Grooming side is horrible never book on weekends a groomer by the name of Gwen cut my dog nails near the nerve I asked what happened neither her or her manager could tell me what happened to my dog. Never gave my dog a bath first just went to straight nail cutting and lied to the manager about it never recommend Gwen as a groomer

Well the Banfield veterinarian office leaves something to be desired as in forgetting to give us basic healthcare for our pup and losing our sample when our dog is very sick and we needed the sample back from the lab to know what medicine to give her; you kind of get what you pay for here I guess...Do not let that fool you. The staff here cares a lot and are on top of their game and they are the most compassionate people I've ever seen interacting with animals in my life. I'm just saying that sometimes the service and timeliness leaves a little to be desired....However, the rest of the store the price is the service you get from the PetSmart employees on the inside where you're buying products is second to none and they will help you get anything you need to help your pup or your pet and loved ones excel in their lives and last as long as possible with you, Don't pass this place up. Just maybe go to a different veterinarian office if you want to use Banfield....

Everything was good for many years. But today one groomer was saying to another groomer attending my daughter that "they "should" be tipped!!Like it .... They were not receiving enough paycheck at store ..if not ..come on .. PetSmart almost 100 dollars for cut due better for them..? its not a tip be optional anyway?Why she was saying that in front of my daughter?I can tip when i think it is deserved... NOT when they ask for it

Beautiful assortment. However, this store needs more employees. 1 employee was working the cash register line, processing returns, doing price checks, and handling/processing fish for customers. You can tell this store needs more employees by viewing the fish tanks as well. Lots of green algae present on the aquariums glass. I would recommend for their assortment. However, the service and staffing needs work. Fortunate for me I was picking out my mom's mother's day gift in advanced so I wasn't in a rush or else I would have left.

They don’t care for the betta fish properly, I’ve already bought 2 that were sick and died from swim bladder(being overfed). You can tell they’re stressed from being in a small cup all the time. So sad.

The worse when it comes to online orders. Every single order I have ever made they can never find the online order I end up having to go up there and ask them to pull my order they need a district manager to go up there and find out what's going on with management.

The minute we walked in I felt the negativey in this store, No acknowledgment to us customers, Well My ex husband and I was buying a hamster for our 7 year old birthday boy and had to wait 15 minutes just to get some help when the associate came(Mariana) She explained to us ugily things about why we shouldn’t buy a hamster, She was very rude!She had so many negative excuses to why we shouldn’t buy what we wanted, We were buying 2 because one will go to my exhusbands house a the other at my house and she was refusing! When we had already told her they will be separated,We needed to speak to a manager which was (Marcus) She raced to speak with him before us and that is where I do not understand why was she raising her voice not letting us explain to the manager, When we tryed talking to him he brushed us off! He has no people skils or any kind of management training, I’m guessing the associates come first in this establishment because we are buying customers and could not buy the hamsters we were requesting!!Walking out of there we felt very discriminated and disappointed, She had no right asking us personal questions all we were doing was trying to buy at petsmart like everyone else!!DIDNT’T GIVE UP!went early morning the next day to PetSmart on I-20 great southwest in Grand Prairie and was greeted as soon as we walked through them doors the associate(Haley)treated us with excellent customer services!!She explained to us the Dos an Don’ts, likes an dislikes down to the bedding of the hamsters,I was amazed how you can go a few exits down the road and automatically feel the change in customer service in another area, I’d recommend anyone to go to that petsmart for better services.

The check out experience left a lot to be desired. There was only 1 associate working cash register, as I counted 12 people in line to check and she was also answering stocking question to customer walking up. This was about 6pm which to me should have been recognized as a possible busy time.

Mr. Karis' groomer is Ms. Lauren and he absolutely loves her! He knows when it's time to go again and he must really enjoy himself because he is tired when he gets home and you talk about cut! Look at him.😘

It was very clean, which is always a plus for a pet store. Went in to buy a beta for the family ended up buying two. It was hard finding the food for them, it was on an end cap rather than with the regular fish food. I went to find someone for help and could not find anyone. It was ok since I wasn’t in a rush, but most petmarts have someone especially for the fish section, not this one or just not today. All in all, it was a pretty good experience though.

I recently took my Yorkie here on February 2. 2021 who is 2 months old for a bath and his nails cut and filed. They called me tell me he was ready and when I went to get him they said Were u called and I politely said yes I was. When they gave me my baby he was crying and climbing up my shoulder. As I was walking out I noticed he was cut by his eye 😡 he’s 2 months old so I call them and they gave me the run around one person telling me they didn’t see nun when they was doing the grooming then another person telling me it was another person I was so upset I just hung up because they just keeping giving me the run around I will not be bring my baby here or any pet smart ever again be careful with bringing your Yorkies here. I can say he dose smell good .

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE....My Yorkie Terrier was groomed to the state where when my son went to pick her up, he had to call her name for recognition. The problem....not communicating with customer prior to chopping her hair all off.
