Great store, products and associates. Good variety of food and miscellaneous products. The associates are always helpful and friendly. My request would be to initiate a 'true' rewards program. Sending a 20% off coupon with a 30 day expiration after my purchase does little good. Thank you!

Always has a friendly staff and some decent deals. I come here for my cat food and litter. Decent selection of animal toys and treats as well. A collar/tag machine if you need it. Easy access and huge parking lot. Thanks y'all!

They were very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for because I have an older picky dog with a sensitive stomach. I was told I could return the rest of the bag if my dog tried it and she wouldn't eat it.

This was my first time going into Pet Supplies Plus I just got my baby Wynn and she needed to get her shots. The vets were extremely helpful and nice and patient with her. Christal, Marilyn and Kenny were EXTREMELY helpful and also caring. You can tell they are passionate about their job and helping furry little ones! If I could tip them I would. They were exceptional and I can’t wait to revisit with Wynn! Wynn was so comfortable with all of them and calm as well! Definitely give this location a 5 star!

The staff is amazing and friendly! The store is clean, well stocked, and a great selection. I didn't get the manager's name, but she was so helpful and nice.UPDATE: I've since learned the manager's name it's Brittney! I had a puppy with me who ended up getting sick in my car. Brittney was such an angel she helped me find the items I needed and then helped me put them in my car. She also gave me some wipes to clean up the mess! What an awesome lady!!

Their self serve baths are my favorite. I bring all my foster pups here before taking them home. It is so convenient to have everything there to use and clipping them in so they’re safe is perfect for us. Pet food and treats are super reasonable too—staff is always available to help and answer questions.

I was looking for a pet carrier for my new puppy so I stopped in to see what this place has. I was surprised to find a lot of inventory here. Everything I could need for my dog. I purchased a pet carrier for less than what Amazon had and I didn't have to wait for it. Service was nice and the girls were knowledgeable about what I needed. I'll definitely be back... and I'll bring my puppy too :)

I Can't BELIEVE I overlooked this store on Trinity Mills . Unbelievable Sales on your Dog/ cat needs & even has baked cookie like snacks for your Appreciated Best Friend , HE too can go on in & enjoy choices ( if he's been good lol) of ALL KINDS of tasty stuff & toys, too. Me however, I have Tobey & He's a BIG OL' HEAVY CAT, well he's been displaying ( behavior) Boredom actions. So, again Unbelievable prices For Temptations Treats $1.87 something like that I got 2 cat littlers like 29lb & a 12lbs under $20 & it was like Xmas anyhow take a look- go inside this friendly atmosphere bring your 4 legged baby & check it out your sure go be in an awe like state you'll probably make this a weekly visit & they have a Reward Program so you'll save. Thank youMy eyes are wide open

I may look like a dollar tree, but I promise, their service and products are top notch! Love the service, they have multiple pet bathing stations section that's cheap (shampoo & towels included). Food, etc is expensive, but it's healthy brands and more natural food choices. The employees are very helpful and friendly! :)

They have a dog wash. $10 for one or you can buy them in bulk to save money. Everyone loves animals and I felt very welcome. I found a spot to wash my golden retriever from now on!

Bought a pigs ear from here that made my dog really sick! It gave her pancreatitis and cost me $850 at the vet. Don’t buy stuff from their bins. I never have had an issue with treats from anywhere else.
