I recently took my dogs for grooming at the Wheatland location against my better judgment. I expect some issues at the groomer years ago with my little. It has been over 7 years so I figured I would try them again with my new pups. One of my dogs is very energetic and doesn't particularly like to be groomed. However, I've never had any issues with the groomers at the Greenville location. Where my dogs have been groomed for the past 2 years. But this time that location didn't have any available that fit my schedule so I tired Wheatland. After I got the email that my dogs were ready. The groomer say how my dog was just bad, won't sit still, and jumped off the table, and kept trying get away. Because of that they charged an additional fee. Fine, I understand he was a handful and I warned the groomers that he might be. The groomer said i should take him to the vet to get sedated for grooming and asked if the other groomer had ever anything and I told her. Not once has the Greenville location ever told me of any issues. They know him and know that is very energetic. What really bothered me is that when I tried to book for the following appointment they prohibited rebooking because of his behavior. Even though, his been groomed 7 other times with not issues. They don't seem to have a good handle on working with dogs. While dropping off my dog, I saw one of the groomer with a little dog and she was pulling it on the leash from its neck, because the dog was trying to jump off the table. Never coming to this location again. I should have known from my previous experience where they injured my dog and didn't disclose it.

Rude, charged extra for being matted even though the dog was not matted & cut the hair much shorter than necessary!The price was rather high $$$$
