The manager who worked yesterday evening, Racial profiled my husband and I, as soon as we walked in the store, She was the whole time following us around the aisles as if we were going to steal, I could not shop compfortable with our daughter,She has no customer service skills! An to let an associate know how she was being with us, She decided to be very rude an say out loud to the lady that was checking us out(not to check us out)! We did not do anything wrong, We pay like everyone else!!😡or if it’s because we are Hispanics??!GET USED TO US BEING EVERYWHERE!!!!😎

I was looking for a plastic spray bottle. Couldn’t find it, but the cashier led me to their location. On the down side the bottle had an inch long slice at the bottom of the bottle, which probably occurred when opening the shipping container with a box knife. I just put a piece of tape on on it….problem solved!

Door says store closing time is 8pm. 7:35pm and the lady had the door locked standing right in front of the door. I told her the closing time said 8pm showed her my phone where it showed the time she shrugged her shoulders and said “we are closed this is the time we close.” Like nothing. No customer service what’s so ever! Literally couple people drove off because they didn’t let them in. SMH!

Ms pat was real nice she was the only one working she had a long line. She explained to the customers that she is the only one there to bare with her. And she made sure her customers was out of there in a timely manner. She is so awesome

This place is terrible! Definitely nowhere close to the way other family dollars around Dallas are ran. The place is always closed when it says its supposed to be open. They always close before 8pm. The manager is always on her phone, rude as can be. Mess everywhere! Definitively dont feel welcome here. I wont be coming here for a while. Maybe after a while of all these bad reviews, they change the way this store operates. Don't bother coming in here. There is a dollar general not far from here that is always fully stocked and clean, with very polite employees. Also i can't really pinpoint the rude manager because she never wears a nametag. But She always wears a headset and is on the phone at all times.

I walked up to the store and the doors did not open. I waited and manually opened doors after a custom and her daughter could not get them open using the inside sensor. After I open the doors, an associate walks over and tells me that she is closed. I tell her that it is only 7PM (store closes at 8PM), and she says she is the only one here so the store is closed.

This store seems to close nearly an hour early almost every time I go up there. I just witnessed a guy who walked to this store and was turned away because they locked the doors early.

Repeatedly, this store closes before 8pm. I went on 7/9/21 @7:36pm and the doors were locked. I could see employees walking around, but they ignored the doors. I'm writing this in hopes of the corporate offices seeing the complaints and making adjustments with the management at this location. I've visited plenty of Family Dollar stores, but this is the only store thus far that locks the doors almost 30 minutes before closing.

Sign says close at 8pm but they said they close at 7:30 daily due to the area they are in. I only rated low stars because of the rudeness they gave another customer that was outside when i pulled up . The lady was laughing at him and being very unprofessional when at the same time id be frustrated too if i drive to a location before posted closing hours and you make fun of me not being able to get in

It was exactly 8:00 pm (closing time) there was two African American lady's and the one who was not the cashier basically kicked me out. She had an attitude I only went in to get one thing really fast. She told me twice "mam we are closing" I said okay. Then two minutes later she came back again "mam we are closing." Like yeah, I heard you the first time! With her crappy attitude.

The cashier was very slow. She was literally flirting with a male customer guessing each other's ages. They were both old as hell so it didn't matter. Had to rush back to work due to the unnecessary conversation. Flirt on your own time!

hours say open 7 a.m . I get there at 7:46 and the doors are locked . I knocked and no one opened, funny when I walk into my car I look up and a woman and guy where in there. he walks to unlock the door and woman walks out adjusting herself

I just tried to go into this store to pick up one thing. The came to the saying we are closed. I looked at my watch it's 7:58pm not 8pm. She say well it's 8pm on my watch. Just very rude & disrespectful. Won't go here again.

First, the line was wrapped around to the back of the store. The cashier just wanted to talk. There was 2 other employees in the store, but did they help with the line? No. Also not a great selection, but what they did have...., well the store is cramped. Too much merchandise, not enough space.

Everytime I go in I get a Greetful Good morning or welcome to family Dollars I love it, butttt one day I was at the door and almost left thinking their not open yet but it was 8:15 and I had to go back to the door and knock on it like when are y'all gone open it say 8am
