Barely drinkable coffee (breakfast blend).My partner had the dark roast - just as bad.chocolate croissant was mediocre.I’m perplexed on how there is a 4 star rating average for this place, but then again, it’s airport coffee and maybe there’s even worse at the concourse?Too bad you can’t bring your own beverage past TSA.

Don't buy coffee at this location. The staff was very rude. They took all cream pitchers inside and refused to add cream to my coffee. Upon asking, the guy argued that one gal of milk costs them over $2.5 and they cannot afford to keep the cream for public. I have not seen a single coffee shop that did not put customers first and struggled to meet their expectations. Will not buy coffee here ever in future and would rate this zero stars if possible.

Small coffee venue serving lined choices of bagels, breads and muffins. I'm not a fan of Pete's coffee but it's acceptable in a pinch.Service was average speed and the staff was friendly. They tend to be less busy than the "other" coffee favorite.

I got a cappuccino, chocolate croissant and a blueberry muffin. Coffee was excellent taste. And the croissant and muffin were pretty good.This was near Gate E 21 in DFW Airport.

I imagine only the coffee is good here (like Starbucks -has "food" options that I do NOT recommend) got a fog latte with OAT milk and it was the best combination of warm foam, cool ice, not too sweet and coffee taste I've had.

This was the best welcoming store I have encountered with in a while because of these amazing teenage Arabs by the names of Jonathan, Emy, Mary, Dolagy and Juneer.I was having an amazing conversation with Jonathan he was telling me about his rat shawarma that sadly passed away I might have cried a little but that’s ok. Then this unexpected human being by the name of Mary pulled a older man right in front of (she’s got rizz). And this beautiful majestic girl named Emy accidentally slipped on the wet floor because apparently Juneer had finished mopping, however she got up very gracefully even though I could her bruise through her pants. This Dolagy person was very mean but she looked very nice she made my coffee out of anger but it slapped, honestly i don’t know Juneer but she put me on these amazing muffins they smacked so hard though she had a little mustache but who am I to judge. Not only were the workers nice their friends were too. These two young Arab men were standing in each side of the store supporting their fellow Peet’s workers. They made jokes and cheered me up. One had rockstar hair and I’m pretty sure if I put my hand in it I could have found coffee inside. The other was sort of like a talk show host and helped me decide what to get. Overall amazing coffee and pastries and even better customer service. Thank you Peet’s coffeeRip shawarma

Rude service by these 2 middles Easterns women, joking and laughing and messing up the coffee. She didn’t put the lip on properly on One cold coffee and it spilled all over. Coffee is acceptable, however they don’t accept Apple Pay, they only run cards via magnetic strip, and I believe that 4.17 USD for a small americano is not justifiable for that kind of payment service.

To simplify, claiming the service was spectacular would be a grave understatement. I was unfortunately not having a good day due to the unfortunate passing of my pet rat, her name was Shawarma. Shawarma sadly left this world attempting a double back flip, but thats besides the point. I was queued in line when this jaw dropping, handsome Egyptian man who went by the name of Johnathan greeted me. I told him to make me something off of his personal menu and manz did not disappoint. With the 1st sip of that heavenly drink, my taste buds were absolutely blessed by the amazing concoction that entered my mouth. Johnathan noticed the distress and sadness in my face though and asked me what was the matter. I told him about the predicament of my poor rat shawarma and he asked me to join him in prayer. What a absolute sweet heart! 5/5 star costumer service. If given the chance to come stop by, see if Johnathan is there and he will hook your taste buds up! P.s. he always works Tuesdays 😎

got a small cup of tea, couldn’t drink it because it was still hot enough to very much burn me when i had to board my flight which was 10-15 minutes from when i got it. i understand it may sound like i’m complaining about hot tea being hot, but this was genuinely excessive and too much heat ruins the flavor of tea.

Poorly managed at best. I ordered my latte/shot of vanilla and I knew it might be problematic when I saw the manager/owner? fixing the expresso machine. 4 min I was told after they closed it up....Im good with that...stuff happens, I can wait. 8 min later I walk up and they are still struggling with the machine. The cashier looked like she might be the owner's daughter...young, pleasant, but inexperienced. The expresso operator looked flummoxed...nothing was working. Where was the manager? Well he had taken off, gotten his Subway, and camped out in his office. He never made sure the machine was truly working and he didn't drop his sub to come out either to fix it. The young cashier asked if wanted a refund. I obliged to take that and forgo the offered coffee with steamed milk. She refunded my $6.50...but failed to refund the tax nor the "tip" I had added. I pointed that out and she had no answer to what to do "I can't refund tips". lol. I pointed out that she simply could open the register and hand me a $1...that would be fine. After I waited for them to get lost on how to do that...I simply gave up and walked away.Do I blame the cashier and expresso operator? No. I blame the manager for not caring enough about his employees to train them properly and to **make sure he did his job** and operate his business professionally.Until he figures that out...move on...this is not where you want to get your coffee in Terminal E.

Peet's Lattes are some of the the best I've had. The negative reviews based on coffee may not like dark coffee, not sure. It's like Starbuck, just MUCH better.. Can't speak to cold drinks. To my knowledge, Peet's by the bag is the only nationally available coffee available fresh roasted, and puts the date on each bag!The folks working here are great!

Worst coffee I’ve ever had. It tastes like water. 100%. This is my first Google Review ever — at the age of 34 — but I highly recommend Caribou or Starbucks over Peet’s DFW.
