It was good, the older guy who was stocking was very helpful and patient. I had a difficult time finding my items I needed, because some parts of the store seems like a maze.

Never, will I ever step foot or put money in this company. I stopped in a local FD for something cold to drink, when I pulled up my 4yr old daughter woke up and said she needed to use the facilities. We were only a few blocks from our destination but unfortunately she's 4 and couldn't hold it. I went inside rushing to grab what I needed and to get her to the bathroom. I asked the lady at the counter where the bathroom was and she told me they didn't have one available 🤔. I asked, even for a guest?? She said no... Not even for the 4yr old crying in the middle of the store, she said no... It's corporate policy... Is this company stuck in the early 40's or 50's??? Who doesn't have a public restroom for paying customers??? So not only did she not sympathize with my crying child, I was forced to make my beautiful, innocent daughter use the bathroom on the side of the building... She cried even more.... Not to mention we were on the rougher side of the neighborhood, I'm blessed we weren't snatched in plane sight... Every chance I get I will ensure to let everyone who is willing to listen know, what a terrible experience we had. You should be ashamed!!!

This is the worst store ever the employees are always playing and not tending to their jobs playing loud music at the register nd have the nerve to talk on the phone while they are checking customers out. They are always out of atock the selves literally will he empty like nothing & it will be that way for months then they always close earlier then 10 sometimes 9:30 or even 9 i dnt recommend anyone go to this family dollar go to the one on masters at least.

It was about 9:40 last night and the store was closed??? I needed two very important things and the doors were locked while the cashier mouth "closed". I had to go to mesquite to find a Wal-Mart which is way out of my way while FD is literally across the street. Yall close at 10PM

They won't let you in after 9:45pm when they should be closing at 10:00pm. When I went there at 9:47pm they would not let me in saying they close at 9:45pm. I told the guy at the door, "Ok show me your sign that says you close at 9:45pm". He just said," It's store policy" and rudely closed and locked the door. I asked him for his name and he said it was "Adrian Jones", not sure if that was his real name but either way I reported him to coorporate. All I was trying to get from Family Dollar was a gallon of milk. If "Adrian" would have let me in I would have been out before 10:00pm anyways.

This is my little go to place for my shopping needs. I can get dinner for my family from the frozen food section,toiletries,cleaning supplies in one convenient place. The employees are cool especially Mrs. Tammy and Liz

I have been a customer there since 2007. I have never seen such a rude store manager there as you have now. I have been observing here since she came i to that position and she treats the customers as if they owe her to shop there and can't go anywhere else. Well I will tell you that she lost me as a loyal customer. Today was the last straw. A nice young man just spent about $20 and he politely asked for an extra bag. A bag ! Her response was very loud. You gotta pay 25cents we aint got free bags. Bags aint free in Dallas! He thanked her and walked out. I wouldn't have spent my mo ey to get that. So I politely told her that there are ways to talk to people and she will lose customers moving forward. She looked as if she didn't care. So having said all this, Dollar General is more customer oriented so my money will go there.Return to Contact Us page.

Don't attempt to go here to pick up one item and get out. Two employees where standing in the main isle as you head toward the cooler area for you juuces, cold drinks discussing personal business and would not move for you to pass. The store is cluttered and only had one cashier station open on a busy Saturday evening. If I can avoid it I would NEVER shop here again.

Never ever stay open till 10 pm!! Never stocked and always locks customers inside and has to unlock doors to let us out. FIRE HAZARD!! Illegal in many ways
