Be prepared to wait in long long long lines!!!!They won’t hire anymore cashiers.Not enough carts or baskets.Update :07/11/2022I called the number ,and they gave me a call back. I was told I would get another call back, but they never did . The problem still hasn’t been fixed.Management needs to get to work!Update:07/13/2022Mr.Gonzalez called me back, and was very apologetic. He assured me he would be visiting the store to get with the new manager to work on hiring more cashiers. In addition to him listening to my concerns, he demonstrated to deeply care about its customers. Lastly, he offered me a gift card for voicing out my concerns.(I'll keep y'all updated on this issue in about one or two months to see if anything has changed).04/27/23Very spacious now to check out. This place will always be Carnival to me 💛🎡 At least some of the old decorations are still up. 4 stars for nostalgia and cause I know this place can be better.

My husband and I went to this Fiesta Mart and the staff members were so professional, polite and helpful. Seems they have natural Customer Service skills or their Administrative Team trains them of these skills on a regular basis 👏. Really good experience!

This place is awfully racist to be a Hispanic store, 🤔 1 white person and 2 black people were turned away trying to register their cars bcuz the lady said she didn't speak English and then 1 of the black people knew Spanish but the lady was acting like she didn't understand and continued to ask everyone to leave (well the ones that didn't speak spanish) as I walked off I see the lady shaking her head telling the security to watch for the n***as, and um I believe that's inappropriate,Now I understand why America don't want forgiegns buying BUISNESSes here bcuz they don't know how to respect customers and only allows their own race to work, there's not 1 black worker in the entire fiesta store

The staff and managers are super friendly here, everything is clean and very well stocked. Produce looks very fresh, on a Saturday afternoon it was busy, there was a few people waiting at the Seafood area looking for help, they were told the guy went to lunch, in seconds a manager ran up and got behind the counter to help, the same manager was on the opposite side in the balloons and plants section helping out another customer, I was impressed especially as it was my first visit, another manager actually bagged my groceries a very good feeling. I'll be coming often.

This super market is nothing short of a mess. The food is always expired. They lack cashiers and also lack professionalism. The cashiers are probably the only good part of the store, given the poor management they have training them. On more than one occasion have I tried to go through the express lane and it has been crowded with customers making purchases of way more than 15items. On one occasion a gentleman name Kevin who states he was a manger, was my cashier. I expressed to him that it was not okay that he was letting customers through with large purchases. People go through the express lane for valid reasons, one being because they actually have less than 15 items. He states it was his choice who he accepts at his register and that this conversation was over. He called over another Manager named Evelyn and she was just as condescending and unsympathetic as him. I used to enjoy coming to this store, as it was convenient for me. I will be taking my business to another supermarket. One with more professionalism.

This store has improved drastically since being assigned a new Store Director. And with respect to long lines, that is not their fault. You will find long lines at every grocery store that is within a condensed, and populated area. Also, if their are long lines, that means the quality and pricing of the merchandise being dry/cold, produce, seafood, meat, poultry, deli, etc.... meet and/or exceed customer satisfaction. Otherwise, why i else would they choose to patiently wait?

Yes everytime well atleast the last 3 times i came to Buy some simple groceries for the house the manager i'm guessing he is,Luis his mame said he was, was very rude and started following me and harrasing me to the point where he was following me into every isle i went yo whole doing My groceries shopinh,, he kept following me and looking at me always acting like he was fixing something on the shelves, he was doing this so much that it literally made me feel super harassed and made me feel not wanting to spend any money in that store even the it's the closest grocery shop around where I live and have been there plenty of times with my parents and never had this happen until 3 weeks ago when he started to do this out of the nowhere and it's always assoon as he sees me walk INSIDE despitie him being previous being busy doing something else or talking to someone else, he never wanted to tell me who the manager was or who was his higher UPS so i could know who they we're so i could talk to them and complain to them about his rudeness and harrasement towards me , if anyone know and can possibly tell me how to contact human ressoyi would greatly appreciate it

I use to shop at Fiesta years ago. Their quality was really good in the bakery and produce department, but I can't say that now. Purchase 2 bakery cake slices. Both were dry like they were going stale. Some of the produce (Lemons for example) were past their prime. 2 jars of Motts Cinnamon apple sauce were a day away from the best buy date. Fiesta is not worth shopping at.

I would say it was the worst. Walking in today at 7pm they had no buggys to shop with and they had 4 registers open but the lines where all the way to the end of the isle. They have hiring signs up everywhere so i guess that explains but still, management should jump on those registers and bring down the lines for a better customer experience i mean it was horrible.

It was a lovely little store. It even had the November festive balloons, however, I didn't feel the atmosphere from the staff particularly the cashiers, they just looked overwhelmed and irritated. The one I spoke to didn't even say hi to me, which is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I always get my medications at this carnival pharmacy without a problem:) only problem is prices are on the higher side for stuff but other than that I love to visit this place. Got some good beauty finds too while I waited.

Very long lines, sometimes I buy stuff that ends up being expired. The manager and assistant manager be on the registers as cashiers because they don't have enough staff. They walk off in the middle of ringing up the items you are buying just to go count money from other registers in front of all the customers or even just to go to the aisles to check prices of something. Overall very bad in every aspect. They really really need improvement in staff and organization

No stars!!! Worst service ever!!! Long lines with only a few cash registers open. Besides that the manager refused my family to purchase alcohol because he claimed we were too drunk when we hadn’t drank all day! It was complete BS!! He was prejudice towards us bc we were laughing and having a good time as a family. If he is unhappy with his job and having to work the register then he needs to quit. There are hardly any shopping carts too and he said it wasn’t his problem!!Manager who was at the register is Joel Camacho! AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR DAY RUINED BY NEGATIVITY

I love this fiesta, great selection and way better organized than the "Fiesta" (Carnival) in front, but the one issue that is always present is the LACK OF CHECKOUT REGISTERS. Guys, you have to open more than 3 registers. At least put in those self checkouts. The line being all the way to the butcher is an embarrassment when there is a pandemic and people are trying to go in and out as fast as they can, plus you have a bunch of people outside freezing because they have to let in a certain amount of people inside.

Worst customer service , had only 2 lanes open and 100 ppl waiting for pay and top of that the manager Hispanic guy with glasses was very discourteous towards the people waiting on line to pay. He said in a mean way he didn’t have any cashiers what he supposed to do . Well fiesta makes around $500 million dollars on revenue , pay your cashiers good so they’ll stick around for a long time. Great place if im making plans to cook something that day. The food here either is about to expire in a week or two. Or just expired so double check the dates before you buy anything. Don't get me wrong you can get fresh items but also run into the chance of expired stuff.

I don't like this store. The Pork Meat and Beef, Meat and Chicken, is not fresh meat, they have the Hamburger meat from yesterday and they resale again for a high price. And different day. But a lot of the peoples, that go to this store on Harry Hines. They need to open their eyes. For what they are buying,

With covid19 they should put more employees at the cashiers to reduce the social distance we stand in line about 1hr for one gallon of milk and some bread not very happy 😒 after we got home milk didn't taste fresh at all so not wanting to go and stand in line all over again too get a other one cause we call and they were telling us to come back....🙁

They keep selling sour/bad oxtails from the meat department. Yes, if you take them back they will replace them. I recommend to open the package and inspect them before you purchase and leave the store.

I have shopped with my husband here for about 2 years now and we enjoyed the availability we had. I rated a 4 because ever since Fiesta took over a couple things have changed and no longer the same for us.
