The cashier that works on Thursdays mornings, she's light skinned and is an elderly woman. She just loves to curse out me! I was buying a bag of chips and I was counting my money slow so then she just got mad and cursed me out, she always has a bad additude so I'm not surprised.

Manager Laquinta Smith does not do discounts on items missing or damaged. By policy stated that they are suppose to do so. Damaged items are not clearances they stay on the shelf as regular price. Employees from other family dollar stores even don't understand why she does not do it and its posted in all of there stores. Miss thang the money is not your, stop acting like it.

If I could put 0 stars I WOULD ! The associate did not have on “appropriate” undergarments , she was very loud and unprofessional. Was arguing with a customer while there was over 10 of us in line waiting to be checked out ! Mind you she was the only worker. 08/05 afternoon shift ! This is not my 1st encounter with her. I dont know why they allow her to do this but just because the store is located in this specific area does not mean they should allow this “unproper etiquette “ to be allowed. She definitely has no customer service skills and she did not have a name tag so I wish I could tell you but im sure you know exactly who I am referring to. Everytime we go here we have a terrible experience. Shoutout to the one polite worker that always makes it worthwhile to shop here. But they definitely have to do better

Have went to this store on serval occasions and the customer service is horrible. The worker working yesterday 08/05 afternoon shift at the register was very rude and unprofessional. She yelled/talked loudly while using profanity, held up the line and talked to customers as if they were unintelligent, did not wear a name tag or have on proper uniform for working environment. Very unprofessional would give zero stars if possible

Store closes early for no apparent reason … I just had a newborn and I’m without a car … so to my surprise …. I get to this store at 9:30 … (closes at 10) after walking from my house for some milk … and they just looked at me stupidly and there were still shoppers in the store with the door locked … disabled veteran E5 Christopher Romero Simmons

Same as always. The manager seemed overly worked, and busy. I asked her why the store is closed at odd times during weekends during business hours. Her reply was rude, and snappy. She went on to tell me that they were understaffed. She complained about needing to make a bank run, and didn't care if I turned her into corporate. She was as always rude, and very unprofessional. She seemed over all put out by having to speak to customers while talking on her cell phone. I would recommend a written discipline and a corporate office staff to do a secret shop on her under recording. Teri McCary

Closed at 5pm on a Friday. Store shelves are basically empty. Employees sitting in the back watching TV on their cell phones when the line is wrapped around the store and one poor young girl is checking everybody out. Corporate really need to step in with their stores because this is ridiculous. But I guess this is good because the crappier this store location gets, the less people will shop here and they'll start losing money and then maybe Corporate will step in.

The store is convenient when you don't feel like going to Walmart or another store. My only real issue is the spoiled food they knowingly sell. I went to buy some sour cream and just happened to look at the date and it was a MONTH past the expiration! They had the good sour cream at the back, so it was stocked that way on purpose to get rid of it. If I ever buy some food from there and I get sick I will be suing this store and that corporation. ALWAYS check their dates if you buy food from this store.

Go to this location at 8:10am to grab something and they where closed. Another possible customer drives up as well and see me walking back to my car he asked "are they open" I say "no they're closed" he states "they always do this never open on time". Got to do better.

"Assistant Manager" is very rude. Treats her employees with no respect and spoke down about them right in front of the customers. Also was VERY rude to a customer about an item being excluded from a coupon saying, "I am the assistant manager and I'm telling you that this item is excluded" after the customer only tried explaining that the helpers in the back said it was acceptable. And guess what...she scanned it, and it worked... Hmmm... Shows how much management knows!! Store was very stocked and in order. Great job to the stockers that had GREAT customer service! Keep up the good work!Sincerely, a new resident in this neighborhood.

Rude customers service went at 930pm and the girl didn't let us in. She was complaining about them being short staff and her having to do someone else job, she then just closed the door on 2 other customers plus myself who were standing there.And then when we got to the car to drive off, she let people in but couldn't let us in . The manager really needs to address that issuse the 2 women employees are so unprofessional.

Terrible. I understand that this family dollar does not allow students inside without an adult but making one child feel racially discriminated is not okay. If you are going to let a certain group of kids in no matter the race than let ALL of them in!! I am aware that it is not the companies fault but the employee who has chosen to act this way. I will be contacting the corporate office in regards to this. Totally unfair and discriminatory.

I was going to purchase some things for my family, but the lady behind the counter was not wearing a mask at all and was wetly coughing all over my purchases. Absolutely disgusting, she should not be dealing with customers during a global pandemic.

Hate coming to this family Dollar we came to return a pool that was defective and the "assistant manager" vemeka was very rude about giving back the money had me back and forth to other family dollars because she doesn't know where her ass is with her wrong info. Family Dollar needs to hire people that know what the hell their doing and actually PLEASANT people.

I agree wit juli most kids that shop here b4 school r considerd teenagers nt kids I shouldnt hav to walk around tha store with them like they are 5 yrs old, n isn't that y most store hav cameras if theft is really ur concern. Nt to mention the paper thy wrote that rule on doesn't even look professional like a 5 yr old wrote it. And store Manger was rude wen asked to make sign a bit more professional.
