Just tried to enter & the door was locked. No note posted. Sat in parking lot to call them (no one answered of.course) & store personnel opened the door to let 3 customers out. WTH is going on here? Only a few select customers are allowed in? I'm confused as to why a store would refuse business. Another customer came up after me & found the locked door. Not good for business.

This stores closes anytime the staff on duty chooses to close. The young ladies who work in the evening are very unprofessional and have the biggest attitude. Corporate needs to come check on this store because it's going down. The staff last summer had awesome customer service skills. I wish I could've given it 0 starts.

Their systems are ALWAYS “down” & they close an hour early everyday. Sign says they’re supposed to close at 9 pm but they always close by 8 pm!!!! So inconvenient, change your sign!

I have been coming to this family dollar for about 15 years and this store never been close this much it is now 10:14 am in the morning on a Sunday and the door is lock either they are not open in the morning are they close between 7pm-8pm all family dollar I have been to close at 10 so whats going on with the family dollar on redbird lane nobody never have answers last week sometime a lady asked the manager why the store close early he told her why was she worried about him closing his store early that was very rude glad it wasn’t me he was speaking to

The people here are friendly when I come to this location. I can find a lot of the name brands I like at much lower prices. I wish they would work on the parking lot of the business complex it's located in. Other than that I'm satisfied with this Family Dollar store.

The store was a bit congested I don't know what's going on with that but there is stuff everywhere it is kind of getting organized but at the other hand they probably just got his shipment in anyways the people are very nice and very helpful had a good experience

You all need to have correct prices on the items on the self. They are higher and not marked as such. False advertising.
