Angel truly was an angel sent. She helped us find a pet carrier for a flight tomorrow. Her love for pets was relief and helped save a dog that would have been taken to a kill shelter. He’s on a flight now headed to his forever home.

Friendly staff and they had multiple stuff for all animals but as this is a dog world and no body has too much stuff for cat, this place felt a lot better as they had multiple dry and wet food- I have been wanting to get a calming spray for my cat for a while not and this place had it. They also had some treats and deserts for cats. I hope my cat will be a happy cat today

Went on their store closing day. Disappointed that they didn't have a sale on the products but we shopped there for Zara nonetheless. The fact that y'all are shutting down while building so many apartment buildings with potential pet owners as tenants is a little disappointing though

My go to spot for all my animals ball pythons oscars dogs puppies and free to rehome pets they receive from people who have surrendered them because of personal situations. These people are on another level of pet groceries stores. Also my daughter had he first ever steps here. We definitely love love them💕

Great experience and great prices, cheaper than a big chain. Daniel helped me out when I walked in completely unaware of what I needed for a new foster kitty and went above and beyond in recommendations and help!

Purchased an item that had 30% off tag on them. However the very small print on the tag indicated the sale ended a month ago. I was disappointed as the store had a month to remove the sale tag. The cashier refused to offer the discount which would have been the best practice customer service thing to do. Not interested in shopping there a anymore.

First time going and was amazed by how neat.The variety of pet supplies this store has ranges for dogs,cat ,fish, birds, bunnies,bearded dragon's and so on .. They even have a refrigerator that contain rodantes! Live crickets and mealworms all packed and ready to go ! The staff was very helpful and very informative! 10/10

So so so friendly and personable. Made my dog and me feel right at home. The employee with parrot on his shoulder was extremely helpful with all my questions. I’ll definitely be back. Excellent service!

I love Pet Supermarket! They always have a good selection of fish for my aquariums. They will also special order or let me know when new fish are coming in. The employees are very helpful as well about care and helping me get my tanks in order.

Very helpful staff the store is organized where you can find things easily.. they had such well-stocked shells with every kind of food or toy accessories and they had little Bunnies!!... The staff seems to be genuine in their concern for the animals well-being. They were patient with me, answered my questions, and directed me to the product which absolutely was the right one for my cat... I'll be going there every time I'm in the Oak Lawn area. Happy employees usually means good management. I hope these young people are given the support and respect they deserve.

Was thinking of switching to this company because of convenience to my location. Won't be doing that. When you order online they pre-authorize your card prior to checking stock and availability only to cancel the order when they realize it's not in stock. Just to tell you it's a hold and will take 2-5 business days to return. In today's world this is unacceptable for me. A company should know their stock prior to charging you for something they don't have. I'll stick with PetSmart

Pretty good pet store. They really do over charge on a lot of items but they do have options. I do wish that they had a larger selection of treats like Pet Supplies Plus.

I was super impressed with the knowledgeable staff & there great customer service. The prices are lower than other big corporate petsupply stores. I went in just look around and ended up adopting a new critter. The now have a loyal customer that will only be doing business with them. So happy to have found this place. ☺

Great selection of food however, I wish that they would be more accommodating especially when I scheduled to make it just in time to buy a specific food for my dog within the listed hours of operation and when I arrived they were closing 10 minutes early. In fact an associate raced me to the door in order to close and lock the store down before I was able to go inside. even after pleading with them about the gravity of the need for me to acquire this food for my dog,(only sold at this location) due to their sensitive stomach and old age - they did not care. I will not be returning to this brick and mortar location after this experience.

This place has improved over the past year since first coming to visit. My dog loves coming in as he gets a bit of attention and treats, but also they've upped their game on selection of dog food and supplies while being competitive with the other local stores in price. The $5 cash back they give after spending so much is also nice. This is now my go-to pet store.

The product we really wanted they did not have in stock. The product that we are Price shopping on was a few dollars more than the competitor. But the service was spectacular answered all the questions early took time out before they close to make sure we had a great visit!

Have been going to this store out of convenience and for their VIP rewards. I was told if I purchased 2 35 lb bags in December that my next one was free. They informed me the program was discontinuing but the manager would Honor it when I needed the next one. Of course that manager no longer works there and the new one wouldn't even off me a discount. Good luck keeping your store. I came home and signed up with Chewy for delivery at a lower price. I typically support local business but not when they can't support me.

Went in to looks at what fish they had for a new aquarium and bought some shrimp. But the real highlight of this store was the birds, I forgot his/her name (bird) but he was being shown to some other customers. Me and the bird (green quaker) started interacting. If I had the money I would have probably have bought him. Oh and the the employee who was showing h was nice too.

It’s a fun store!! Sort of like a petco! But wayyy better!! Has every animal food needed.Always in stock.And fun animals to adopt! But the difference is you can interact with these animals and talk before adopting. Unlike a petco!Wish they were more towards my town, Rockwall!But if you are in the area, it’s a great store to get supplies and maybe a new pet!!

Love this place. Karen, the manager, was super nice and helpful with our aquatic plant situation. Also the cashier, can't remember her name, was super sweet. They all seem to care about the animals there and the cages were clean with enrichment and toys. The tanks were outstanding. Not a spec of algae and the prices are great. Will definitely be coming back.

When I say INSTANT voicemail, I mean it immediately puts you through to voicemail. Thi store has zero interest in saving you the trip to check in person if they have something.

It is another pet store. I did not find anything there that would make me want to go back over one of the larger chains. They were nice and helpful to answer my questions, but did not give me a reason to buy there compared to the next location I went to.
