I'm disappointed the staff goes the opposite way so they do not have to speak to you or offer assistance. I was working on a plumbing project asked for assistance and the employee pointed were I needed to go and ran away. I'll just drive farther to Arlington next time.

1 Star because why isn't there anyone around to help.? I searched for someone to help me find a piece for my kitchen sink and couldn't find anyone. I went to customer service, and they said the person was at lunch.5 stars for Erica and Dewayne.Then Erica, a fulfillment employee, offered to help even tho she wasn't sure where the item would be. We found the item, and then we found Dewayne, who confirmed I got the right piece I needed. Thanks to them for their great customer service, or else I would've just gone to Home Depot.

I hardly ever try to find help since I know my way around the store. I like to browse before purchasing whatever I came for, but in my last visit, two employees showed up to find out if I needed help, yes two. I told them I was looking for grass seeds, but their efforts in trying to help me find the item were futile and ended up just pointing me to the garden center and sending me on my way. I like to see the paint department manned as they always missing. Sometimes they have cashiers but most of the times they only have self check out. I like the craftsman brand tools and always looking forward to the holiday deals.In the past:I didn't have any issues finding hardware for my garage door. Check out is usually okay, returns are often easy. Sometimes, there's no line. Their garden center is perty big.

Usually I like this Lowe’s and come here all the time. Not the best At service but it’s a hardware store, of course everyone is busy. My issue is the lady who was at self checkout. I literally only had a gift card and instead of being nice about it and tell me to go to customer service she said it with an attitude. I said on thank you for that and she just “mmhhhmmm” to me, then I don’t have anything in the bag, she flips through it rough. I’m not the one who employed you but if I were you’d been fired already… leaving the store I see her being rude to an elder lady in a chair who’s asking for simple directions in the store.. I tell her to have a good day and thank you again and all she says is “mhmmm”. Why are you here?!? April 30th, 3:40pm CST.

Worst customer service experience in my life. They do not help over the phone (if they even answer, currently waiting over an hour! Keep getting transferred), and when you go to the store no one wants to help at any time or day. I have been waiting for a dishwasher to be delivered that I purchased over a month ago. It took me weeks just to be able to purchase because the hoops they made me walk through. Not sure if it’s this store, but seems like it’s a combination of this store and Lowe’s the company that are just terrible. All their employees say I can only be helped by the person who happened to be the cashier when I made the purchase. Never shopping here again for anything big or small.

My husband and I went to this location on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 and ordered 150 cement pavers AND paid the 79$ delivery fee. The pavers were delivered, however it was only 138, not the 150 we paid for. A total of almost 400 dollars.Upon notice, I immediately contact the store and get transferred to a number that doesn’t answer. They call back again and speak with the night shift cashier. She goes to get assistance and her other assistance on the phone tells me that I need to call back tomorrow (Monday, March 11) and speak to Alex. No explanation or anything. She secondary help then places me on hold.Eventually, the night shift cashier comes back only to tell me that I indeed have to contact Alex in the morning because the manager on duty is on break. What?! I’ve worked in management and manufacturing for over a decade now and I can first hand say that this is poor customer service.I will be contacting in the morning to speak to Alex and because I’ll be out of town, my husband will also go to the store to speak to a manager. I will state that the only help and apologetic assistance I received was from the night shift cashier. I fully intend to contact corporate offices until this is resolved.

I've literally ran around town looking for my very 1st lawnmower to purchase. Well, these people are unfriendly, lazy, and surely not polite.When I went to the cashier to advise of my purchase online and how I was there to pick up.She pointed and was like. Not here. I ask, where do I go?I've sent she sent someone to bring the lawnmower to my jeep , and the guy was rude and short temper. I ask, can I pay for them to put the lawnmower together? He looked at me like I was in 3rd grade. Just take it out of the box and pull the handle up. It was extremely challenging for me. I brought it back for guidance and customer service gir worst. I STORMS OUT saying I'm never doing LOWE again

Today, I was buying multiple appliances and I wanted to have someone’s advice. With all the bad reviews about Lowe’s customer service I wasn’t going to go. But we decided to give it a shot.To be honest, I was impressed by the customer service we received. Especially on the appliance department. Our sales person was Tommi from appliances and she was amazing. I can’t speak for the rest of the store, but at least for me, I will be shopping more at Lowe’s.Thank you Tommi for your help

The night shift manager said he had the right to refuse service but I already know he didn’t have the right and I didn’t do anything g disrespectful to him to be like that im a shopper they forced me to ask the customer if they want warrant when Instacart tells us to tell the sales person no on warrant and I even show them what was said on the app and they still didn’t care they still demanded me to call the customer and Instacart and I even way out my way to call and ask the customer if that want warranty even though I was told to say no by Instacart and I show them messages of the customer saying no to warranty then they said I couldn’t pay as credit I need to pay as debit but I had already paid as credit and the sale was approved but they was refusing to let me leave with itUntil I was able to get a debit pin for them and

A little clunky at first. Shopped for paint. Found what I was looking for. Eventually Andrew took care of everything. Great guy! He's an employee who actually gives a hoot about doing the job. Felt good to not have to contend with racial bias like I experienced at that other home improvement store yesterday.

Emily & Mr Dwayne was the ones who help us . She help us whit a big order of electrical wire .she made sure the wire was the right gauge size & measurement . She was on point & she was very helpful .great job whit her customer service . Definitely we will come back to this Lowe’s again .

We went twice to order paint and the first time we waited for 45 minutes and they couldn’t find anyone! Yes you read that right! We went again yesterday and there was a couple who had been waiting quite a while and had requested assistance to no avail. Needless to say we requested assistance as well. Again, no one was there to assist. How is that even possible? Lady who was by the self checkout was very helpful and I could tell she felt bad but her hands were tied. 5 stars for her.

Don’t send your workers here if you are a contractor, takes them almost an hour for a pickup of 2 items. A ladder and a tie down, which was ready for pickup the day before but really it wasnt. Go to Home Depot.

I come to this Lowe's 3x a week at least.This hotdog stand is the most discriminatory hotdog place.At 5pm she says she closes to every one.[accept Mexicans]in thus picture it was around 5:10pm!Let's get some equality going on here.How does your kid feel asking you why is it closed but they are getting things?Just looking out 4 our future

What ever you do don't not make a delivery order coming from this mess! I'm a pro customer and these people were supposed to have a very large order of supplies delivered by 8pm. I called multiple times trying to see where my order was. They couldn't provide any info about the status of my order. My order was never delivered! I wasted an entire day on the job site waiting for these people and they never showed. Now I have to go into the store and buy everything myself and get this order canceled. Plus I lost an entire day of work! Good job people!

Walking around the store on a broken foot for an hour and a half looking for help. Everyone that I tried to talk to just kept walking acting like they had something better to do. Went to customer service for help (waited 30 minutes in line) for them to send the most rude person that I have ever seen.All I was looking for was a grill that wasn’t pre assembled so that it would fit in the back of my car. I asked, no we don’t have them. Can I check if the assembled one would fit? No get in the back of the line!I just said have a good day and left my buggy sitting there with items in it! I will take my business elsewhere!

Poor evening shift waited 30 minutes for help in flooring department. All while the manger walked by 3 times and didn't even ask if any assistance was needed.Employees standing in aisles talking with each other. Leadership shows in its employees if manger is doing the same thing as employees are doing. No one wanted to help at all.
