This review has been a long time coming… I absolutely love coming to this location and especially having my dog, Benito, groomed here. He’s been getting groomed here for almost a year and exclusively with Elizabeth. She’s aweeessoomme! I’m certain anyone else would be great too, but Elizabeth is our go to groomer. Everyone at the store is so friendly, love seeing Benito, and some of the staff even remember/ know him by name. They definitely make us feel extra special. We found our place.

Come to this store at least twice a week and your employee- Briana always checks me out/ she has a super personality and I see her greetEvery customer as they enter your store- she is very much a people person - helps me and other customers in anyway she can- she remembered me right after I started shopping here and remembered my name very quickly- we’ve talked about our furbabies and shown each other pictures of them - always asked me how I’m doing- she is the best check out person I ever encountered in a store- she knows the names of the pets that come into store and feels like a longtime friend- can tell she loves her job and all the customers and pets- Briana is outstanding/ and look forward to seeing her every visit- Kudos to her.She deserves to be recognized and Brandon her boss is great and always helpful and so knowledgeable- great staff!Appreciative customer,Julie King

The customer service is unmatched. Every time we go, we bring our pup and the team is so sweet and knowledgeable. They always have great deals going on so we save some $$ too!! McKenzie helped us last time and was so sweet and helped us pick out everything for our puppy. We used the self service dog wash & it was clean and easy to use. We often get our dog groomed there and are always satisfied with their care and attention

It was our first time in this store. We were looking for a few things for our fur babies. The young man named Zain was so helpful a complete gem. He not only assisted us but gave us several pointers and a well of information pertaining to our fur babies. He has WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Whenever we visit again I want Zain to assist us.

Came here for grooming after having a bad experience elsewhere. Michelle was so great with my dog and he looks amazing! I will definitely be coming back to make this his new grooming place. Also, every staff member I encountered was so friendly.

I just moved from Austin to Dallas and I was nervous I wouldn’t find a good local pet store to bring my dog and also find his favorite foods and snacks. But I found everything he needs here! The staff is nice and welcoming. The store manager is also very attentive and makes sure everyone is attended to. I haven’t had a bad experience here or left without what I was looking for. The cat aisle is one whole aisle for dry and litter and also for wet and toys. I didn’t feel like it was lacking at all. The food and toys for both dog and cat are always on sale too! If you sign up for the rewards program (which is free) you also get more rewards. This store is wonderful to have around the corner I’m glad I don’t have to drive far for wonderful service and the food my pets need even if it was far I would still drive here!

The people and especially manager here are so kind. He has gone above and beyond to ask me how I am doing and if I need help. The front staff are always especially kind as well. The only experience I had here I wasn’t as happy about was when my dog got the spaw package I know it was not fully done as I stood there and watched my pup only get her nails trimmed but nothing more and it was 20$ extra for the wax, clipping, bandana etc. my dog was nervous which may be the reason which I wish I was told or discounted but now I know to only do the most minimal package if I’m not getting the full service anyways. This is when it first was offered so I’m going to give it another shot! This is my favorite location and I just want to say the team is amazing and doing a great job!

I normally don’t leave reviews but I just had to for this one. I was there about two weeks back using the dog wash. Afterwards I browsed the store and made a purchase. I noticed the employees locking up behind me and I realized it was Sunday and they closed at 6pm and I was heading out at 6:14. I felt so bad that I had kept them back but they were so sweet and never rushed me that I didn’t even notice they had already closed. Really kind staff.

The only reason I came to the store was for the bulk treat section. Otherwise the prices are kind of high. My dog and I used to come in and get treats and it was an exciting thing for him and this was one of the only places I could find to buy bagels for him. I came in today to learn that the bulk treats section has been discontinued. I don't have any reason to come to the store anymore sadly. Bummer.

If I could give this place negative stars I would....I used to love going here after every payday to spend my hard earned money on fish but after today never again......I've been standing here typing this review while I was being helped only to be ignored because this employee does not seem to want to do their job....she was instructed to help me twice now and I'm still waiting. The entire time she was holding a conversation with another customer trying to bide her time so I would leave. I'm assuming these employees are playing hot potatoe with who has to do their job? And now she's going through another's customers pictures of their pets? Yeah I just got ignored. Don't bother coming here for fish stuff they will bide their time. Thanks lily for finally getting me my fish I made sure to stay and get someone to do their job got my fish moving on

The store prices for dog toys are more expensive than other places around. It's a clean store with a good self bathing station. However I can't make a appointment to just get my dogs nails cut but it is listed under walk in's welcome and when I asked the lady said "not today." This was at 7pm and the grooming station closes at 8. The only dog there had just finished.

Very helpful staff. I’ve spoken to a handful of the folks who work there and they are always friendly and attentive. The manager (owner?) has gone above and beyond to talk to me about my reactive rescue pup. The team has top notch customer service.

I had shopped next door at Target and bought a couple of things. Walked into pet supplies plus after to look for some dog treats for our dogs, which is the adjacent business. When I walked in, I said hello to the people working at the front. I proceeded to walk up and down aisles, looking at different items. I helped another customer find a leash they were looking for and then was checking out different treat and wet food options. At one point, a young lady asked if I needed help, and I said no, that I was just looking around. A few minutes later she came back to me on a different isle and said I needed to take my target bag to the front after I had already been in the store for about 10 minutes and had already spoken to her and she didn't mention it. I was offended, as nothing was mentioned previously, so clearly they thought I was stealing. I explained I would be taking my business elsewhere, and she said it was policy - I guess after me looking around for a few minutes, thought I was going to steal something. As i walked out, the workers at the front were all staring, seemingly they had all been discussing it. It was embarrassing. I will not be back to support this location. If it was "policy" the cashiers at the front could have notified me when I entered and the same girl that asked me to leave it at the front could have done so upon our first interaction when I explained I was looking around. I left and took my business to the location at the corner of Mockingbird and Skillman- very friendly staff over there and the same if not better selection.

This is a great place to come and wash your dog. There are a lot of pet products for whatever your needing. The staff who interacted with my Great Dane were friendly.

Ridiculously few cat items— there may be more for reptiles. The entire store is for dogs. There is one half-aisle for cat food, and their frozen food does not appear to have been stored or frozen properly (the one cat food that was in the freezer is covered in ice and freezer burn when you open it may not be safe and I’m not taking any risks).

The only pet store I will go to going forward! Every employee I encountered was so sweet to me and my pup, and I noticed they would jump at the chance to help anyone carry stuff out to their cars ! Their bone marrow dog treats are the best too ! Highly recommend !

don’t come here for fish! they aren’t educated well, all their snails were dead and sitting in tanks for over a week.i was also told to put a betta in a mason jar, and they display less than a gallon tanks for bettas.as an avid betta keeper the BARE minimum is three gallons.please don’t encourage the abuse of these poor fish.
