I had my mini cockapoo groomed by Mercedes and she did such an excellent job!!! She was very thoughtful when she went over how she was going to groom her and helped keep her beautiful even with having to deal with multiple mats!Thank you Mercedes!!!! š

The Banfield here is horrible. Rude and unprofessional. There's one lady there that always has an attitude and a few others just aren't good at their jobs. Highly don't recommend.

Love my Lil guy got him over a year ago. He's a part of our lil family. I love that when I need the bedding or his food pet smart has everything he needs and more for a really good price, and I love that we get points for everything we buy the most I've saved using my points that I saved was almost $30 these day's it's good knowing I can save and love that most of his food is always either buy one get one free or buy one get second one half off.... Have had my mini Goldendoodle groomed here multiple times. Service generally takes about 4 hours, and groomer will call you when service is complete. Location has always been clean, appointments on time, and my furbaby has always come out looking great with no issues. Usually book on the app, with an upgrade for nails and teeth cleaning- which we do and they turn out great, and they offer an option to pay on the app for speedy pickup.

The staff at Lakewood Petsmart are the best! The groomers are all so kind and knowledgeable! Kailee took such good care of my Teddy Bear! She was kind knowledgeable and super sweet. Teddy loved her so much. Sheās the best cat groomer! I will always utilize this service and this facility

Theyāll overcharge you then not say they canāt refund you.I was checking out with the credit card machine. It asked me if I wanted to donate $10. It is directly above the ā no thanksā button. I thought I hit the no thanks button and it charged me the $10. I asked for a refund and they told me they could not give it to me because it was a donation. I did not authorize this. They did not seem to care.

This is a really nice PetSmart for grooming, and it even includes a Banfield Pet Hospital inside. They also have a lot of pet supplies that are at pretty reasonable prices. Itās in a big retail shopping center with plenty of parking, right next-door to the Tom Thumb. Kaylee has always done a great job of grooming our dogs, and I highly recommend her work.

We have been Petsmart members for years, we finally decided that we wanted to schedule a grooming appointment for our Shih Tzu. We had never shop at the Gaston Petsmart location, but they had openings for that day. We get there and they tell us that they canāt groom my baby because she has a heart murmur. Iām a nurse so I completely understand the risks. My whole problem with the situation is that theyāre telling me my dog need to be on medication š” my baby goes regularly to her Veterinarian, and has never been prescribed any medication for her murmur. Why would these techs try to tell me my dog need to be on medication? Your not a doctor, please donāt try to diagnose my dog!!! I left there very worried, calling my Vet multiple times that day due to them telling me that. Someone should definitely remind these techs of their job description. My Zoe loves to be groomed and pampered and she got that at another place the next day. She is beautiful and I will be using this groomer from now on. I have ended my account with Petsmart!

This area is centrally located, with plenty of other great stores, this particular location, Youāll find the Employees are very friendly, and helpful not to mention Your wait time, is literally a few minutes. I highly recommend, If youāre in the area stop by.

I enjoy PetSmart and the products they carry. However, finding assistance has always been an issue. I sometimes purchase the incorrect items and have to go back to do returns. Other than that... Great.Shadow and I love it.

Downside of this review is not pointed towards the store as a whole but meant for their vet services that they have in their store. To the Banfield Pet Hospital specifically they did nothing to see that I was a satisfied customer today Jun 29, 2018 as per their licensed vet on staff and their vet office manager. What got me upset was one store wouldn't sell me the heart worm medication where the other store wouldn't. I often float between 2 store with the Gaston Address and then the Greenville location based on my needs for Kennel services and so forth where my bigger dog sees the vet at Greenville location. Long story short what complicated the matter was I had my recent dogs heartworm test done by another vet while I was out of town traveling and purchased one dose until I could collect a paycheck and by more. I was told as long as I kept my paperwork, paid bill and test results then I'd be able to get more doses and not be required to run additional blood test and spend even more money.As it goes I called the day before to this Gaston location and explained my situation to front desk gal and she relied as long as you have paperwork showing negative test results and test performed within right time period then we can sell you the medication. Next day, today, I show up and provide paperwork where front desk gal says let me make sure with vet. Comes back and says they can't provide me with the medication until I schedule office visit, probably another $65-80.Real kicker is their excuse is they haven't seen this dog specifically but the Banfield vet at Greenville location has on multiple occasions. Girl behind counter confirms after looking up in computer and cross referencing my dog's name with my name that they have seen my dog so I have done business with them before. She still confirms I need to spend the money for a office visit before they will provide me with heartworm meds. Now after my frustration I leave and put a call into other location about an 1hr away in 5 o'clock traffic 100 plus degrees out side and explain whats happening where they say come on over and with correct documents we will provide you the medication.On my way back home, I stopped back in to talk to original vet that stated he wouldn't sell me the medication where this person would not come out to talk to me. Front desk girl vanished behind the doors not to be seen again where Banfield manager comes to talk to me a few minutes later. Bottom line, I came back to show them that the other store provided me with the medication, didn't require me to pay an additional office visit plus I wanted to stop back by to share that I would never return with my animals and to look for my negative review. Banfield Manager just made up excuses, blamed on miscommunication, stated she wasn't there hour and half ago, continued to suggest her office hadn't seen my dog even though in general the Banfield offices share information together. In short, it how businesses threat people that matters and clearly today it was about trying to take advantage of me but I had another option even though wasted an additional hour plus in bumper to bumper traffic.

