Great service, staff, and cost. We got the membership for our 115lb pup in January. It was the best decision we could have made. We can get her multiple baths and brushes per month which has really cut down on the shedding. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

When I used the self-service wash, the staff were so helpful in explaining all the equipment and helping me get my dog into the tub. They had all the products you would need (selection of shampoos, conditioner, brushes, great towels, aprons to keep me dry, ear cleaning product, pet cologne). It was so easy and my dog has never looked better. She was not nervous at all. Great experience and I will definitely be back.

Would give negative stars if I could. First we ordered the glands treatment but they never did it. Got our baby back from this groomer and he basically ran out of the place and couldn’t wait to leave. Came back very sad and seems to have gone through so much mistreatment. He kept licking his belly and we found out he had red spots all over his belly and in places where he had knots there were blood spots and it seemed that they were trying to forcefully tug and yank his hair out. However even after the service he still had unremoved knots in his hair. He seems to have been mistreated so harshly. He is usually the happiest puppy and sweetest and has never bit anyone but has looked sad for hours now. Never coming back.

Everyone’s great here and you can tell they all love dogs, especially Chelsea! She’s always so nice and helpful and adores our big Doodle.Weekends are usually busy so our dog has come back without being brushed or dried properly but that’s once in a blue moon.

This was my first time bringing my toy poodle puppy to a grooming appointment. Firstly, everyone was incredibly kind and I felt comfortable leaving him there. I have no complaints about the kindness of the staff. Having said that, I am disappointed with the actual grooming. They did a fantastic job of brushing him out everywhere except for the top of his head and ears. I asked them to trim around his eyes so he could see, and instead he looks almost nearly shaved on the top of his head, his ears are uneven, and his head just does not match the fluffiness of the rest of his body. Perhaps it was just the particular groomer, but this experience turned me off from Petbar as he lost his adorable puppy look that I was just looking to enhance. And I was charged $100. Anyone with a new puppy/dog, I recommend doing more research than I did before you just choose the groomer that is closest to you. I will not be returning.

This was our First time visiting this establishment and I was very impressed by the quality of service and professionalism showed towards me and my fur baby. I liked the fact that they have cameras so you can see the progress. We'll definitely be back.

I have been bringing my dog to another pet store on Preston Road for bathing. Since this PetBar is closer to my house, I decided to give it a try. They offer both self-service as well as full-service wash. They have a good number of staff working diligently at the front and tending to customer needs in the back. Each bay comes with a portable ramp so larger and older dog can walk up the ramp if needed. They have various kinds of shampoo attached to a control panel, which you can mix into the water and come out of the shower head directly. I tried it but found the shampoo a bit weak. I ended up using the shampoo that I brought with me. Not a big deal. There are plenty of towels available to dry your dog with. I also noticed the staff keep the place clean by spray cleaning each bay after a customer is finished. After you finish showering your dog, you can use one of the rooms across for blow drying. My dog does not like the blow dryer so I didn't use it. By separating the wet side from the dry side, they free up the shower bay faster during busy hours. I think this set up is better than the other dog bath I have used.I think all in all, the service is great and the place is clean. It's a bit pricier than other dog baths I have used in the area but will likely come back for the convenience.

Before coming here my pup had no problems with grooming/ haircuts aside from the usual behaviors of a dog getting groomed. The last few times i picked him up he was extremely skittish / traumatized and had diarrhea for hours following the appointment. I now use a in house groomer and she has repetitively told me he definitely had a bad experience. My dog is three years old in I never had to sit with him during grooming until now. The groomer Tristan was standoffish and did not even know my dogs name/ who he was when I came to pick up. The front of house staff is kind and I love the women at the front but I am concerned about how the groomer handled my dog during service .

The groomers you LOVE won't stay and the groomers you don't will be "uncomfortable grooming your dog". I really wanted to love this place. It's aesthetically pleasing....close to my home. The very 1st groomer I experienced here was AMAZING!!!! She left for maternity leave and it was downhill after that. The 2nd groomer would snatch and pull at my dogs coat and face until being bit. The 3rd gave a ugly cut and then refused to groom my dog after that due to the complaint... . If your baby has any trauma or special needs, choose another groomer. Scheduled 3 months in advance, they cancelled on me due to one groomer leaving and another giving a bad cut. Shame. Love the groomers you know. Back to Mesquite for us.

We have been so happy with PetBar on Forest! Our sweet goldendoodle gets the best baths and grooming there. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to make our dog happy and comfortable. The owners, Trish and Kristi, are all about customer service! I highly recommend PetBar-Forest!

This location is the absolute best!! What a gem! The staff is wonderful and very professional. I have taken my dogs to a few different grooming facilities over the years, and this is my absolute favorite experience. Not only can I say that my babies seems to be so vey we’ll cared for, they’re always ready in a timely manner and when I’m called for pickup they’re as happy as can be. If I read my loves right, this is a home run. GO.

Love this place to bring my big golden for her "beauty day". I did the self wash and they had everything necessary to get her good and clean. Really great attention to details. I will also use their bath and grooming services now that I am familiar with the owner and employees. Top rate!!!!
