We LOVE our local Hollywood feed! The staff at Lakewood are always so friendly, polite and helpful. The store has a really great selection of food, treats and chews. My dog gets so excited to make a trip to the store with me because the employees are always so sweet with him and offer him treat after treat. Exceptionally great service AND.. did I mention how much they do for our community!? They are always supporting local rescues and our city shelter through donations from the store, hosting community donation drives, adoption events and more!! I am so grateful for Shea, Antonia, Renee and the rest of the team!!

I went to Hollywood yesterday and enjoyed it. Just moved to the area and now it seems I've found my pet store. Excellent customer service!! I never got the girls name but she was very helpful finding my boy some good grub. Another interesting thing about the place is that if your dog doesn't eat the food you bring back the unused portion and they credit it toward your next selection. Highly recommend.

This the Best feed store Ever!!!! They make you fill Loved! And they have natural pet food for a reasonable price, detail you on what’s best for your pet, and the Ladies at the register are so Sweet and Kind. There is also a Kind gentleman. They always always help you and bring your bag of dog food to your car. One of the Ladies made me feel at ease after I informed her one of my dogs passed away. She had also experienced losing a pet. I’m glad she’s always there when I stop by. I drive all the way from Lancaster Tx just to get my dogs food. They are worth the drive. 10 STARS!!!!⭐️ Oh and buy some “Roasted Beef Lung Tips” for your dogs . They gone Love them!

I have nothing absolutely nothing bad to say about Hollywood feed. They deliver the same day, they have awesome customer service in the store. Always stocked on my dogs food and snack. Very helpful I love Hollywood feed! My dogs are always welcome! The welcome as I walk in. It smells amazing as well. Love Hollywood feed

Edit: adding an extra star because I love my dogs hair cut. They need to hire another groomer so these longer than expected delays don’t happen.Booked an appointment on the phone. Prices were $10 higher than quoted on the phone. Also they have a backlog for grooming that crosss over days. Although my dog was there earlier she wasn’t seen until later and it took an hour longer than expected for me to pick my dog up.

Customer service is always awesome here! You can tell everyone that works here genuinely loves pets. I have also used their grooming service a couple of times and have had a wonderful experience. The groomer is so patient with my young puppy and does a great job.

All of my foster dogs (especially miss claire here) & my resident pups absolutely love it here. Shea the manager is an angel & always helps out so much with adoption events! I have never seen a person work here who doesn’t love animals deeply. I can’t recommend it enough! 10/10 experience every time.

My local HWF on Abrams in Dallas has my heart. Tonight I was having dinner with a friend a few doors down from the Lakewood location and I realized time got away from me and the store was closing in 10 min. I called and right away knew I was talking to Shea. I asked her to pull a few cans of the cat food that I purchase for one of my cats and I would run up to pay for them. I could hear her smiling over the phone and when I got there, she and Dorie were there waiting with smiles. I truly appreciate them so much because I am always welcomed with the same smile EVERY time I pop in. Shea, Dalton and Dorie, thank you for making my shopping experience enjoyable every time I visit. I always enjoy good conversation and they take the time to fill me in on anything I need to know regarding new food/merch for my cats. Just left the store for the 1st time and absolutely loved the staff. The environment was full of love for animals definitely more than a pet store these people have hearts. Would recommend for any pet owners very informative place! My girl Blanca got a cool vest today 2😂😂😂

Max and I love this location! Shea, the manager, and staff always greet us so kindly and are always so interactive and helpful. The new groomer is also incredibly kind and was even able to trim the nails of my moms old grumpy chihuahua!

The lady at the register on the evening of 8/22 was helpful in a condescending way. I was asking about medicine and pricing due to my budget and she made me feel like, because I’m trying to save money I’m not treating my animal correctly. Not sure if it was just her tone, but I left feeling annoyed.

Great Selection of pet food and knowledgeable staff. My fur babies loved to visit precovid. We don’t get out much due to my immunodeficiency. so delivery of their groceries and treats has replaced our weekly trips. My fur babies live for the day a delivery has made to the house.Thank you Hollywood Feed!

The staff and manager at this location are very condescending. If you don't want to work in customer service find another career path. I've come to this location on 4 separate occasions each time they treated me worse than the last. The other locations don't seem to have this problem. There is no reason to be so rude to people who are just trying to buy pet food.

curbside pickup means you call the number listed on the curbside pickup parking sign, no answer…so you go inside and see 2 employees standing there doing nothing, right next to the phone..then you’ll be handed your massive bag of dog food to carry to your car by yourself? they we’re helpful over the phone, prior to them screening my curbside phone call…basically, it’s a “self-service” curbside pickup.

We're regulars at Hollywood Feed and they're always so nice. Yesterday, a couple employees showed our fearful foster puppy all the patience and kindness in the world as she ventured out on her first errand. They sat on the floor with her for quite a while, offered her tasty things, and pet and talked to her until she was finally wagging and accepting of those tasty things. She got to see that other people aren’t scary, and she picked up enough confidence to go from “nope, not gonna budge” to prancing every single aisle and accepting treats. They also grabbed the items I was there for while I tended to the puppy. They're not just there to earn a paycheck - they actually love animals and want customers to have a great experience. I loved this place! It was my first time visiting, and everyone was awesome. They were truly helpful.Update: I still love this place. Everyone that I have ever dealt with there has been extremely nice and informative. I missed going to Mud Bay in Washington state, but this place definitely makes up for it. Great selection and very knowledgeable and approachable store manager at this location. Most store managers feel the need to "flex" and assert themselves just because they can and when it's not at all necessary, but not this one. This one at this location is very down to earth and ho hum and actually approaches you to talk to you and kinda get to know you rather than just to walk you towards and to a purchase. I withhold one star because while mostly everything about the store is great, the prices are nonetheless kinda high, so I'm quite thankful they price match with chewy and other pet supply companies.

I was at work with a dog who was on day 3 of a hunger strike. The team at Hollywood Feed on Abrams came through clutch. They took time with me on the phone; walking me through some raw options that might entice a stubborn canine stomach. My order was delivered promptly AND it revived even the pickiest of appetites.