This is the 2nd time I have had Monkey groomed by Kailee at this Petsmart, and she outdid herself this time!! She really has a lot of love for dogs!! I highly recommend her!!

I loved the training with Shelby, but I hate the grooming. My dog needed his nails cut and a bath. The basic stuff. He has thin hair so not even a haircut! He didnāt get his nails cut until 30 minutes of waiting. So he was in a kennel in the back for 30 minutes after I dropped him off⦠really????? Itās been over an hour of waiting and they still arenāt done. I was told itāll be another 40 minutes⦠how long does it take for a bath on a short haired dog?! I didnāt not expect him to be left in a kennel by himself in a new environment for this long. He is still in there. This must be terrifying. I will NOT bring my dog back. The first time we had him groomed here, it took 30 minutes. If you do not have time to groom all these animals, do not schedule all these appointments. This is absurd.

Was sooooo happy with the grooming they did on our girl! It was her first time to the groomer since sheās been adopted . Shan did a wonderful job and our pup looks like herself, but even cuter! They even estimated 3 hours but since she was such a good girl it was done in almost less than 2.

We've been taking our dogs to be groomed here since we moved to the area and can say that Kailee is the best dog groomer we've ever had. She does a fantastic job cutting/grooming our dogs and being poodle mixes, they're definitely not easy to groom. Most importantly, Kailee has a wonderful attitude. You can tell that she's so genuinely kind with our dogs which means a lot to us when we're leaving them with her. Thank you to Kailee for everything you do!

I shopped here and I actually interviewed here for position that I turned down only because I don't think I could have committed to the hours they needed the staff here is amazing and what they do for the community and the animals of this community is above and beyond

The store itself (in terms of items in stock, etc) is fine, but I went to Banfield yesterday to buy a flea & tick chewable for my pup, and had no problems. I then decided I wanted to buy a new harness for her and I guess two of the (Petsmart loss prevention workers Iām guessing?) thought I was going to run off with the harness because they literally followed me the WHOLE TIME I was trying harnesses out for my dog. I obviously have to put the harness on and try it out to make sure it fits and is comfortable for her, so thatās what I did. The tags, hangers, and packaging were also in my hand the whole time. I only removed them for one because I was sure that was the one I was going to get, but again, they were in my hand the entire time. Even after I took that harness off my pup and put it back on the hanger and rack to try on a different one, the lady still decided to stand next to me pretending to be adjusting items and the man kept walking around me the whole time I was shopping. It was SO uncomfortable and such disgusting behavior. Like, relax⦠No oneās trying to run off with this $34 harness⦠I can understand them thinking someone is acting a bit suspicious and deciding to stand by the door to make sure a customer doesnāt run off with merchandise they hadnāt paid for, but to have two people following a customer around the whole time they try to shop? Gross.. Canāt help but think they were biased. š

Got what I needed at the end of the day but the process was not what I expected. Customer service needs work, employee's here act like they don't want to be there and when I asked for help they respond in a way you don't want to bother them with anything anymore. They communicate through their headsets and would not be surprised if they talk bad about the customers. We literally go there for our animals needs and to adopt a new animal, we don't care that you don't like being there. If we could check out with out bothering you we would.But hey that's just my opinion.
