The worker today at 12:47 PM was so rude and unprofessional. First off my daughter had milk and she stated it didn’t have a barcode for her to ring up so I sent my daughter to get another one, it wasn’t what she said but how she said which I let slide. However a Hispanic lady was also in there shopping and asked her one simple question about an item and her response was “Do you not see all the coupons posted when you first walk in”. That’s when I asked her why she had an attitude she told me she didn’t have an attitude that’s how she act all day everyday. Remind you she rolled her cocked eyes after telling the Hispanic lady that. If people don’t want to come to work or is having a bad day the customers should NOT feel it. Her response, demeanor, and unprofessional tone was so unnecessary. Customer service is hard, life already is harder, why not come to work with a smile on your face and be polite to people. Not only is it your job but you never know what the next is going through so being mean for non reason isn’t needed. Maybe she needs some additional training on being professional.

Went in there to shop and the lady who was stocking was being really rude to a Spanish speaking customer. He was asking for the price of something and she got an attitude stating she didn’t speak Spanish, she was also blasting music from her phone and wouldn’t even say excuse me when going down the isles she was working in . It was really hard not to cuss her out but the other 2 girls that were there , a Hispanic one and one with braids were nice and unproblematic

Went to this location to return something l purchased from another family dollar with receipt in hand. The hispanic clerk pointed at the black employee with dreds/braids who possibly could've been a manager. She never looked at me but quickly brushed me off by saying l had to take it back to same one l bought from because they don't all have the same things in their stores.. very unheard of. So l asked that she at least LOOKED to see and she rudely replied saying she could but that even if they had it I'd still have to take back to the same location it was purchased from still never making eye contact with me. So although l knew this was bullcrap, I drove back to the one she abruptly kept sending me back to and they confirmed at that store that she was in fact being LAZY and made up her own rule so I'll be contacting corporate. No wonder why they still have wood on one side of their doors, customer service just as raggedy.

Horribly ran by the manager Traci and poorly trained reps especially a rep by the name Roxanne and an incomprehensive young man. They don't adhere to store hours and will stand at the door well before closing and lock you out. I have called corporate just BC your store is in the hood does not mean you can be unprofessional. If I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Terrible service, she told me that I can't use coupons because it's her store, she told me to leave and she started saying things to me and said this is my store, here I am, I'll never come back and she took the things out of my car. I told him the coupons are in the application that's what they are for if not don't put them in and he said okay
