The employees, specifically Stephanie, were wonderful to work with when we purchased our F1B mini bernedoodle. She kept the store open for us as we sped to the store 10 minutes before closing. She and the other employees stayed late to help us with our puppy purchase without any complaints. Our other two doodles are from a reputable breeder in Kansas, and I can honestly say the experiences were similar and our new puppy from Petland is doing great! We were given our puppy’s complete health history and info on where she came from. It was an overall easy and wonderful experience. Thank you, Stephanie and all the employees that take good care of the animals and their clients in the store!

I’ve purchased two of my fur babies here several years ago and my daughter just purchased her first fur baby (poodle). I have always had a wonderful experience here that’s why I’m a returning costumer. Although, yesterday’s visit was even better. Thanks Alex for such an outstanding experience, you were so thorough and very experienced, I could tell. I have to brag on the rest of the staff as well, everyone of them were super nice and had such a welcoming attitude!!

Our experience at Petland was excellent, the level of customer service was exceptional and Jasmine was outstanding in all she did while making the decision to purchase our puppy. Not only was she knowledgeable, she provided outstanding information and treated us with a level of personal care that made this whole experience easy. I would highly recommend this location for all your pet needs, or to purchase a new pet. The amount of time in the store was not rushed by the staff, Jasmine was able to multitask without once making us feel she was rushing through anything or not a priority to her. Top notch service and most of all the pets were very loved and cared for. The store was nicely organized and with the crowd this day we did not feel one bit of stress or lack of customer service. I recommend if you visit this location asking for Jasmine, she will not only handle anything that you need from helping with the options of financial services to recommending successful tips and knowledge to help with your new pet. Thank you Jasmine for all you did to help our family our new addition.

Jasmine was just amazing! We came in and not necessarily wanting to buy a puppy we walked around the store and found our little precious bundle of joy staring back at us behind the glass window. Each visitor has there own little area so we can bond with the puppy and see if it was a match. The place is very secure and followed excellent Covid safety protocols. Jasmine knew exactly the details about every puppies breed, weight, long term health issues if any. We didn’t feel rushed in our buying process. She was so helpful in getting the right merchandise for our little guy to take home. Petland’s prices are a little steep, but the quality of the buying process and extra warranties on our new puppy was beyond exceptional. We came home not needing to buy anything else for our little pup! Thank you Jasmine for our life long family member!

This store is truly a great place to visit for all of your pet needs. Alex is a kind and patient employee who really knows his stuff. My dog Gunner is half Jack Russell, half Dachshund, and as such he has some interesting behavior. Alex has given me great advice on toys, dog food, and more to help me give Gunner the best life possible. Highly recommend this store!

Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a new addition to your family!!! Casey was VERY helpful the whole process, and super understanding. She worked with our situation and even helped us apply for financing. For sure ask for her even if you’re just looking! Thanks to her we were able to get our huskey for my boyfriend, Alberto’s, 22nd birthday! He is super excited, this is his dream dog. Thank you sooo much Casey!!!

Mayra steph Alex Jasmine were all so helpful in assisting us select our new family member. We got to spend time with her and get to know her before deciding. They answered all of our questions and gave us information about the breed and our dog. They gave us helpful tips on training and selecting toys for our new puppy. Come see Ed and the team!!! He took care of me from the time I walked in to my pickup of our brand new puppy!!! Everyone was kind, informative and super helpful! I loved my experience at PetLand! I came in an hour before closing with the hopes of find a new friend to join the family. Casey immediately greeted me and talked to me like a human rather than a sales person. After it seemed finding the perfect companion that would not destroy my girlfriends allergies was lost, Casey had an “ah ha” moment and introduced me to who would soon be called Teddy. It was an immediate connection! Casey was an absolute pleasure dealing with my picky butt and never acted bothered, frustrated, or annoyed. After everything was said and done I left an hour after closing and Casey still had a smile on her face helping me be set up for success for my new puppy. She was amazing and Teddy found his forever home.

Had an amazing experience here. Faith was with us from the very beginning of our appointment and provided all the info and resources I needed to be able to go home with our new baby. Unfortunately,we weren't able to add this little beauty to our family however Petland seems to have the most cutest and adorable pets around. The staff here are always helpful and friendly. We bring our other two dogs to this location and have them choose their treats of their liking. 🐾❤️ Hopefully in the future we will be able to add another Daschund to our family from here.

I got two hamsters from here and they are amazing!! I got a long haired Syrian a year or two back and a short hair about a week ago when he passed away. Petland is a great place to buy hamsters, since they live in big, open, (and clean!) habitats. You can reach in and pet them at any time. Because they are already used to human contact they are less likely to stress out and develop wet tail when you take them home. The two hamsters I got from here have never bitten and are super sweet. The employees are also very nice and care deeply for the animals. They can answer almost any question and are familiar with the personalities of each animal. Highly recommend this store for anyone considering a new rodent friend 😀

This was my first time coming to Petland and I have never been happier. Such a great and pleasant experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the best part was that there is absolutely no pressure to adopt. Faith was super fantastic and knowledgeable about any question I had. I’m so thankful for her assistance today. She is the reason I went home with a new fur baby. Angela helped me with the paperwork but was super helpful as well. I came in looking for a puppy that I saw on the Petland Dallas website. I had wanted this breed for months, was just waiting for the right time / puppy w/the passing of our dog last year. Faith immediately greeted us and helped me find that particular puppy. She offered me to play w/the puppy I was interested in, as well as her sister at the same time, so I could get a feel for 2 different personalities. That was a great idea, that I had not considered. We fell in love w/the one I saw on the website and I brought my husband back the following day to sign-off. During our 2 days (about 2.5 hrs. at the store) of visiting w/our sweet girl to ensure she was the right one, Faith was always available, checked by at the right times (not too much / too little), and put up w/all of our questions (& we had A LOT as we had never purchased from a pet store). Faith was very forthcoming and allowed us to ask tough questions. She provided the breeders info, at our initial visit, so we could do our own research. Faith also brought over her manager who was very accommodating, patient and transparent w/our questions, particularly about the breeder.We were apprehensive bringing home a puppy and Faith showed us the puppy kit / package that was included w/the purchase and explained the items to ease our nervousness. She also covered everything that had already been done re: shots, wellness checks, etc. Faith also enrolled us for an upcoming training and thoroughly explained their puppy guarantee. After much consideration and deliberation w/my family, we went back on the 3rd day and purchased our sweet girl and are IN LOVE! Dominique was so helpful the minute we walked in. We were pretty set on what we wanted but she was very welcoming and set us up with our puppy immediately. They have all the accessories and necessities needed for your pup and we’re leaving very satisfied with our purchase and feel like it was a perfect match. My family and I had such an amazing experience finding our new companion here at Petland. The facility was very well kept as well as the animals. They have a lot of resources right there in-store. It feels like a one stop shop where you’re able to get all the necessities plus more. The associate that helped us was named Jace and she was absolutely wonderful at explaining everything that they offered as well as getting us the best possible deal.
