It's normally ok. Sometimes I think the staff could be more willing and ask what they can help with. Love when the gentleman dressed really nice in his Cowboy hat is present. I'm guessing he's the boss man. But he is very helpful and makes time to help you. Thank you Sir!

Theres things here you can find at walmart for a cheaper price! They have supplies for your farm animals to high of a price but its just business I get it ...I like how you can buy shots to do it yourself on your animals. Prices are high some maybe fair sometimes but its not cheap...the old black lady is rude she should just go work somewhere eles. Other then that the guys there are helpful.

I showed up here today at 6:01pm and with their doors open they told me they were closed. I asked what time did they close and they told me 6pm. The worker at the door then turned his phone to me and said see it’s 6:01. I explained that all I needed was one bag of dog food because my boys were completely out and I work across town and was rushing to get here. He then told me they won’t to go home too….. I have never seen such disregard for customers, people or pets for that matter. They lost a customer today and if this is their attitude and procedures daily I’m sure I’m not the 1st and I won’t be the last. If No stars were an option that’s what I would have given.

Well some of the food was open and I was just trying to buy a couple of dollars off and she wouldn't sell it to me she said the owner was going to take it home well it is what it is but it's still a nice place to visit so the other two one on 20 and Lancaster one in duncanville and one off of Illinois and Lancaster that's the one I went to today have a great day hope this will help

Just called to see if they have anything to keep stray cats and dogs she mentioned something I told her I've tried that it don't work she o well that's all we have I thought rude. But I have been to this store and they don't have good customer service skills at all

The employees that work in this store are absolutely, the rudest people I have ever encountered. The manager and employees follow you around the store, stand at the end of the isle you are on, and watch you while you are browsing. If you are taking too long according to their standards, they ask you questions like, " what is it you need"?, or " how long are you going to be today"? The Hispanic manager that runs the store has used the "F" word to other customers and refused one customer an exchange on tubing that was the wrong size, that the employees cut and gave to him. He is sarcastic, very rude, and has 0 people skills. I asked for insecticide for water bugs and the employee that helped me gave me insecticide for fire ants. When I mentioned that it was not what I was looking for, he said, " well, you asked for the best bug killer we have and this is it, if you don't want it, then I can't help you. ask someone else for help." I discourage anyone from shopping at this store because you will be treated horribly, the prices are high, and they have a no refund or exchange policy. I will never shop here again.

The young lady, young man, and the older guy (I assume he was the manager) were very rude as I was trying to buy/return items today. Their attitude and tone was unnecessary. I've been there on several occasions to purchase items and the service has always been mediocre. However, today takes the cake. If you can't have patience with customers, you shouldn't be in the retail/customer service business.

I called Saturday June 29 2019 about 2 pm and it sounded like a teenager that did not want to be there answered the phone. I asked about a 50lb bag of oats and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about then left me on hold for 10 minutes. My question was about as simple and as basic as it gets for a feed store.

I called this location to see if they carried a certain product and to get the price. The older woman that answered , just threw a price out to me . I stated that was much to expensive and was she sure about the price for that size bottle ,so she threw out three other prices I asked about the sizes, she said a pint or something I don't know . I just said thank you for being so helpful and hung up (RUDE and I will never shop there if I have to leave town to get my supplies !!!

I would not shop here at all. The staff that I spoke with on the phone was absolutely the rudest person ever. She hung up the phone on me the first time and when I tried calling back, she became argumentative and refused to let me speak with the manager or owner. In this day and time, why shop at a business where you are going to catch an attitude?

When I called them for information about their ducks, the woman was rude on the phone. She put me on hold forever, then finally said they had 2 ducks left. Then when I went to the store to buy the ducks. I picked one up to look at it. I was told to put it down. I asked the guy for two ducks. He put them in a box and I carried then to the checkout. The guy at the register charged me for geese, $12 each. I told him I asked for ducks. He then asked the guy who gave them to me if he had told me they were ducks. Like I was lying to him. Very rude. They don't know the difference between ducks and geece. I dont. But I don't work there. I asked for ducks. I left them at the register. I will not go back there.

They have a great selection of tools and home improvement supplies, plus feed for my hipster backyard chickens and dog food. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I just called for some chick start. The old lady says she has never heard of it. I asked if I was calling a feed store. She says she has chick starter...I mean really!!!!!! Nope will not be going here
