I love this store. They renovated recently and omg its so beautiful. The workers are akways friendly and paitent, the enclosures are nice and clean, the animals seem happy and are so cute as always. Except my advice to them is 1) dont put the sryians together they will fight unless if babies its fine temporaily. 2) the dwarfs shouldnt be together eigher but again, not that too big of a deal. 3) add more bedding for the hamsters and mouse, at least get those digging things and put in the corner. 4) yall should add a thing on the website of the exact prices for each store, the exact numbers of the animals yall have, and when you would have ay animal in stock at a certain time

DO NOT bring your pet here for grooming and DO NOT bring him to Diana C. I brought my 17 wk old puppy in for his very first puppy trim. I very specifically told Diana C. that I DID NOT want any razors used on him (as that can damage his puppy coat) and that I only want his hair trimmed around his paws, sanitary area and to TRIM the hair in face to get it out of his eyes. Diana C. assured me that no razors would be used; only scissors especially given that he is just a puppy. When I arrived to pick him up, I did find it strange that they forced me to pay before seeing him. Upon them bringing him out, much to my horror, my baby’s face was complete shaven, uneven, and he no longer had his adorable teddy bear look. Diana C. did NOT listen to my concerns or requests as a pet parent. If a razor were going to be used, I should have been called to first grant permission. I had to call and request to speak to management who eventually offered me a refund. However, no amount of money can compensate for this traumatic experience. DO NOT BRING YOUR PRECIOUS PETS HERE FOR GROOMING.

If getting your pup groomed at this location, ask for Deanna! She did an awesome job with my pup and was very thorough in explaining the details of how his grooming appointment went! My pup is very skiddish and is almost impossible to groom, but she still managed to do an EXCELLENT job! So thank you, Deanna! You are awesome!I’ve also attached a before and after of my baby.

I get my fur babies groomed there every month!!! They are supercool and helpful!!! They always do what's best for my dogs!!! I'd never go anywhere else!!

To the grooming salon,SHERI G, were you in a hurry, when you attended my dog???????I am so so so disappointed that I cried. You cut her and left her with hematomas. Shame on you......! You ruined my baby’s hair for a while. This was Luna’s first time to get groomed, and I am sure she had a horrible experience with you, when my husband left her with you she was pretty, puffy and happy, now she looks like I found her on the street and she is sad. We clearly asked you for a pretty hair cut style, she had plenty of hair for you to have more creativity than this.I will make sure you never touch my puppies ever again. 😔😔😔😔

Not the same place I used to go. It was a vibrant place,full of people and excitement. You could find all kinds of food and stuff for your pets !!! Now if you see two workers,it's a lot. Not well stuck, can't find the things I need. It looks kind of sad...😥

The process organization and website has a lot to be desired but the Grooming Staff are always friendly and take exceptionally good care of our dogs. You can tell they all really love animals and I feel good leaving our dogs in their care.

Had my pup go to the day care and boarding center a few times at this location. He ended up developing yeast infection in his ear. Would not recommend this to anyone. He has never had prior fungal infections and the only new thing was the day care center. It’s unfortunate that despite the premium paid the pups are not cared for appropriately.

One star because we were able to buy pet food. I used to work at Petsmart and it is STRICT POLICY to not lock doors until everyone is out of the store. We arrived shortly before close due to an emergency but still within store hours. I get that it’s inconvenient to those who want to clock out early but it is still against company policy to close before scheduled time. We had to beg the lady to let us purchase food even though we came on time technically. They treated me and a couple other people like nuisances even though we followed the rules. WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. AND DO NOT TAKE THEIR HOURS OF OPERATIONS SERIOUSLY WHO KNOWS WHAT THEYLL DO. The date was 7/29 at now 9:03pm if management cares to know who was on shift. Replace they a** immediately

Pup came back with dog flu, cough and terrible malaise, the hotel knew about outbreak prior to being boarded and never mentioned to us. Dangerous practice by putting profits over safety.For grooming every time he's been shaved due to 'knots and tangles'. He has very fine hair and tangles easily. Switched him over to different place and they were confused when we asked if he needed to be shaved? Has been going elsewhere for last 3 grooms and never had to be shaved. It's just lazy practice to not want to brush out or cut knots out.Only positive is the people working there are nice. Unfortunately they have to stick to the corporation's guidelines, which sees every pup as simple a number and dollar signs! Corporate business can compete on price but simple can NOT compete on quality of care.

