I had an appointment at the Verizon store so I knew I had to go to Sprouts. I saw Hollywood Feed so I decided to drop in to see if there were any treats my Terrier Spike might like.I was surprised by the vast number of items to choose from. I've never seen such variety. I asked the helpful lady to suggest some items for my small dog. Not only did she have suggestions, she gave me some free treats, beef lung.I picked up two items that were very reasonably priced, certainly less expensive than the ones I purchased at H-E-B recently.And Spike LOVED the beef lung. I'll definitely buy some the next time I visit.

Went to Hollywood feed yesterday just to check it out. We usually go to pet supplies plus or PetSmart or Petco. After a lengthy visit with a nice staff member who explained a lot to us that we did not know. We’ve decided to change our dogs food. One fifteen year old dog and one two year old dog. We decided to try the Fromm dog food. Based on what the lady explained to us in store. So far our picky little eaters seem to love the new kibble. So looks like Hollywood feed might just have gained our business due to this nice lady who helped us yesterday. Hollywood feed it is. Five stars.

It was my first visit to the store and it was a wonderful experience I learned about the refund policy and learned about the large selection of food they had for my pet. I also was given some free advice that I asked for as well. There was another customer there that couldn’t say enough beautiful things about Hollywood Feed. This is where I belong

The staff is always amazing at this location. Extremely helpful and patient with helping to make the best selection for my kitties. I just wish there were more options for cats. For example, Hollywood Feed carries Stella & Chewys for dogs but not cats.

Staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of dog food. While their selection of cat food is much more limited, they have some great options and plenty of cat treats. 👍 Overall very happy with this location.

I’m visiting from another state and stopped in for some treats. The store is immaculately clean, pet friendly (2 dogs were in there,) and the person working was extremely warm and welcoming. She knew who my friend was that I was visiting and her dog’s name. I highly recommend!

I just wanted to share the exceptional customer service i received today! It was a holiday (4th of July) and the holiday hours that were posted on Google were incorrect and I showed up before the store opened. Trying my luck, I called the store to see if anyone was there and thought maybe I could quickly buy a bag of dog food as I was on my way into work and wouldn't be able to stop back by before they closed. The woman on the phone (and in the store) was so happy and eager to go above and beyond for me today and let me in to buy a bag of food. I love this company, their employees and their compassion to do whatever it takes to make sure their customers and their furry friends are taken care of! Thank you!!

My wife and I shop at this location frequently. We love the selection and prices. We don't love the assertive, borderline aggressive customer service. We always politely decline help when we first come in (we know where everything is and we know what we're going to buy). We prefer to shop with minimal interactions, but the associates at this location are quite pushy. One thing that stands out: almost every time we're there, they will ask if we're ready to check out if we're anywhere within view of the counter, regardless of our body language. Recently, my wife was looking at the endcap closest to the register (not facing the register) when someone asked if she was ready to checkout. Overall, I think there is just a lack of awareness and inexperience with retail that makes it a little uncomfortable for us. Please allow us the space to shop and we'll come find one of the many associates within the store if we need assistance.

Love love love this place! They have amazing food selections for your babies that are so awesome and healthy! The women that work there are always so lovely and so wonderfully helpful! I always have a pleasant visit and so does my little Chandler! The prices are definitely reasonable and they do have sales, which is always a plus, and some of the food comes with coupons! If you're looking for healthier food for your dog or cat, please please stop here!

Our family just added a fur baby, and we went on Monday to get some food specifically needed for him. Loved the atmosphere, the sales associate there was awesome, very friendly. Our sons were comfortable being around the store. What blew our minds even more was the prices! Incredible prices, hate that we wasted our money going to Petco the previous day when we should've gone straight here. I got an amazing deal with the puppy food and a kennel. Very convenient location for us, so will definitely be back, along with our active little Benji! :-)
