I was especially impressed with the Pet Grooming Area. As I waited to check in for my appointment for nail clipping, I watched the area being cleaned. The restraints were adjusted in advance for my Corgi. She was skillfully handled with minimal stress! She was not able to bite and get away. A great experience!A wow.The entire team is warm, happy, friendly, and helpful in answering questions about food and products. it's a joy to come here. I'm grateful it's close by with only a 15 minute drive.

The team members are AMAZING and always go above and beyond. They genuinely care about you and your pets and the store is always so nice and clean, compared to other locations I’ve seen. The gentleman (Evan, I believe) helped me in explaining the proper way to transition my cat’s new food. He knew every ingredient in the food and nutrition info. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Same for the cat litter, he knew his stuff! They always have good deals, too. Casa View location is my FAVORITE location. The customer service there is TOP notch. Thank you team for everything, I’ve got some very happy pets!

Pet Grooming is great. Gloria and Veronica are considerate, friendly and both are great at their jobs. Easy to schedule an appointment and work with. It was a very pleasant experience and I will continue to use Pet Supplies Plus at Casa View as my groomers. Both dogs were extremely happy when I picked them up and both looked Great!!!

PSP delivers my dog’s food every month, I ran out faster than normally this month so I order an additional bag that way my dog didn’t have to wait until next month to eat the food they normally eat. I order same day delivery, after receiving an email saying my order was on the way I waited a few hours and it never came so called the store and made them aware that I was still waiting for my food and I needed to know if they would still deliver it the same if not I needed to go to Walmart and buy any food for the day. Unfortunately the food was delivered to someone else and the person working on Sunday was new, he said that he didn’t know what do to because the food showed as delivered.I manage a retail store, I understand the situation, he said he would get the manager to call me the next day to solve the issue. I thought uggh they’re probably not going to call me back and I will loose my $50.The next day The manager of the store called me and apologized for the inconvenience (I can’t recall his name) they said this normally don’t happen and they delivered my food within a couple of hours and even sent some treats for free. I appreciate the high level of customer service so much that it washed out the bad feeling I had due to the inconvenience of having to call the store, go look for dog food somewhere else etc etc. thanks again and I will continue shopping in this location!Please appreciate retail workers, we have had the worst customers for the past 2 years .

They tried to overcharge me a dollar. I caught them at the register, and the employee tried to argue with me. Soon as he saw the sign he was crawfishing his way backwards. A shameful place that tries to overcharge their customers unless they get caught.Place is a disgrace, you owe people money.

I love coming to the pet supplies in Casa View! Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Lana was especially kind and helped us find the perfect teething toy for our pup. Whoever you speak to at this store will make you feel like they care for your pup as their own. Great people, great prices, great atmosphere.

It gets the job done, when your in need of a quick dog wash or some pet supplies. As far as having the cleanest, productive, and working dog wash stations; they could use some updates. Customer service is okay, they don't really seem knowledgeable about the store. But not bad if you need some things for your furry one

Horrible service. Had an appt for grooming for over 10days. Confirmed twice, booked in advance and emailed all docs and communicated more than twice via text to confirm which we did! Then when showed up for appt on time - NO Groomer was present! No one called to advise canceled or other and no real effort to accommodate us until perhaps another week later! Rearranged my work schedule to bring pups in for this appt, reconfirmed more than twice and no one had courtesy to advise until we showed up for grooming! Horrible service. We are Dallas neighborhood pet owners.

I liked how the groomer made over Milo. She was patient and attentive to his needs and feelings. That was important to me because this was his first time getting groomed I deducted a star because it took a while to finally make contact with someone to get an appointment scheduled. However, I will say I'm glad I came back for a 4th try. She did really good and it the face, fanny, and feet cut was reasonably priced.

Online order with in store pickup was easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Took 60 pounds worth of food to my car for me since I had my baby and stroller. Would recommend.

DANG ... Lana was fantastic!!I have been to many PS+. I have many good experiences and many status quo. The biggest thing is that overall the Corporate side of PS+ has really left the most sour taste in my mouth and proof that they don't care about the customers at all.Lana and this store do for sure. She was such a help and I enjoyed my time with her. I do look forward to taking Fumi back for visits so that she can see her weight progress!Thank you again!

I love this location of Pet Supplies Plus. They're right around the corner from my house. Very convenient. The employees are SUPER nice. I am always greeted with a positive attitude when I walk in and they're always so helpful; also with a positive attitude! These days customer service is hard to come by but these employees know the meaning of good customer service! The prices are also wonderful. If you live in or near the Casa View area and have pet needs, this is the place to go!