My Marco Jacobs got his haircut by Amalia and she does a great job of cutting his hair so that he is neat and trim yet still maintains tje look of a Yorkie. She also includes pictures of your furbaby.

I picked up my dog (mini goldendoodle) from being boarded on 7/21/2023 and my car would not start. I called my husband to come pick me up. While me and the dog were waiting, we walked around the Petsmart store and then stood under the shade by the Petsmart building as it was over 100 degrees outside. All of a sudden on the loud speaker I hear, "to the lady with sunglasses and the orange dog, if you do not vacate the premises we will call the cops". I was like SERIOUSLY? I just spent almost $300 boarding my dog and this is how you treat your customers?I went back into the store and asked to speak to the security people. They said that they are contracted out and they don't know who they are. They also stated that they have received several complaints of being yelled at by them. I hope you fire them and hire some professionals. I am a lost customer and will NEVER visit this location again. I believe I was racially profiled and unnecessarily. I was not loitering or breaking any laws. I was standing on the sidewalk. WOW!

Highly advise people not use this location for grooming or boarding. Groomers cancel more often than not and typically only given a hours notice of the cancellation. As for boarding goes, my dog was unsupervised long enough to poke his head into a mop bucket full of floor cleaning chemicals and waste. The only positive comment I’ll make is they were quick to call and let me know of the issue and they handled all associated vet bills and medication from the incident.

Their pet grooming services are wonderful! We’ve used various PetSmart locations throughout the years with our pups but this most recent experience was particularly noteworthy. Ina took care to understand what each dog needed and gave expert advice. When we picked them up they looked better than they ever had! She really worked wonders with their coat and we could tell they were comfortable around her. Ina is the way to go for the best attention to detail and a soft, great-smelling pup!

Overall, a good pet store. Fish section is usually decent, I've bought fish here periodically for 4 years. Today was the worst I've seen it though. For example, the tank of albino corys was half-full of dead, partially eaten, fish and the rest of the tank wasn't looking great either. Some of the tanks looked ok.The manager called an employee over to get my fish and, while she was very nice, it turned out she knew nothing about fish (like, she didn't know what a neon tetra was...). I will say that this was pretty abnormal for this store. There were other customers coming in behind me who were starting with new zero knowledge themselves and were trying to ask questions... Since she told them that she didn't know about fish, I helped one person while she finished bagging my fish. With the lack of knowledge here, there's going to be a lot of future dead fish from bad tank set ups, bad fish pairings, and general lack of knowledge in caring for tanks.Lastly, it looks like the lack of experience led to some mangled fish while getting them out of the tank. 3 tetras were dead by the time they got home. People have to start somewhere, but you need to have knowledgeable employees there to teach new employees when they're going to be helping customers, especially when it comes to living creatures.I'll update this review if I ever give this location another chance with their fish.

Wow I thought our experience with our new pup would be great since the pethotel was so wonderful and the people checking him in were so nice. Nope! 2.5 hours and he was still wet and they forgot to grind his nails but they sure did charge me! Then they rushed it instead of taking it slow and allowing him to get used to it like I had asked if they could do to begin with. Looks like they overbooked and can't fulfill a promise. Definitely won't come back when they doubled my price just to not do the service!

I take my dog to this location to get groomed. They do an amazing job each time. Everyone is super sweet and this location is the only one to cut my dog’s hair the right way! I don’t come to this location for anything else, but every employee I pass is really nice.

This place is great! I have 2 emotional support animals and this is my go to place. Not only do they have any product you need but they also have a veterinarian office and a grooming center. They also have a day care for your dogs. When I had my precious little English bulldog I carried her there all the time. She was always so happy every time she went. Sometimes we just went there to walk around meeting other dogs and people. All the employees are so nice and always so helpful. You won't be disappointed. Holland...

If you care about you pet do not bring him or her toThe groomer in this location. I recently had my dog get a groom here and it was a horrible experience. After I left they called animal services because my dog NIBBLED the groomer. The appropriate way to handle this is to put on a muzzle. PetSmart is not the place to go if you're looking for mature employees.

It would be hard to ever say anything negative about any PetSmart I've ever been in. It's always clean and you can always meet a new fur friend there. This little lizard was very curious about the camera. He was so cute. There is everything from fish to dogs and cats to adopt. Love it.
