This location is going down hill so fast. I frequently stop by the cafe for lunch. Today they were busy as no school for kiddos but busy or not you still have to do your job. You can't tell me the ice cream machine doesn't work meanwhile there's several people eating ice cream😂 so I ask why can't I have some of everyone else has some, she proceeds to say well it's because it's dirty and my manager doesn't want to clean it. All I need to know🤦🏽♂️. No soda machines working only one Ice flavor available. What's the point of paying for a membership if I can just go to 7-11 for this type of service and products

The pizza was terrible today. It was dry and raw dough under the cheese. Gas prices are low over here. There are plenty of parking spaces. There is virtually no line with most people using scan-and-go app.

This one star is for the greeter at the door. Rude and asked is for a card. Which by the way has not happened since we got membership. Consistency is key. If you are going to ask ASK everyone and do it daily. We get ready to check out and I was asked for assistance in translating. Not a problem at at. The customer was trying to purchase items and did NOT have a membership. No happy at all Sam's!The young lady working the registers was very pleasant and nice. I give her 10 stars.

Horrible experience in this place bad customer service with their customers, if I could 0 stars would this morning we had a bad a experience at the entrance with a Hispanic lady speaking really rude to my dad the only reason was that my dad was not able to find his card and she was treating him like he was thief!! This is unacceptable we are paying for our memebership to receive good customer not mistreating customers! If I would get the name of the lady k would post here but unfortunately the lady did not gave us her name.. in fact I used love Sam’s but with this I am thinking to switch to Costco

Please people be aware with Sam's club, they stole my money, they take 50 dollars from my card for a membership renewal Whit out my authorization, in September. I went to the store; and a ugly lady that treat me like trash she responded that, is nothing about the store.the she said is the bank issue.but in December I knows it that they take 110 dollars again for another membership renewal 😡😡😡. I call to the bank and they said is Sam's club that they have to return that money, I when to the store and another young ugly lady throw my card on the counter that she saying is not way to Sam's take that money, she treats me like trash one more time, and makesme wait for long time for the manager to comes, for a moment a see the manage so seriously, but; they stolen my money!!!😡😡😡is not that I stolen nothing from them. I not a rich person, I single mom, I don't wanna give my money to them, they make millions!!! after I done with the problem the man in the door screaming to me.this people is like trashy they really are!!!

It’s Sam’s Club. Say no more. You already know. Really can’t beat it unless you bring CostCo into the mix. If I were doing a review for CostCo I would say it’s hard to beat them. Unless of course your SAMS CLUB. Bottom line Sam’s Club is a great store. Go check out Sam’s, it’s not just 5 gallon buckets of mayonnaise anymore. They have something for everybody.

Use the scan and go app! It saved me lots of time and patience because the checkout line was backed up at closing today. thanks dev team. easy to use, clean interface and lastly forgiving if you scan the them twice by mistake. Jim

Do not shop here unless you want your vehicle stolen from their parking lot!!! My truck was stolen as well as another ladies truck at the same time!!! How the hell do they have a security patrolling the parking lot and two trucks get stolen at the same time that doesn’t make any sense!!!

I live closer too another sams and drive about extra 15 miles too come to this one since they have a much bigger variety of products never thought they would have about 300 boxes of expired product from August on the shelf. They didn't give two craps and did not want to give me the corporate number until I asked for a manager(as if I couldn’t have looked it up myself) smh.

Pros: Store is clean and organized, automated checkout is very convinient.Cons: Exit staff checking merchandise against receipt purchases move very slow and slow my departure constantly. Ramdom check of one or two articles should suffice. Costco does it in this manner, but this SAMS location goes over the top and is annoying making honeest paying customers dislike visit after such pleasant shopping experience. If store is worried about theft, hire hire security camara staff that dont slow down honest paying customers shopping experience.

I would give a higher stars, but, my experience today in the store pretty good until check out time. I went to the self checkout area. Where I was assisted by a older cashier. At first she was pleasant. I gave her my paper card that my Sam's club rep from work gave me to you see until I get my new one. She typed everything in then walked off with my card. After I paid for my item. I went to her and asked her for my card and she told me it was a temporary card for my new day. I tried to explain to her that it wasn't and that my rep said I can use it until I get my new one. She seemed to be pissed off because I asked for it back. She had a bad attitude and rolled her eyes at me. Very unprofessional and uncalled for treatment. She didn't even bother to look at the card to it wasn't temporary. I did inform a supervisor afterwards. Who was very nice. I don't think said anything to the lady to be honest.After that I walked over to get pretzel and a soda. The young lady was very sweet and nice she even greeted me. She made it better.

