I went to the food court. I ordered a large pizza to go. While I was waiting I had ordered a hotdog combo. After paying, the clerk said the soda machine is out. She gave me a hot can of Dr Pepper, a cup and an overcooked hotdog. The hot dog was broken and sliced up.

Order pick up is extremely slow, they need to hire more help to get order out within 10 minutes r less. There no way over 10 slots and only one worker. Please plan at least 30 min wait for pickup took my entire lunch break which is an hour.smh only in the hood

Pulling your teeth out would feel better than shopping here. Staff was little to no help and it seems like I was bothering them when I asked for help. They even seem to ignore each other radios calls, multiple different staff members couldn’t reach anyone for help.

I have no issues with the store itself but the food court is the issue; I order thru scan and go since i was in a rush to go back with the family, i ended up waiting for 45 minutes just for 2 pretzels and a coke. Im assuiming its a race thing since im a mexican american and all workers where african american and they ignored me while they got all the orders from all the rest of the people.

I love Sam's Club. However, their tire and battery department is lacking, from timely service to customer service. If we pay hundreds of dollars for car service, there is no reason nor excuse for them to have an empty refrigerator that advertises complimentary drinks.Not to mention, my installment appointment was set for 3pm.They were working on another vehicle and clocked out once they finished. I was left to wait on an employee who was supposed to be here at 3:30. As I write this, it is now 4pm.

The location is on the spot location because it is near to highway 61. Mostly in this club we can get help sooner than any other club because there’s a lot of staff which can help you with your items. Although lines are really long you can use the Sam’s Club app to make your lane wait shorter and your shopping better. I mostly suggest people to carry their Sam’s Club card because in the entrance it will be needed and while leaving the store make sure you’re not losing your receipt which will be really helpful while shopping in Sam’s Club

Best price in town for papertowels and bathroom tissue....and can always find some type of clothing, weather it's Shacket or workout gear.....the Sam's App is the best way to check out if you have a few items!

Bought 4 drinks, the machine majority beverages are out terrible said carbohydrates is broken yet selling cups ice cream not serving brownie sundae like all Sam's this one is far the worst one plus I drove 45 min to expect better than this Sam's far the worst at that icee machine doesn't work either took 30 min to receive my pizza was expecting a nice cold beverage next time might just stop at target instead always reliable great customer service cut the pizza 🍕 😀 better don't be afraid of cutting the pizza 😀

If I could give it a 0 i would The employees have attitudes and are racists. They dont answer their phone so their is no where to make a complaint. Will not be returning the attitude is not necessary if you do not like your job them find something else.

FED UP & FIGURED OUT! 😂This Sam's club got fed up with all the customer arguments and chaos at the pumps so they finally figured out how to give the members a dose of "Get Right!" A couple of months ago, there were 2 vehicles REVERSING to a pump because they could not get to a passenger side station. The lady got tired of waiting and got in line backwards! Another lady saw her and followed. So these 2 vehicles were in line backwards! I took a picture but erased it by mistake. The pictures below show about 100 bascarts turned over to barricade the pumps. There is one way IN and one way OUT. I bet those "ignore the arrows" ⬆️ rule breakers are livid they can't pull into the line any privileged way they choose. Hahaha... The line was about 10-15 cars long but there was organization and fairness at the pumps today, yes it was! 😅 And I will be back because I appreciate the fact that this club went above and beyond to make sure everyone follows the process to get in and out in a timely fashion. 👏 BRAVO!

I would like to thank Mr. Issac for going above and beyond to help me locate a karaoke machine for my grandkids. I had made a promise that I would find them another one, because the one I had for his birthday the following weekend stopped working. He said "wait right here, and I will find it for you."He did just that. Mr. Issac was being called by other members as well. I observed him speaking spanish to another member that needed help, too. He was attentive to all of us. He was very patient and kind, and that meant a lot to me. It's the day before Thanksgiving and the store was clean, and stocked with what I needed and well organized. I've always observed good customer service at this location, but today was even more great! Thank you, Mr. Issac for making my grandkids proud, and me the best Nunnie ever!

Managers Octavia and Micheal are useless when in need of help. It’s crazy that a manager can’t take 30 seconds out of the day to help a customer. The associate the manager, Micheal, sent over said he didn’t know how to do it. The manager, micheal, told him to figure it out and walked away. I understand that people are busy but when something so easy can be done in under a minute it shouldn’t be a problem. I will be returning my SAMS club membership and keeping Costco as they actually care about their customers.

Ordered online and had to renew membership. Whole process took about 30 minutes at the store. Nice ladies at the membership desk made quick word of getting my card and the ladies at the pickup area were great. This was at noon. Couldn't believe how helpful everyone was.

Sam's usually has most things in stock, sometimes price labels are not available on some products. Employees seem to be overworked but always seem willing to help with a question.

I've came to this location plenty of times over the span of three months at different times of day to buy a certain item from their hot deli area. I'm always told they is a shortage yet when I'm coming into the store I see multiple people of a certain race with multiple orders of the item they say they don't have. How do I take this? I'm being lied to in my face by these employees yet my membership is paid and they are getting paid. I'm not sure what to do but the proof is in the cameras. Is this something that's taught in training or the employees just do what they want?

This Sam store on Wheatland road NEVER answers their phone . This makes it very inconvenient for us when we are trying to find out if the store has certain items in stock !! This is ridiculous!!!!!They are not well stocked on a lot of the items I buy .

The lines are always long due to one employee present at certain times while management walks and looks away as if it’s not a problem. The slurpy machine has been out of order for months. The soda machines have been out of order for weeks, this makes absolutely no sense to have broken machines at a place like sams. Costco never has these issues. Meanwhile the bottled drinks are always empty. management needs to get it together because I will not be renewing my membership unless these items gets addressed and corrected.
