ALL the female staff need serious customer service training, along with some manners that should have been taught at home like saying hello when you're being spoken to. No professionalism whatsoever. Their ugly attitude makes them look ugly as well. They could surely learn to greet customers with a smile. I'll take my business right across the street to Dollar General where I'm made to feel welcome and appreciated. When you're out of a job for lack in sales then you'll really have a good reason to frown and not smile huh stone face 😈 You ladies are too old to act that way.

Went to this location and the entrance door was locked during business hours. The only way I knew that the store was open was because I saw the manager, Marva, go in through the exit door. She was in her car watching me as I pulled on the entrance knowing you had to enter through the exit door. I asked if she could put a sign on the door and she was EXTREMELY rude. She said, "You're really trying to get into the store, huh?". Another customer was complaining about the same issue. I will never visit this location again. Also, this store needs a good DEEP cleaning. It's filthy!

Every time I try to use smart coupons, it never works out and the associates aren't any help. Stick with paper. I had to show them the sign 3 times. Always the same answer contact corporate, which never answer the phone. Going back to Dollar General. I know I spend enough to pay someone paycheck.

Customer service does not exist here. I asked the cashier where the restroom was. She did not even turn around to acknowledge me. Saying “We don’t have public restrooms here”. This cashier had a real stank attitude
