The employees here are always incredibly helpful- knowledgeable, friendly, and outgoing. We get our fish here and have always had good luck with them. They have a nice selection of merchandise and decent prices. We shop here often- I always stop to play with the kittens.

My son and I visited this location yesterday to look into getting some fish. The girl that worked in that department was so kind and helpful with everything. She showed us the best products to use to keep our fish happy and healthy. I felt that she genuinely cared about what we were getting for them and not just to make a sale.

I had a exceptional experience at this store. The manager and assistant was incredibly helpful and provided me with incredibly thoughtful assistance. If you are looking to buy a fish like I did or anything you might need, you are in good hands!

When I first started taking my dog here for grooming I had good experiences. Recently after multiple attempts my dog had not been able to come in for an appointment. And once again today I am called 15 minutes before my scheduled and confirmed appointment to be told that my dog cannot be seen bc of an overbooking error. I am very unhappy with my experiences at this location and will no longer be a customer at this store.

If you place an online order and come in early, leave immediately. You will be scolded immensely by the workers there for not having come in when you receive the confirmation email. Informed them I was totally fine with waiting as it was my bad. Lady comes up and states “you placed it 31 minutes ago” I politely state “that’s weird I have an email from over 45 minutes ago saying thank you for your order” and the lady corrects me stating “well we have it from 31 minutes ago according to our system so you placed it 31 minutes ago, your email time stamp is wrong”. Idk what she stepped in but I will never be returning to this location. I understand clarification and explanation, but rude correction and flat out disregarding a customers proof and statement is baffling.

On February 8th, I visited the establishment in search of aspirin for my pet. Unfortunately, no staff members were present on the floor to assist me. Subsequently, I approached a cashier for guidance, and to my satisfaction, he promptly escorted me directly to the desired product. I appreciated the efficient service provided.

Read the grooming reviews before you spend the money and time here. Everything people are posting happened to me this week. Dog was damp, nails not trimmed (which was included in package), and they weren't really the most friendly or approachable. Didn't seem like my dog enjoyed the experience either. Poor guy couldn't wait to get out of the store after we got him. This was his first time grooming here, but not his first experience grooming.

Was my cat strangled?!? I dropped my diabetic cat off at this place yesterday morning because his usual Banfield was booked. I know my cat cries a lot when he's at the vet. It's nothing new but when I picked him up, and still today, his meow resembles a cat that was choked. My cat is part of the family and I'm gonna lose it if I find out what I suspect is true. If something similar has happened at this place, I want to know.

Few months back one of the adoption person help me get my cat and bring her home, told me she was 6 months all up to date with her shots. Took her to the vca after few day from being her home and got her examined they told me she got ringworm after PetSmart adopted person told me she was cleared. I’m very disappointed and saddened me I have to deal with a sick cat I wanted to bring to my family and friends now I have to make a bring decision if I wanna keep my cat or give her back after all this time I spent with my cat for months 😭😭😭

My poodle Tinkerbelle & I were treated so professionally and kind. The vets assistant who took care of us was very knowledgeable about Tinkerbelle's needs. Front desk staff was efficient & kind. Her Vet came out to meet me after examining my baby to answer any questions. Overall I'm very happy with the care Tinkerbelle received!

Went in about an hour and a half ago and found exactly what I needed !! There was a young lady named Aracely at the register and she was absolutely amazing 🙌 She offered the best customer service i've ever had. Very nice job! 5 stars for Aracely ⭐️

The dog grooming service is horrible and expensive for the results. If your dog has a very small spot of matting anywhere, like behind one hind leg, your dog will be shaved beyond recognition. Twice shame on them, thrice shame on me. Never again.

This Petsmart has a great rescue program with a HUGE adoption selection for cats and dogs! It is also clean, well stocked and has very friendly staff. We adopted a little cat from here, and they were great to work with!

Great service.They are the only place that I've found that carries the special catfood one of my little furry friends requires. Much less expensive than purchasing it from our veterinarian.

The front desk (Ashley) is so kind and goes above and beyond. The vet tech McKenna was very kind and knowledgeable! The veterinarian Dr. Khabiri was very helpful and kind, and you can see he genuinely loves what he does. Highly recommend this location!

Here are my thoughts on this place.They have a great assortment of supplies and food. It's the only place around here where I can find a wide variety of Iams canned cat food, so this is where I go for that - and cat litter - and dog toys.We took our recently acquired barking critter there for lessons. He's a very reactive terrier . corgi mix and we wanted to improve his behavior. I have to say it was the MOST frustrating hour (every week for six weeks) that I have ever spent in my life.He would literally bark non-stop for the entire hour. The "trainer" would never let him get near any of the other dogs because she said he was aggressive. We discovered on our own (because we walk him 2 miles each day) that when we let him approach a strange dog, he usually makes friends with it and the histrionics stop.This was monumentally frustrating.We told the management this at the end of the six weeks and they gave us credit for the class.Grooming...Their grooming service is very reasonable, but they keep him there for 5 hours. Our critter needs to be bathed literally once a week, as he has oily skin. He looks great after grooming, but it doesn't last long. We have figured out the secret on our own and bathe him at home except when he needs his nails clipped. Then we take him to another groomer.

I took my furry cat to Andrea. She did a great job, she knows how to handle them. She was very efficient and he looks good, very smooth! I will come to her for nail and sanitary trim more often. Prince looks like a prince.

I was disappointed spend 38$ because speaking with AJ, my Teddy was supposed to have a shampoo, nail clipping, grind, ear treatment which is supposed to be a part of the package and the hair trimmed between his pads. I picked him up damp, nails were not clipped and hair between the pads, and you can tell if the nails are trimmed they were still curved with no indication of being done, with hair still between his pads, long, I had to come home to trim his pads, I want a refund but did not want to cause a scene, I'm like what did I just pay for, a shampoo? I love the products but I probably won't, be back for grooming.

Great experience. We came here to look at dogs from the Dallas Animal shelter, and the staff were friendly and kind, even though it was the end of their day, and they were tired. We found the pupper for us, and it turned out they waived the adoption fee because he had been there longer than most (over 14 days) they supplied us with a bag of dog food, coupons and information! Love my doggo. Ps. Isn't he cute? They took this pic to help him get adopted, but since we adopted him before they posted it, they sent it to us! 💓😍

This is the second time I have ordered from the app and used PayPal and they have put two charges on my account. PayPal says PetSmart must release it because they put the charge in. PetSmart says that they will email PayPal to get the extra charge removed.PayPal says that is not a process that they have ever heard of. Now just for ordering online I must wait up to 30 days just to get the money that PetSmart has stolen.
