This place is great. I actually purchased my mini Aussie from them about 7 years ago. However, they no longer carry large animals, but rather FISH only. The team there was very kind & very helpful & IT DIDN'T SMELL LIKE A PET STORE!!! 😍😍😍

Went in looking for a very particular item. There were 4 individuals behind the counter. O my 2 were helping a customer. I asked for assistance twice and they acted like they didn't see me. So the third time I asked, it did get very direct. She asked what exactly I needed help with and there was a touch of attitude that came along with it. She finally came over and unlocked the case for me. I I quoted about a price match for internet prices and I guess that just sent her over the edge. I will NOT be spending money on this store again. Completely uncalled for.

You know you have found great groomers, when your Dog just trots on back! They keep a clean and organized grooming room. Everyone is always polite. Horrible customer service for grooming. Was not notified about rescheduling my pet’s service due to having too many pets to take care of. If that’s the case what’s the point of booking an appointment? Will not be returning.

My appointment was at 8:30am and normally there is someone at the door to open the door and let me in since the store opens at 9am. I knocked and no one came to the door. I texted back to the reminder message to see if anyone would answer and luckily it went through; however, the groomer came to the front mad and upset that I did that and asked to not do that in the future and to ring the bell. There is no sign anywhere about the doorbell, so I wasn’t aware of the doorbell.I picked up my dog and my dog smelled terrible. I’ve been taking my dog here for two years now and she’s never smelled as bad as she did yesterday. The haircut was also done wrong. I had to come home and give my dog a bath after I paid over $100.

Excellent service!!! The girls are so good, not only with my two dogs but any dog I’ve seen them working with. My dogs enjoy going there. Previous groomers, my dogs could smell fear and didn’t like to stay. Here is the opposite, I’m very impressed. They are very caring and professional. And they do an excellent job. Thanks again!

I had such a beautiful experience with the groomer Danyelle R she took such good care of Zuri and i was pleased. Also Ashley with eyes was so amazing and knowledgeable, learned alot from her as she took her time to explain and help us out, she should get a raise lol. Steven was extremely helpful with our needs as-well.My experience overall was great and i will be coming back and also recommending!!❤️🐶

I've been a lot of groomers in my time, and most have been terrible. There was the one who somehow managed to give my husky a buzz cut but leave her tail a large fluffy antenna, and of course, we can't forget about the one that made my dog so terrified that she jumped into my arms when I got there.So trust me when I say I know bad groomers.This location is not one of them; my dog loves them; they go above and beyond to take care of the animals and will do their best to work with your schedule regarding appointments.

Ashley and "the app guru" (how Ashley called him) are so helpful and patient! I was looking for a product in store but it was out of stock. Therefore I was trying to place a pickup order from another store. They helped me call that store and make sure availability before I placed order, and also went over placing order on app step by step to apply all my Vital Care rewards! Fantastic friendly people!

Groomers and location are great. This is a small store, please know this before going. Grooming dept is small in the back but they take special care of the dogs and pay attention to the doggie at hand. My boy bear got treated well, which is sometimes tough since he’s a shy boy.

Would NOT recommend taking your dog to the groomers here. My dog got fleas and I promptly went to the vet then brought him here for a bath. I let them know the situation before they took him back. It also took 45 minutes for them to take him back because the groomer was running late. When I came to pick him up they harassed, shamed and embarrassed me for 15 minutes in front of other customers over the fleas. I left the store in tears. I will never be returning. Would recommend going to any of the PetBar locations instead. Ridiculous customer service.

The Ashley's are great! Everytime we come in they are soooo helpful and pleasant. A upset customer came in and they handled it so professionally. Thank you for signing our pup up for vital care and showing us the beautiful betas! 😍 This is my favorite and only petco I'll go too!

I'm taking my dog here to get groomed because it is affordable and they do a great job. I used to take her to PetSmart where I never felt like they were that thorough and it was more expensive. I've only had a good experience this year

Beware! We took my dog to this location 2 weeks ago for a bath. He came home with greasy hair and itchy. We emailed a complaint. We decided to give another try but wanted a different groomer. We even booked a different groomer online. When we arrived, they insisted we have the same groomer as last time. We finally got another groomer but they didn’t understand what a “trim” meant, we had to explain it over and over. They then called us back and said our dog had mites and to come pick him up. This is not true. Our dog gets groomed every 2 weeks, has regular vet visits, is the only pet and lives indoors. If our dog did have mites, then he got them from this facility. We usually take our dog to Casa Linda but they have been booked up, probably because they know what they are doing. Avoid this location.

Grooming FYI: they don’t take dogs with a history of seizures.Pet Bar does. Every dog daycare I’ve been to does. Petco Grooming does not. It would have been very helpful if they told me this during online appointment booking and not the day of the appointment.What a waste of my time and energy with their slow-loading online booking platform.My dog hasn’t had a seizure in two years, but I checked the box where it asked about seizures and told them to just use his nose spray and call me nearby if it happened.Even a 12 year old dog sitter can handle this task so why not a place that specializes in grooming dogs? Now I wonder what else on their medical history list could get your appointment cancelled …

DONT GO FOR VET and vaccine. I visited this place for my dog annual vaccine. They didn’t keep and hold my dog firmly so my dog jumped when the inserted the needle, and she bleed a little bit which was very annoying. I am not even sure they were able to give her the shot properly. Dont go there for Vet services. Also this place is one of the smallest petco I’ve ever seen. They need more space. The vet table was at a tiny corner right by the cashiers!
