Nice store. They have a variety of Mexican foods and American. They have good options for seafood. They even have shark sale. Restaurant within. Slow checkout but overall a good store.

The store is nice however, there are not enough people on cash register. Today Was packed with little to no people on register. ALSO to pepes kitchen PLEASSSE those wings and who knows what else. But those wings are old and have been sitting there in the light for who knows how long. VERY INCONSISTENT. Sometimes they are really good. there fresh and they taste good. however, it's so terrible being inconsistent. Those wings have been sitting there for so long. They get hard and nasty. ALSO the quesadillas the meat does not get drained. There's so much grease left on the tortilla from the meat. there's hardly any cheese I just taste the grease. It's so bad that the grease is just dripping from the quesadilla. It made my stomach hurt and I th. Its terrible. Should really call the food service rew up and felt with stomach problems for a week

Bertha the cashier was so sweet. On the other hand the restrooms smelled so bad and were dirty 🤢 everything in store seemed front faced, neat kept.

Went to the fish market to buy fish and have it skin off. Out of 6 employees in the seafood department back there and no one could off the fish. This is ridiculous the manager Jason was no help! Had to drive to another fiesta on the other side of town. Don’t understand why hire people who can’t complete the job details. It all starts with managers.Unbelievable that no one that skin off a fish in the whole store

I was not allowed into this store with my purse. The cashier told me she would keep it for me and watch it. So I'm supposed to trust you when you don't trust me. I I'm a doctor and live in a suburb of Dallas and was here to shop for my mom who still lives in Pleasant Grove. This has never happened to me in the area of Dallas that I live. It is very clear that because the clientele of the store is largely Black and Latino, there is distrust in management of the very people who keep them in business.

As much as I love coming to this store. I gotta quit 😪 I'm starting to think they discriminate against people who have Wic. Nothing is never labeled properly for Wic. when you get to the register the cashier NEVER knows what to do. They always have to call a manager who never speaks English 🙄 😒. Then they have the audacity to have a attitude. Oh and the blueberries are mildew go check right now they will look the same tomorrow

Manager very unprofessional and rude kept insisting that I go to express lane to check out but I refused because the person in front of me was already paying and I was next in line . She then proceeded to yell out loud “something’s wrong with this lady I don’t know what’s wrong with her “ in a very rude manner . All because I didn’t want to go to another check out lane .

This store closes whenever they feel like it. Seriously, they actually do. The hours are clearly posted. I really miss when it Minyards.

The check out lines were a little long, but another cashier opened a line for people to get out of the store quicker. I go to this place when I don't have a large quantity of items to purchase. The cashier and other workers are usually very helpful and friendly.

I only come here when it's convenient but please don't buy the crawfish or whatever they have in those bins by the meat section. Those things need to be alive and most of the time they are barely hanging on to dear life. It's disgusting and I hate walking pass them.

Most products are available staff is very friendly and helpful lines are a bit long especially after 3:00 p.m. they need to have more registers open other than that it's always clean and produce looks decent except for the lettuce

They had dead blue crabs on display in the back of the store near the meat section with crawfish (half of them were dead) in the bin next to the few crabs. We could smell the old seafood when we walked through the doors. We won't be back. It was a quick trip to the grocery store to pick a few items for dinner. For the record, crabs, crawfish and most of your seafood is best/freshest when cooked alive. We won't go back. I don't think I'd shopped there since Minyards became Fiesta.

Totally disorganized... The signs are dull and confusing. You can tell by just walking in the store that it looks dead from the inside... I remember when Fiesta used to be a place you enjoyed to walk into. It had music, great people and fresh food and products, now like a horror movie.

Well today is my last official day shopping there. Too many changes not for the better of the customer, you need to call for the times to get your auto tags, (You have one hour only) lottery machine seems to never be working, few other issues with customer service I'm just not happy with. Too many competitors that will be happy I'm spending money there and they smile and greet you. Best wishes. Lastly, I called to say something at the main office and I'm leaving 2 stars because the person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful and tried to transfer me to someone who would take my call. No luck, had to leave a message. Best wishes

It's nice, clean, and organized but the cashier need to take a happy pill before she go to work. It's so depressing and sad in this store. The atmosphere will kill your vibe. No greetings, no smile's nothing... even when a person says "Thank you" not once but twice. At least say welcome back. If your employees don't want to work don't make them. It's a lot of people looking for jobs and will appreciate having a job. As far as that I would have given a 5 ⭐. They do have good sales and they have oxtails. Can't find them at Kroger or Walmart been looking for a week. Thanks to the gentleman who wipes down (disinfectant) everything in the store. He's a great employees and knows how to communicate with customer's.

Ok, first I will admit did I stop by on the wrong time? 12:30p.m. This is quick stop. I walk in looking for a cart, they are outside, huh. Lucky there were two left. The rest of carts were still in the parking lot. I guess you suppose to bring them back after finish shopping. There was no one (staff member) collecting the carts. Staff members were stocking food on shelves. Good ! I didn't see alot of people doing shopping. I end up with six items in my cart. Well now I know why i didn't see customers they were all at the checkout. 3 registers open and about 5-6 customers in each. Majority of the customers had full carts. No express registers, no self registers. The manager was sacking groceries. After 15 minutes, he call for help since the lines were getting longer, impatient customers getting rowdy. Only the help that came were sackers. We need more registers open!!! Finally another 10 minutes 1 cashier show up. She ends up grabbing a customer that just gotten in line. Wrong ! The problem was it was an express register. But by this point everyone just wanted to pay and get out. I end up in the store for 45 minutes for 6 items under $ 10.00. This was not a quick trip. P.S. it is summer time and no watermelons nor fresh pineapples at that time.

Been a lot but my last experience was bad. Would've received a better rating. I Had bought molded food and realized it when I got home and started putting up my food. Immediately went back and as I was telling worker what happened, they interrupt saying they don't do returns and I said you're going to take this back. Then when she looked at it she looked embarrassed and promptly refunded my money. They were already ready to not hear me out.

My experience was fine but what would have made it better is that this store was recently remodeled yet none of the registers had hand scanners so elderly people or people with disabilities are struggling to lift heavy items 🤔. If the hand held scanners were provided to cashiers this would be helpful for everyone.
