never shop there again.

It's a pretty good store. The $1.00 is obviously deceiving. Great for knick knacks, stationary, tools, good smelling perfume. Not to crowded but some of the workers are down right rude.

Hit or miss as to whether they are going to have what you need. They have changed over the years from a general store with everything to lots of party supplies. Great prices though.
