I have been taking my dog Harry to see Angie for grooming at Hollywood Feed for years. On top of being incredibly kind and patient to my older dog, she also does a phenomenal job. My dog is pretty anxious and Angie handles him with incredible care. I’m very thankful to Angie and trust her completely with the grooming needs of my dog.The entire staff is always very friendly when we visit and the store is well stocked and very clean.

Love my neighborhood Hollywood Feed! They have top quality products I need for my 2 pups and the staff is always so helpful. I also loved that they had an adoption event there on Sunday so hopefully someone will adopt those 3 pups in need of a good home.

The young women groomers (1 cut, 1 held her) did a beautiful job trimming my precious 13 year old Wheaton Terrier (Roux,s )toe nails! They cut them, then used the electric grinder to get them shorter ! It was the best trim she has ever had in her long life. There was no crying or squealing from Roux or the groomer!! Good job girls! Clarissa was amazing. She’s a Raw food expert. I got really lucky when I walked in there and she approached me. I’ve got my dog completely transitioning over to raw food and I’m so excited I haven’t eaten processed food in 25 years and suddenly realized I’ve been feeding my dogs, processed food. Freaked me out. My experience was all about Clarissa because she did all the heavy lifting and I just listened and bought stuff and will buy more stuff. Thank you Clarissa. Andrea Thompson.

We receive excellent service each time we interact with this location. The staff is very helpful, always providing great insight for our pup. Same day delivery is top notch! I’ve used the last of our food many mornings just to have more on the doorstep later that afternoon. We love Hollywood Feed!

Staff is always friendly. I always order delivery and they are pretty quick with the delivery and have gotten my order right ever single time. It's a great service and I'm glad they do it. I've been inside the store multiple times and there's an amazing selection of toys, food, and treats. Really appreciate the delivery, keep up the good work.

Love this place! Is a little more expensive than your normal Petco or pet smart but it's well worth it! The staff at both locations I go to (fire wheel, city line) are so sweet. Very knowledgeable about all their products. Almost everytime I come in I bring my puppy. They always come to greet us both. Sometimes with a healthy treat for my pup. I'm hooked for life. The staff are more like friends that are always happy to see you. I've never had a bad experience. It's worth it to go with the recommendations they make. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My dogs love the Fromm Salmon ala veggies dry dog food and and the Fromm canned food as well. Their coats are more shiny and soft since I switched to this Brand.

I hadn't been to this store since their rebuild.. It is gorgeous! They are always super friendly and helpful when I drop by. The store Manager, Shea, is super knowledgeable and approachable for questions!I am a Dog Trainer, I love bringing my clients here for training on socialization and manners! They are always willing to lend a hand with lessons. By far my favorite location in North Dallas :)

I usually order dog food on Amazon, but after waiting 7 days for delivery and then getting Leo’s food deemed “undeliverable” by amazon, I was either gunna have to drive up to the store tonight or figure something out. Then I discovered Hollywood Feed will deliver the same day for FREE if order is placed by 6PM. And they are competitively priced! Also, their online chat service was 10/10 after I needed help finding Leo a dog food since they don’t carry the brand I had been giving him. Her recommendations were fantastic 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I just had to write and compliment David! He is so helpful! So Kind! So knowledgeable! I was at a loss when I went in.. I just got a new puppy.. he wasn’t liking any of his food and David recommenced several foods and we decided on one and my puppy loves it! We got lots of other things and they are perfect as well! I could only wish all employees were as kind and knowledgeable as him and such patience he has!! I hope he never leaves. My mom also thinks he is the greatest! 100 stars to David! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and making my puppy a very happy puppy!

I love Hollywood Feed! All of their employees are very well trained and very knowledgeable. They seem to hire the right kind of person. Also their prices are not that outrageous, as they price match and beat many of the other major retailers. Plus the fact that they sell higher quality food, and the employees know how to talk to you about the food and about your dogs nutritional needs, is a winning recipe. This is the only place that I shop for my dog, who is a 95-pound black lab. We went on a very long run today, as it is Sunday. Every Sunday we go on very long runs and I need Hollywood Feed to be able to be there to help with his nutritional needs and his joints. I like to get him glucosamine and chondroitin to help pad his joints.

We jus moved to Dallas bout 3 weeks ago and had been to many dog stores but Hollywood Feed on Preston is by far the best one. The staff is very nice and attentive. We told then what we were looking for and they gave us quit a few options. This will be the store I go to for all my babies needs
