Love Hollywood Feed every time and this is my favorite location. Today, unfortunately my car was vandalized in their parking lot, somebody followed me from the Bank of America location on Cedar Springs and broke into my car while I was picking up my dogs’ food. The staff was fantastic as I was in shock and freaking out about the whole incident. Alex and Jacob offered to help out. Jacob cleaned some the broken glass from my car himself! He didn’t have to but he did. I got thick gloves and a bag from them to take some of the glass out. As upset as I still am about criminals that take your hard-earned money, and the inconvenience that a broken car window causes, I want to focus on the positive. So thank you Hollywood Feed team. You guys are always great, but today you went above and beyond.

First, I want to thank Alexander. I first came across him firewheel location , and transferred to Lemmon location. He alwaysgoes way and beyond. Also amazing staff. Very knowledgeable. The energy of the store is amazing. And always clean and beautifully displayed.. I have referred many clients to his location.. I have recommended grooming.Beautiful store amazing manager. I have been shopping there since 2011

Just left this store after coming in last minute to grab some dog food. I came in about 5 minutes before close and Alex was amazing! Great customer service. He even helped me load the food in the car. Cannot say how grateful I am for such a pleasant experience.

Went for grooming for the first time here and this was hands down the BEST haircut my little pup’s ever gotten in his 14 yrs! He’s a senior dog and even with a double dose of both anxiety meds and sedatives, he still wasn’t as “chill” as I had hoped; however, Kat and team were so patient with my stubborn little guy and even gave him the cutest little bang! I cannot stop laughing and taking pictures of him!How did she know he secretly wanted to look as handsome as one of the main characters in the Netflix Kdrama we just finished watching, who happened to have gorgeous hair? Now Meeko can happily live out his Kdrama fantasy. 🤩 🦄

Teresa took care of my fur babies Kodak and Kaia’s nail trim and she did an amazing job . Kodak was nervous about getting his nails trimmed and Teresa made him comfortable and he came out with a smile on his face . This is the only place I can comfortably take my pets to get pampered .

This is store is literally so cute, it’s like a candy store for pet supplies! But the staff were super sweet and helpful and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the products!

I'm like there, can I ask for a specific medication for dogs? Bob Raine 9, they Sold me. I did from Brian that caused twice as much when I got to my truck. Open the sack and I looked in there and saw that it wasn't what I ordered. And so I had to take it back in here. Get my credit back on it. It didn't buy brain that I wanted, which was half depri. You know the words thatey sold me the most expensive item that they had. That was in that loud of medication. It was a doggy woman I asked for psychore and they gave me front line.So I'm handicapped and have a Walker that I use most of the a getting all the way back out of the truck. And you're going back in the store to exchange It was Less than pleasant for me.

My first time here. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get my puppy his food and some new training treats. Also was told about their awards program and their amazing same day delivery. Love that if your animal doesn’t like the food you purchase you can return and they donate to a nearby animal shelter. Had a great experience and will be back!

Walking my pugs we decided to come here before going home at the end of the day, come to find out that the store was closed. We did see some people inside but didn’t think much of it since it was past 7:30 pm and they were obviously closed. We started to walk back home, coming close to the four way stop we hear someone behind us and to turn around to see Alex letting us know that they remember us bc of our pugs and that their willing to open the store so we can get the items we needed for my babies.I was so taken back by it and I have never felt this appreciated in my life. Thank you Alex for opening the doors for us you have won a customer for ever!

My wife and I have been coming to Hollywood Feed for several years. We travel from Oak Cliff so that should say something. Who would have thought a trip to buy dog food was something to look forward to. It has become a thing for our family. Today, my toddler who loves going to to “the dog food store” fell asleep on our trek in 6 o’clock traffic from Oak Cliff to Hollywood Feed on Knight Street. What’s a dad to do? Upon arrival, I called the store and explained that my daughter had fallen asleep ; and although not the proper procedure for curbside orders, I asked if at all possible to order the dog food over the phone and have someone deliver to our car. Without hesitation Alex said this was no problem at all and was able to ring me up and bring the dog food out to the car. Just wanted to share this experience as great customer service goes a very long way. Customers for life.Thank you! CST

1st time ever walking into this pet store and I must say it was well kept, smelled great, organized, staff was friendly and i was offered assistance right away. Fromm an old dog food has me coming to this feed store not to mention the raw lamb bites primal I believe it is.They have south American sourced treats for chewers.

This is a small local pet store, super friendly staff helped us to pick up the perfect leash. Grabbed some yummy treats too and ended up hanging out with their adorable dog.
