Did not have a good experience with the associate working tonight. We were getting two collars from the top row that clearly says they’re $4.98. I had a $10 coupon so I went and added another item just to make sure I met the threshold to use my reward. She forgot to ring up my coupon at first, then after the total was not adding up. I asked if the collars were not $4.98 because that’s literally what they say ten feet away from the register… she just rudely said no. I walked back over to make sure they said the price I thought they said. Then come back and was like yeah they say $4.98. She was not even remotely helpful and just kept saying no that’s not the price they are. Sorry, but I have a problem when a store has their prices wrong and refuses to honor them. It would be one thing if it was something clearly out of place but you have a whole display of these collars and this is the exact spot we got the same exact ones from so. That’s on the store for doing their pricing or display incorrectly, not the customer. I asked her if she was going to fix the incorrect display then since she’s clearly not willing to override the collars to the price the store is literally advertising them at. She just said she wasn’t going back and forth. I worked in retail for many years before I started my career, and was a manager for almost 3 years, that would never fly anywhere I’ve worked. At the end of the day, this was the stores fault and they refused to honor the price they advertised. Because the cashier was so rude about it I chose not to purchase at all and it makes me not want to go back to this location, which sucks because I live close by and frequently spend my money there.

I love this place! This team, especially Ruben, are committed to an outstanding customer experience. I am so wowed! I encountered a little snafu with a delivery order, and they made it right immediately, ten times over (I mean just look at the cute toys they sent my dog as a gift!). In addition to that, when I visited recently, I was provided really helpful insight on what dog food to purchase. There is a lot to learn about customer service from this store. Thanks again for going above and beyond!

I love that you can become a member and get coupons by email. Everyone that works there are knowledgeable about their products in the store. I recently went into the store to get a product called Flea Away which is a pill that I give to the feral cat and she loves it. Unfortunately, I was told Pet Supplies Plus didn't carry the product. That is the reason for just four stars.

I take my big guy here all the time for baths. Their bathing stations are in really great shape. The water pressure to get through a double coat is good. All the shampoo options are great. The dryers are wonderful and even the aprons to protect against doggy water are superb. MUCH better than doing it at home.

i got food poisoning after eating one of those little furry things in the window. not a pretty good feed. a bit too small to fill me up. had to take a laxative. this is a bit of what it looked like, if you spot this i do not reccomend. thoughts?

Today we bathed and dryed Charli here. We was very happy with the high quality of iquipment and cosmetic of self- serve dog wash. Also, there is friendly staff and huge assortment of pet products. Thank you for this happy experience !

Love the fact they have a partnership with Operation Kindness! I adopted my two darling kitties from this store (which was a wonderful experience) and have been back many times. The staff is always super cheerful & helpful. The prices aren't the cheapest but I'll take the trade-off because they're open late and well stocked. Happy that they're here!!

Lots of stock and perfect prices. Not too busy at all. We went in, found exactly what we needed at a much cheaper price than Petco and petsmart, and got out! Oh, and the card reader barks at you when you complete your transaction, which was my favorite part.

🚩 Be aware of the cashiers at this location, I was going to buy a dog dewormer that cost only $15 but the cashier bring it up to $40 ? I was shocked tbh I show her the website the dog dewormer cost only $15 and I went to the aisle, and it show the price $15 not $40. I left the store and call the other store locations, and They told me the Cashiers shouldn't have done that to me. SMH cashiers trying to rip you off at this location 😡 Im never coming back to this store again. Bad customer services.

This place is phenomenal! Each employee is kind and professional. They all are knowledgable and have good recommendations regarding what products may be best for your pet. They even gave my dog a complementary treat bag with his picture drawn on it... talk about great customer service :)

They are horrible. Never gets better. Peter the original manager and his staff were incredible!! I bought 4 Betta fish because their was was ornge!orange!! They all died in 2 days. The staff is surly and rude!!Hasn't improved

The store is clean. The staff ignores you unless you're paying. The prices are decent and have lots of items in sale. I didn't take my puppy bc I didn't want to expose him to anything from just being out in general at such a young age until his shots are in order so I'm not totally sure what kind of experience he would have, but the other animals seemed calm, possibly due to just good obedience but nothing seemed dangerous in triggering an animal or anything which u think is important when you visit per tire with your pet.

They have limited reptile/aquarium supplies, but I've always found what I need for my dogs and cats. The staff was helpful and courteous in making recommendations for where I might get the items they did not have. It's a small store, so you can get in and out quickly.

This time of year I love to leave the dogs in the car and Eat at Sal's Pizza next door on "Wine Wednesday " then take them inside Pet Supplies Plus and use thir wash area to get them clean and let them pick out a new toy.

Nice friendly staff. Clean store, usually stocked with everything I need. Weekly sales can cut down on cost for your pet food and other supplies. Can bring my dog in, and it's within walking distance for me so that's a Plus!
