First and last time I will never be back door's where not open at 8am for my appointment. The only reason I give it 2 star is because the grooming ladies where very nice. Then they told me that it would take up to 4 hours to groom my dog. I've been calling since 11:30am trying to get an update. An they tell me that oh they just started to trim him. So it's 12pm now and I'm calling because I was supposed to be at work at 11am. So now I'm asking for a time and or do I just need to call in since they're going to keep my all day. An all I get is oh we'll call you. So then I asked to speak with the manager and Brittany gets on the phone and then insure me that when I was checking in they told me 4-5 hours. No ma'am I'm sure they didn't or else I would've waited until 1pm to start calling. This place has made my first experience getting my dog groomed horrible. An all the problems from the moment I got her is sadly unexpected. Please work on the customer service and communicate between staff and customers.

Brittany is the best groomer we’ve ever been to!! She makes me feel so comfortable each time and my dog, Charlie, is always visibly happy to see her. I’m so thankful we found our go to groomer!

Rachel D did a great job with my 11 month old Maltese. She exhibited great costumer service from booking the appt to taking care of my furbaby with patience. This was my first time and will be back!

Love it! They did a great job on my poodle and they in a timely manner. The people are friendly and my dog seemed to love it as well. I would highly recommend them. The prices are economical and they are good with appointments.

I came in for a nail trim appointment. The groomer trimmed my dog’s nails immediately. She did a great job. My dog appeared to be relaxed during the trim. All went well.

First time at Petco for grooming services. The whole staff was exceptional! Kenny, our groomer, was the best! He was so attentive and understanding. He did a phenomenal job with our long haired lab mix. He did exactly what we asked and was able to manage our anxious dog with ease.

Our main reason is Alicia- she is a wonderful groomer and does a phenomenal job with our Eli. He's a finicky little Yorkie but he just loves her and she always knows how to set him at ease and make him enjoy the experience. He comes home happy, clean, and looking just great thanks to her expertise. She's also a really good people-person and it's a pleasure dealing with her!

We love bringing our dog here to bathe!! Just a few things that need attention. Shampoo was too dilutedAnd, needed more towels, our dog is 68lbs. They used to have a shampoo that reduced hair shedding.

Alisha and her team always go above and beyond to make Tank and I's experience pleasant. It's evident that the Petco grooming team love what they do and it makes the process that much more enjoyable! Alisha is a huge asset to Petco and she should be recognized and rewarded for her hard work and dedication.

Good grooming but they definitely over charge even when you don't want the extra services. It has been twice that I take my dog and they add on services and charge me extra for something I didn't authorize. They try and play dumb and say they "thought" I said yes to the add on. I am Not going back since they keep trying to up charge me when I want a simple wash and nail trim for my dog. They will try so hard to hustle you to get more services, if you say no thank you that should be final.

The customer service is outstanding and my dog, Noble, loves the Petco on North Buckner. Noble doesn't like to go many places, but he really enjoys himself when he is there. Plus, his coat looks great!

Very good. I really liked the attention they gave us both. But, I am very unhappy about the 'change my password' got 3 trust to change it and it said 'error' all three times. So, I paid $100 at the end! Not happy about that part.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, gave me info on ssrvices for my dog's needs and reoccurring appointments. they let me know my dog did well which I am usually nervous about due to bad experience with another grooming staff member (different location) will definitely be going back

Rachel was understanding and patience with my 3 month old Morkie that has never been groomed before. We will be returning to her. I’ve never seen my Oreo take to a stranger with no issue.

Rachael already knew what Lola needed and reminded me of how she usually does her hair. I was grateful for that and feel she took good care of her. Lola was happy and looked perfect!!
