Sherri is a rude judgmental prejudice manager. I came in a few days ago and I price matched my rabbit food and she wants to touch my phone with her hands(germs,Covid-19). I return due to my buying the wrong rabbit food I show the cashier my phone and touch the price for her now she needs to verify again and attempt to touch my phone again then threatens to deny the sale 👊🏽so rude I need corporate to contact me.

I’m so sad to be writing this review. I have been going to this location for their grooming for over two years. I have a 80lb Bernedoodle who gets groomed about every 6 weeks. The last 4-5x if not more, his haircuts have been horrible. It’s taken 6+ hours, and after countless conversation and pro activity, I still get calls throughout the day complaining about his (F1B Bernedoodle) coat. Complaining that it’s too curly or too hard to brush. So they charge me $20-$50 extra dollars, to which I’ve been willing to pay every time bc I know how big he is and how his hair can be. But what I can’t stand, and why I’m writing this review, is when I over communicate at drop off what I want, and how him to look, to only come out the opposite. And yes, he passes the Matte and knot inspection every-time, yet when I pick him up he’s always shaved to the brim. His tail in particular is very important to his doodle like nature and today I specifically asked to keep his tail floofy like a duster bc it takes months to grow out and we’ve been really taking care of it. Well… the attached photo is what I got back. So after two years and months of heartache and headaches getting back a doodle that doesn’t even look like a doodle anymore. I’ve finally decided to write this review and call it quits with this location and possibly petsmart grooming in General. Doodle Moms and Dad beware…

Always a great selection of dog food at reasonable prices. And their seasonal clothing selection for dogs is great too. My dog loves their toy department, which is huge!

I’ve been in here 3x and each time there’s been some issue with the employees. They’re rude and don’t know how to answer any questions. I asked about their return policy and they didn’t know and wouldn’t bring anyone to the desk who did know. I walked by the rodents with my dog, shopping, and a male employee said I couldn’t be near that area with my dog in a very rude manner. I didn’t know, there wasn’t a sign. When my new puppy puked in an aisle and I offered to clean it up, they were clearly annoyed and didn’t even tell me not to bother, they just begrudgingly went into the back for cleaning supplies. It was confusing. The employees I have encountered just seem in a horrible mood all the time and completely incompetent, like they just walked into the store yesterday and got hired somehow. I’ve been to many petsmarts across the US and none have been this consistently rude.

Went here to get my dogs nails trimmed and I will definitely be going back didn’t have to set an appointment or nothing and took less than five minutes, and I didn’t know grooming prices where this good I will be going back also got my Boy Craig a nice shirt

Great supply stores for pets. The attendant at the aquarium section is far more well informed and more helpful at this location than other Petsmart locations I've been to so far. Unfortunately, I forgot his name. Will update next time I go in there.

I have an issue with the grooming department that cut the hair my pet when clipping her nails, and not taking responsibility for it. I am or was able to tell my baby puppy by her back paws being white. All 4 of her paws hair were cut wrong, and continued to deny the fact even when I provided pictures. I was brushed off by saying that the corporate office would give me a call, which they never did. I can't replace my puppy's hair, I just wanted them to accept the responsibility for cutting my puppy's hair off. To date I have not received any response.

This Petsmart always has what I need, and the workers are very polite and helpful. I have a condition right now that makes me very out of breath and low-energy, and a very kind Mr. Rudy helped me bring the cat litter I needed to the front and then to my car. Thank you!

website states they’re open but grooming will close at random hours. half the time I take my dog up here to get her nails done (during normal states business hours from petsmart website) they will be closed. be sure to waste your time calling to verify before you waste more time coming up to a closed store. the only saving grace is the woman at the front register

I waited 15 min for a self wash for my dog..grooming bad service and attitude finly stared washing my dog to pay one's I was done and a lady comes by that I need to pay.. yeap ones I'm done I waited for ever for someone's help... ask the manager there's nothing he can do because they are busy.. unbelievable and cause that I may want to wash my dog for free.. really.. I ask to check my account how much I spend in this place? Manager really didn't even care... NO more buissnes for Pet Smart

They have self service dog wash service here for $10. This is great because washing the dogs st home is a challenge and it's messy. At Petsmart you wash your pet and leave the mess and wi towels for someone else. They also have alot of food choices snd pet supplies.

My appointment was at 1:30PM, I arrived 15 minutes early and dropped off my pup. I was told the whole process took 3-4 hours depending on what they would be able to get accomplished because it was my pups first trip to the groomer. At about 5PM I called and was put on hold for a call to come through on the other line from PetSmart. They said that my puppy was ready but they only could give him a bath as he became stressed. What exactly took so long? When I picked him up he looked petrified. We plan to go to a more experienced groomers next go around for our puppy’s overall well-being because he seemed very afraid when we picked him up. So if your pet is accustomed to the groomers already then I would recommend going to PetSmart but if they are new to grooming, I wouldn’t recommend going to PetSmart, at least not this location. The groomer that I had did not seem very confident which I believe made my puppy anxious. She told me to schedule with the manager next time. All of the groomers should be experienced that are part of the Grooming team, not just the manager. So my experience was very “meh”.

The only thing that even saved this review from a 1 star was the sweet young lady working the checkout. I walked out of this location on 01/29 wanting to cry over the treatment of one of the employees. I was working and ran in here right before closing just in time to get some crickets and get out before they closed. The man working in the aquatics/reptile area would not even acknowledge me, so I asked the sweet young lady to help me with the crickets. She sent over the intercom for help and this man looked at me like I was a complete nuisance. Originally told me he wouldn’t because the store was closed, but it wasn’t and other people were shopping. Wouldn’t speak to me or look at me, it was extremely uncomfortable. Rude is one thing, but I asked him for 20 crickets. When I got to the nice young lady at the checkout, she asked how many crickets I had because he had not written on the bag. I told her I asked for 20. He starts yelling to the lady that there are “32” crickets in the bag. What??? I left the store with MAYBE 15 crickets and paid for “32” because of a rude employee. I understand it was annoying to run in right before closing, so I was already being very apologetic, but I still walked out of the doors a minute before closing and would have been quicker without this behavior. I will not be back to this location. It’s a bummer because I often work in this area and PetSmart has always been my go to. Thank you to the kind young lady at the register, without her I would have given this store 0 stars if I could.

I have been here a couple times. There's loads of items to choose from. I was specifically looking for some sweaters for our tiny puppy, but we didn't see any for little ones. There was a few holiday sweaters/clothes for small/medium sized dogs.However, food and other typical items, there are plenty to choose from. Plus, the employees are really great, and for me, this is a huge plus.

MY $50 bath appointment turned into a $200 Hospital appointment for my 8 month old. His eye is shut, there was shampoo inside his eye. There a scratch in his eye. He is such an energetic dachshund and now he won’t even eat! A BATH! DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Extremely unprofessional grooming service. Booked an appointment for Saturday morning. Instead of calling me or alerting me through email that they had decided to cancel my appointment. I was met at the grooming station kiosk with the unfortunate news they had canceled and re-booked an appointment for my time slot. Being canceled on I can live with, driving across town on a day I took off work to be met with “sorry someone already booked YOUR time slot can you do Monday?” Is absolutely ridiculous… if you can avoid it DO this store and services don’t care for anyones time but there’s.
