Best company ever from start to finish!! We did our whole downstairs with luxury plank vinyl to replace dark hardwood and tile. The crew was very efficient and treated our home like it was their own!! They were very meticulous with all details from moving our furniture to making the floor and trim absolutely perfect. I want to say that Flooring Direct is an amazing company. All interactions were great. My husband and I did our entire house with them, meaning a BIG project.Our first interaction was with Paul, and he was awesome. He always replied to all of our questions. After we closed on the project, we interacted with Karen, and she also kept us updated on materials purchase, date of arrival, and everything else. She also answered any question we would have, including adding a last-minute change I had on the stairs. Also, awesome interaction. The team that worked in my home was very professional, kept everything clean, and did a fantastic job with the floors installation. I would 100% recommend them! Truly!

Flooring Direct did an amazing job on our wood floors. They communicated clearly and we are thrilled with the result. Our crew was the absolute best: professional, knowledgeable, efficient, skillful! They did our entire house (tile and existing wood demo, new wood flooring & baseboards, remove and replace all furniture, clean & dust) in 3 days. We were so impressed! I would highly recommend.

Gross negligence from this contractor, buyer, beware! The confidently put in writing that they would match existing flooring when they tore up all of our carpet. They could not even get close. The guy who they said is their best installer said that he wouldn’t be happy with the job if he was me and understood how I felt. After spilling stain on my porch, installers trashed fans, walls, baseboards, doors and more. They left and abandoned the job with an incomplete project even though they were paid in full. After giving grace on top of grace and experiencing failed promise after failed promise (even by management), I was finally forced to file a claim against their insurance, which is an ongoing process due to the fact that the claims adjuster allegedly was even having a hard time getting a hold of them. They abandon the job and told me that they were going to give me a figure but never did. I could go on, and on, and on about the failure in promises and miss management of this project, but I hope that this is enough.

We had a great experience with flooring direct! After getting the run around from another local flooring company, we scheduled an appointment online for a consultation with Flooring Direct. Bill came to our house and was wonderful! Direct. Honest. Kind. He was easy to work with. We loved the fact that he brought the samples to us and EXPLAINED the different kinds of floors, rather than just trying to sell us the most expensive product.The install was messy (as expected) since we removed a lot of tile. The crew was respectful of our home and property. My ONLY negative from the experience was being left without anywhere to sleep the 2nd night. Luckily we were able to get to mattresses and made a make-shift “bedroom” in the middle of our living room with our 3 kids and dogs. The kids actually had a great time with the “camp out”, however if I would have known this ahead of time, we likely would have booked a hotel for the night.Overall, it was a pleasant experience! We are loving our new SPC floors and can recommend Flooring Direct without hesitation.

GREAT JOB!…WE ARE VERY HAPPY!!We took out laminate, tile & carpet and put in some beautiful Shaw floors in our home. It was… a lot… and this install team knocked it completely out in two days. They worked VERY HARD to move all furniture safely, covered everything in the areas they were storing the furniture or areas like counters, etc. and then cleaned up and moved it all back! They were super efficient and organized! They leveled the floors where needed, knew how to fit in a brick fireplace and then walked through everything at the end with us to be sure nothing was missed. They were just amazing, very professional and they really cared about their work. We can only say positive words about this company and their install team and would recommend them to anyone thinking about replacing floors.

They were amazing. They were able to do my top floors and bottom in one day. They came in and moved the furniture including a baby grand piano. They ripped up the old carpet, removed the base boards, clean the floors, place a liquid cement on the floor and leveled it all out. Then they installed the planks of flooring, replaced the base boards and called around the base boards. They really did an awesome job. I also had them replace the carpet on the stairs and it looks amazing.

I highly recommend this company. I have used them three times in the past. They have refinished my hardwood floors, replaced subfloors and installed luxury vinyl plank in two different rooms. They provide excellent quality at fair prices. I was amazed at their craftsmanship on the last job that they did for me. They were able to remove and replace twelve sheets of plywood and installed the flooring in one day

My floors were a challenge! I had two layers of old tile and glue on top of hardwood. The guys showed up on time, worked efficiently and had it knocked out in 3 days. Other companies had said it could not be done, but flooring direct has the expertise to get it done! I’m very pleased with my beautiful restored hardwood kitchen floor!

This team did a phenomenal job and the prices were the most reasonable we’d seen for the quality of carpet we received! From initial consultation to install was less than 3 days and can’t say enough about the professionalism and expertise of our sales person and the install crew. Flooring Direct was wonderful from the very beginning. The appointment was easy to schedule, the sales rep, Bill Kreiling, was straight to the point and didn't have the typical "sales speech." He asked questions, let us look at samples, showed the samples how'd they look in our house with his app and was the only person that gave us a suggestion on how to fix a part of the floor that was messed up during a construction project. He asked his flooring manager for suggestions and got back to us the next morning. The install happened sooner than we expected and went very well. Overall, Flooring Direct was not the least expensive, but they were very reasonable and the entire experience was very professional and smooth. I'd highly recommend Flooring Direct!

They installed floating floor in our new home and never told us we couldn’t install under cabinets. They also admitted to installing too close to the walls and the baseboard too close to the ground. They never acclimated the flooring prior to install and because of all of this, our entire bottom floor buckled!!! They refuse to take responsibility and we will be taking them to court to recover our costs.

Flooring direct was extremely quick getting back to me about the consultation. A week after the consult, my floors were down! They were super fast, considerate and professional. The only thing I will say is even though they lay down plastic and they do respect your home, be prepared for a little clean up of your own. I will definitely be using them again!

We had Luxury Vinyl Plank floor installed about 2 years ago from flooring direct. After about a year and a half the floor started to raise up where they connect to each piece so the floor had waves. I was worried that over time it would get worse, which it did. I called and explained the situation and was told they had seen this before by the manufacturer of that floor. Flooring Direct said they would send in a claim with manufacturer and see if they will replace it but even if they don't Flooring Direct will replace it. I did not expect that and was so relieved. I thought like many companies they would kick the can down the road and just get past the 2 year warranty period.I was very happy they stood by their warranty and replaced our floor. As a result I will continue to go with them for our future flooring needs and would recommend them. My thought is I would rather pay extra for good service with a trustworthy company but I didn't even feel like I had to pay extra. The original cost was good so I feel like I got great service with a trustworthy company at a reasonable price. I honestly like the original flooring better but I am happy with the replacement because I know it's a better quality product. I would recommend using Flooring Direct. Seems like it is a well run company with people that care.