Went to get some water, the 16oz makers mark from Sam's, there was no water in stock so I approached an associate for help, she calls on the radio, a different associate shows up, indicating that they also had water in the adjacent aisle, which seemed a little strange as they would normally stock the water where it was now empty shelves at floor level, but he said it in a way that made me feel stupid, they guy was just talking in a manner that I had to ask him to stop talking , when I went to get the water I found out that it was the 8oz little bottles and the other ones were at double the price, the same guy told me that the 16 oz water was going to be stocked later on the day and if I wanted to wait, I was getting water for my staff and did no have the time to wait, I requested a manager who never showed up and I had to leave cause I had to go to work. Very frustrating experience.

I wanted to buy a cooler so I tried taking one down, a cooler on the other side falls and a leader on the other side comes up yelling at me. I tried to talk to a supervisor named margarita to suggest that they should turn the coolers around so nobody gets hurt. I stood in front of her and she walks right off! Just ignores me. So the leader that yelled at me walks up to me and I tell her it was an accident I did not mean to drop the cooler and I suggested they turn them around and she said she’d take care of it. Margarita than walks up to her and asked her what happened… if she would have taken a second to speak to me she would have known and handled it. That was very rude and she lack’s the knowledge and attention a supervisor should have. It’s nobody’s fault that the supervisor did not lead her team right to place items in a safe area or a safe way.

My wife and I love the pharmacy folks. They stay on top of prescriptions for us. Nary a thought needs to be given to our medicines because of them. Thanks to Jon specifically!The club itself is not bad. Pretty standard for big box.

So, Next time you care to visit this Cafe location, you might ought to bring your own drink into the store. We went tonight, had a hotdog and a berry sundae. There were no icee drinks, there were no fountain drinks, and when I asked for a bottled drink instead, the young man told me that the bottles are too overpriced to be able to include a drink with a combo.I looked at the vending machine and it was off as well?!I do not believe in coincidences.I will come back to try again.

OMG why is it this store NEVER answers their phones.I shop at this store for two reasons, 1. it's close to my office and2. because it's clean & the check out is swift most of the time (they could stand to have 2 people at the exit door all the time!) that said, whenever I need to call the store (whether for a malfunctioning gas pump and a missing gas attendant and forces me into the store or to ask about ordering a baker item) THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE."Nothing mattered more to Mr. Sam than serving his customers, and it is to this commitment that he attributed his immense success. “Our philosophy has always been simple,” he once said. “We are the agents for our customers.” At Sam’s Club, we live out his promise by delivering simple savings to our members on items they can trust. Bought my tires at this Sam’s club location and new car battery. Devon, the mechanic, and his crew (Alex & Miguel) were amazing! I had several car care questions and he provided me with beneficial information and guidance. Very kind, professional and clean appearance! The best Sam’s club Tire & Battery in my +22 years as a Sam’s club member.

A good Sam's location. The place is clean and the ladies giving away the samples were so nice and welcoming and even offered seconds. Most Sam's locations I've been to have rude ladies that are slow and don't want to be there and make a face when you take the samples because they have to make more. This was a nice change. The lines were also fully staffed and the workers were friendly. Good job!

This is The only Place that will ask you for the membership Card in order to be able to get into the building because I drive everywhere around the metroplex area, I feel they only do that in this location because of the volume of immigrants or Hispanics that come and shop in here. It is a racial a situation! They are racially profiling in here!

If I could put a negative stars I would, worst Sam's in the whole state, David and manager Milagro don't understand that there are other factors to life. I'm never coming here again, worst customer service. Don't waste your time getting a membership here just go to another Sam's. I'm switching to Costco!

Joshua at the Hearing Center is fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind with my Mom. We did not plan for her to get hearing aids that day, but after talking with Joshua, we walked out with Mom's first and much needed pair of hearing aids. So far so good! He is a plus for this store.

Just went in to buy a membership and was told they no longer do the club membership. Come to find out within seconds of downloading the app to plug in my now plus membership that they do still offer the club membership and now have been on hold with customer service for 45 min. Next year it will be Costco

I decided to give this place another try and I was really upset cause I went in the store and waited about 20 min. I was wondering why my husband wasn't inside and the lady at the entrance refused to let him in cause he had no card. Yet when I went out and back in she said it's okay didn't ask for my card. I feel that this was the only problem I had but other then that everything else was fine and I was able to get my shopping done and get out really fast.
